PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USE
IPL targets melanin which is suitable for mo skin colours except for very dark skin.
It is mo suitable for those who have darker hair and fairer skin. It is safe to use for
people with tattoos and freckles/moles, however, going over tattoos/freckles/
moles is not recommended.

How To Use.
PREPARATION
1. If the hair in the treatment area is more than 2mm long, you should remove it for optimal
results. To do so, shave the area with the razor provided a minimum of
24 hours before treatment.
2. Shave as you would normally and try not to use any new products that you have not yet
teed. We do not recommend dry shaving the area this is to avoid any irritation to the
skin. You do not need to shave the hair in the area if it is not longer than 2mm.
3. Before treatment, you mu ensure the skin is hair-free, clean, dry and free from
all lotions, oils, moiurisers, fake tan and other products.
CONDUCT A PATCH TEST
1. Before your fir treatment on each new body area, we recommend you te
your skin (in that area) for reactions.
2. The patch te area should be approximately 3 cm x 2 cm in size (equivalent to
2 flashes applied to the skin side by side).
3. Wait 24 hours following the patch te, to ensure your skin is suitable for treatment and
there is no adverse reaction to the light energy. If there is no reaction after 24 hours,
you may treat the area around the te patch. The ‘patch teed area’ should not be re-
treated for at lea one week.
HOW TO USE ZOBELLE™ COOLING IPL HAIR REMOVER DEVICE
1. Plug the mains cord into an electrical outlet. Plug the power supply into the power socket.
You will see the device flash 3 times before the screen displays ‘OFF’.
2. To turn the device ‘ON’, press the trigger button (see diagram) and hold for
1.5 seconds. Keep the power cord plugged in throughout your treatment. The device can
be used plugged in and does not need to be charged in advance. The device is not
rechargeable.
3. The default intensity setting on the device is ‘1’ which is the lowe level.
To increase this, short-press the intensity level button (see diagram) to cycle through the
settings and op on the intensity level you would like to choose.
4. The cooling feature is not on by default. To activate it (optional), short-press the cooling
feature button (see diagram) and you will see the fan icon appear on the screen. To turn
off, press the same button and the icon will disappear.
5. The IPL feature is not on by default. If you would like to activate it, press and
hold the trigger button (see diagram) for 1.5 seconds and you will see the IPL mode icon
appear on the screen. To turn off, press the same button and the
icon will disappear.
6. “Energy orage” indicates how many flashes are left in the device.
7. When the device has not been used in 5 minutes, it will automatically turn off for your
safety.
WHAT INTENSITY LEVEL SHOULD YOU USE?
We recommend patch teing this device 24 hours before use on level 1 (the lowe intensity
level) then waiting 24 hours to ensure your skin does not have any adverse reactions.
For fir time use, we recommend not exceeding intensity level 4.
Treatment Modes.
The device has two treatment modes ‘Press and Flash’ and ‘Slide and Flash’, which you can
change depending on which area you are treating.
1. Press and Flash mode is recommended for treating sensitive or small, hard-to-reach
areas such as knees, shins, ankles, bikini line or underarm. Simply press the trigger button
to activate.
2. Slide and Flash mode is ideal for larger areas such as legs. Simply press the trigger
button and hold whil gliding the device across the treatment area. The device will
deliver multiple continuous flashes so you can treat larger areas with ease. Ensure you
keep moving the device and do not ay in the same spot.
IM PORTANT
1. In both modes, the area to be treated has to be hair-free, clean and dry. Before pressing
the treatment button, look away from the device to avoid the bright light.
2. Make sure to avoid missed areas by placing the treatment window directly next to the
previously treated spot without leaving any space between treated areas.
3. If you feel intense pain, op treatment immediately and consult your physician before
using the device again.
4. Ensure that the entire area receives treatment, but DO NOT treat an area twice
(overlapping flashes).
HOW OFTEN CAN YOU USE THE ZOBELLE™ COOLING IPL HAIR REMOVER?
The recommended usage is:
1. Once per week for 12 weeks
2. Once per month every 3 months after that
3. Once every 2-3 months as required after that
Aftercare.
