Caro cliente, oltre al libretto di istruzioni consigliamo di leggere attentamente le istruzioni contenute in questo foglio che daranno importanti indicazioni
sulla sicurezza ed in particolare sull’installazione e l’utilizzo dell’indicatore della temperatura. Nel caso in cui l’indicatore fosse assente, vi preghiamo
di richiederlo al vostro distributore.
1. LA ZONA PIU’ FREDDA DEL FRIGORIFERO
Questo simbolo indica la posizione della zona più fredda del vostro frigorifero. Normalmente questa zona
è delimitata in basso dal cassetto/i dedicati alla conservazione delle frutta e verdura ed in alto dal simbolo
qua riportato.
2. INDICATORE DELLA TEMPERATURA
Per aiutarvi a regolare correttamente il vostro frigorifero, abbiamo inserito l’indicatore di temperatura che permetterà di tenere sotto controllo la tem-
peratura nella zona definita come la più fredda.
ATTENZIONE: L’indicatore è stato previsto per funzionare unicamente nel vostro frigorifero, non è possibile utilizzarlo all’interno di un altro
frigorifero (infatti, la zona più fredda non è identica) o per un uso di altro tipo.
CONTROLLO DELLA TEMPERATURA
Utilizzando l’indicatore potrete verificare con regolarità che la temperatura della zona più fredda sia corretta, e nel caso contrario, sarà necessario
modificare la posizione del termostato.
3. REGOLE D’IGIENE ALIMENTARE E GESTIONE DEL FRIGORIFERO
Un buon utilizzo del frigorifero e il rispetto delle regole d’igiene alimentare contribuiscono ad un miglioramento nella conservazione dei cibi.
Pulire frequentemente la parte interna del frigorifero con prodotti non aggressivi, o con dell’acqua e del disinfettante per combattere efficacemente i batteri.
Togliere gli imballi degli alimenti prima di inserirli nel frigorifero (per esempio, imballaggi delle confezioni di yogurt).
Imballare sistematicamente i prodotti per evitare la contaminazione reciproca.
Non posizionate all’interno del frigorifero stoviglie o altri contenitori dopo averli già utilizzati
previo lavaggio (ad esempio, cucchiai o coltelli contaminati da cibo).
Attendere il raffreddamento completo dei piatti cucinati prima di stoccarli (es. la zuppa). Limitare il
numero di aperture delle porte, e comunque non lasciare aperte le porte per lungo tempo, onde
evitare che la temperatura del frigorifero salga.
Disporre gli alimenti in modo che l’aria passi liberamente all’interno di tutto il frigorifero.
Conservare gli alimenti a seconda della loro natura all’interno delle zone appropriate, ed in parti-
colare posizionate in quella che viene definita la zona più fredda: carne, pollame, pesce, salumi
o insaccati, piatti pronti, insalate miste, preparati di pasticceria a base di uova e di creme, pasta
fresca, pasta della torta, pizza, prodotti freschi e formaggi di latte crudo o non pastorizzato, legu-
mi pronti venduti senza sacchetto di plastica e più generalmente tutti i prodotti freschi la cui data
di scadenza è associata a una temperatura di conservazione inferiore o uguale a + 4°C.

La temperatura ambiente, la frequenza nell’apertura della porta dell’apparecchio influiscono sulla
temperatura interna.
Per mantenere costante la corretta temperatura all’interno dell’apparecchio, controllare che l’indicatore sia
di colore verde (figura 1).
Se il colore dell’indicatore vira sul bianco (figura 2), questo significa che la temperatura è troppo elevata, in
questo caso regolate il termostato e attendete 12 ore prima di effettuare nuovamente il controllo.
Dopo aver caricato il prodotto o aperto la porta, è normale che l'indicatore viri al bianco dopo qualche istante. figura 1 figura 2

you with some important safety guidelines, as well as instructions on how to install and operate the temperature control dial. Should the temperature
control dial be missing, please ask your distributor for it.
1. THE COLDEST AREA OF THE FRIDGE
This symbol indicates the coldest area of your fridge. This area is usually defined by the fruit and vegetable
compartment(s) at the bottom and the symbol shown here at the top.
2. TEMPERATURE INDICATOR
In order to help you set your fridge properly, we have included a temperature control dial which will monitor the temperature in the area defined as
the coldest.
CAUTION: The indicator was designed to function exclusively in your fridge. It is not possible to use it in another fridge or for any other purposes.
TEMPERATURE CONTROL
By using the temperature control dial you will be able to check on a regular basis that the temperature of the coldest area is correct. If this is not the
case, it will be necessary to change the position of the thermostat.
3. FOOD HYGIENE AND FRIDGE MANAGEMENT RULES
A good use of the fridge and the compliance with food hygiene rules contribute to improving food storage.
Clean the internal part of the fridge regularly with delicate products or with water and disinfectant
in order to combat bacteria effectively.
Remove all food packaging before placing it in the fridge (for instance yoghurt carton packages).
Wrap the products systematically in order to avoid mutual contamination.
Do not place any kitchenware or other containers inside the fridge after having already used them
prior to washing up (for instance, spoons or knives contaminated by food).
Wait for foodstuffs to have completely cooled down prior to storage (e.g. soups). Limit the number
of door openings and in any case do not leave the doors open for a long time, in order to prevent
the fridge temperature from rising.
Place the foodstuffs so that the air may fl ow freely throughout the entire fridge. Store the foodstuffs
according to their nature inside the appropriate compartments and in particular, place the following
items in the coldest area: meat, poultry, cold meats or sausages, ready-made dishes, mixed salads,
egg or cream based pastry products, fresh pasta, dough, pizza, fresh products and cheeses made
of whole or pasteurised milk, ready-made legumes sold without plastic bag and more generally all
fresh products with use-by date and associated with storage temperatures lower or equal to + 4°C.

The room temperature and the frequency with which the fridge door is opened have an impact on the internal
temperature.
In order to maintain the correct temperature inside the fridge, check that the control dial is green (see
Figure 1).
If the control dial turns white (see Figure 2), it means that the temperature is too high. In that case, set the
thermostat and wait 12 hours before re-checking.
After charging the product or opening the door, it is normal for the control dial to turn white after a few seconds. figure 1 figure 2