1. ●Directly after treatment, it is normal to experience redness or skin that feels warm
however this should not la long.
2. ●You can safely apply lotions, creams and moiurisers directly after treatment but if you
experience any tingling or redness, op use and wait for the reaction to subside before
applying any other products to the skin.
3. We recommend keeping the skin hydrated with a simple, fragrance-free moiuriser.
4. ●For 24 hours before treatment, avoid sunlight while your skin may be sensitive.
POST TREATMENT
1. Once the treatment ends, continuous skin care mu ill be maintained.
2. Avoid waxing and plucking the treated area as these impact the effectiveness of the
treatment and lead to possible imulation and hair follicle regrowth.
3. Keep the skin hydrated by using a body moiuriser. Wait 1-2 weeks po-treatment before
exfoliating the treated area.
Cleaning, Maintenance and Storage.
1. After treatment, always switch off Zobelle™ Cooling IPL Hair Remover Device by
unplugging the power supply from the device and the electrical outlet.
2. After use, the handset and the treatment window should be inspected for damage and
wiped down with a dry, lint-free cloth. If any marks or black spots are seen, then it is be
to clean them off raight away after treatment.
3. NEVER use water or other cleaning fluids, as these can damage the device leading to a
potential safety hazard.
4. WARNING: The glass filter can get hot during use.
5. DO NOT touch or clean the filter for at lea 5 minutes after use to allow it to
cool down.
Store the device in a cool, dry place, free from du and moiure. Make sure
that the treatment window is protected from damage. Regularly check the
device (including cords) for visible signs of damage. In case of damage or
cracks, op using the device.
Intended Use of Zobelle™ Cooling
IPL Hair Remover.
USE
The device is intended for the permanent reduction in unwanted, visible hair for a single user.
BODY AREAS
Women: Legs, arms, underarms, bikini area and face (below the cheekbones)
CAUTION: Do not use the device near the eyes, along the forehead, on the lips or norils.
Men: Shoulders and below (che, back, arms, omach, legs)
CAUTION: Do not use on the face, neck or genital area.
The device is intended to be used on body hair below the neck, including arms, underarms,
bikini line, omach and legs.
HOW DOES THE DEVICE WORK?
The Zobelle™ Cooling IPL Hair Remover device has been clinically proven to reduce hair
growth by up to 90% with proper and consient use.
The Intense Pulsating Light technology reaches 510 nanometres into the skin and the melanin
of your hair follicles absorbs light energy from IPL in the hair, which turns to heat and deroys
the hair follicle. The hair regrowth then slows down progressively after each treatment.
The Zobelle™ Cooling IPL Hair Remover device has 999,999 flashes. 100,000 flashes can la
you up to 10 years.
WHEN WILL YOU SEE RESULTS?
You can expect results comparable to those done in a professional laser clinic.
Mo compatible candidates will see visible results as soon as 3 weeks and full results within
12 weeks. It is recommended that you continue usage for 6 months for optimal results.
WHERE CAN YOU USE IT?
The Zobelle™ Cooling IPL Hair Remover device is safe to use around your mouth, chin,
sideburns, underarms, arms, legs, torso, bikini line and Brazilian areas.
We do not recommend using this device anywhere near your eyes for your safety. We also
do not recommend using this device on sensitive areas such as nipples or inside the vagina
(close to the labia majora and labia minora).
WHO CAN USE IT?
The Zobelle™ Cooling IPL Hair Remover device is suitable for all skin colours except for very
dark skin and it is mo suitable for those who have darker hair and fairer skin. It is safe to use
for people with tattoos and freckles/moles. However, going over tattoos/freckles/moles is not
recommended.
Males can use the device on the che, omach, and back hair. However, it will not work on
the beard.
It is not recommended for use on white, grey, red or blonde hairs as the technology works
by targeting the melanin in the hair follicle. It is not recommended for very dark skin tones.
Darker skin has a lot more melanin, which absorbs the light energy and can lead to heat,
bliers or burn.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
1. DO NOT use this device if you are pregnant or breafeeding.
2. DO NOT use this device if you have a hiory of scar diathesis.
3. DO NOT use this device if you have a hiory of photosensitisation or diabetes.
4. DO NOT use this device if you have used any other form of hair removal
(apart from shaving) within 6 weeks of treatment.
5. DO NOT use this device if you have used any products containing vitamin A within
1 week of treatment.
6. DO NOT use this device if you are taking aspirin, essential oils or immunosuppressants.
7. DO NOT use this device if you have any fake tan on your skin.
8. DO NOT use this device if you have been exposed to rong sunlight in the pa 2 weeks.
9. DO NOT use the device if you have very dark skin.
10. DO NOT use the device if your skin has been artificially or naturally tanned recently or is
burned from sun overexposure. Your skin may be extra sensitive following sun exposure
and particularly susceptible to burning, bliering, discolouration or scarring if you use the
device. Wait 1 week until sunburn or tan disappears before using the device. Treating
tanned skin with IPL may result in permanent Hyper (darkening) or Hypo (lightening)
changes to the treated skin.
11. DO NOT expose treated areas to the sun. Wait at lea 7 days after treatment before
exposing treated skin to direct sunlight. Your skin may be extra sensitive following IPL
treatment and particularly susceptible to sunburn. Apply sunscreen (SPF 15 or greater) to
the treated area or cover the treated area with suitable clothing.
12. DO NOT use the device directly on the nipples, genitals or around the anus. These areas
may have a darker skin colour and/or greater hair density. Using the device in these
areas may cause discomfort/pain or injure (burn, discolour or scar) to your skin.
13. DO NOT use the device if you have a hiory of skin cancer or precancerous lesions.
14. DO NOT use this device if you have any other medical conditions that may
trigger complications.
15. DO NOT use on dark brown or black spots such as birthmarks, moles or warts in
the area you wish to treat. Using the device may injure your skin or make exiing
conditions worse. You may experience side effects such as burns, bliers and skin
colour changes or scarring.
16. DO NOT use it if you have any skin condition in the treatment area, including psoriasis,
vitiligo, eczema, acne, herpes simplex or active infections or wounds.
17. DO NOT use on tattoos or permanent make up in the treatment area.
18. DO NOT use on beard/facial hair for men.
19. Avoid microdermabrasion, exfoliating, or use of chemical peeling before the treatment.
20. Avoid extreme exercise for the next 24-48 hours po-treatment to avoid irritation
from sweating.
21. Always consult your doctor if you are unsure.
Important Safety Information.
EYE SAFETY
The device emits flashes of Intense Pulsed Light (IPL). Direct exposure is potentially harmful to
your eyes. Take care to follow the safety precautions below.
1. DO NOT look directly into the treatment window when the device has electrical power
and is switched on.
2. DO NOT attempt to use (flash) the device towards the eye.
3. DO NOT treat areas around the eye (eyebrows or eyelashes).
4. ONLY attempt to use (flash) the device when the treatment window is in good contact
with the area you wish to treat.
We recommend you look away from the device when activating the trigger button.
ELECTRICAL AND FIRE SAFETY
As with any electrical device, certain precautions mu be taken in order to ensure your safety.
1. DO NOT try to open the device, as this may expose you to dangerous electrical
components.
2. DO NOT use if the device is damaged; for example, cracked housing, cable damage
(internal wires visible), cracked or broken glass filter etc. This may result in injury.
3. DO NOT use near bathtubs, showers, basins or other vessels containing water. If the
device becomes wet, it should not be used.
4. DO NOT use if the device becomes uncomfortably hot to touch. This may indicate that
the unit is damaged.
5. DO NOT attempt to activate (flash) the device onto any surface other than skin.
6. DO NOT operate the device if the mains plug is not easily accessible. You should be able
to disconnect at any time.
7. WARNING No modification of this equipment is allowed.
To prevent any damage or risk of electric shock or fire hazard, operate the device only with
the mains cord and power supply provided with this device.
DO NOT use any other component, nor manipulate the device. This may damage the unit
and cause it to op working.
GENERAL SAFETY
The device should be kept out of the reach of children under 18 years of age. Children should
not use, play with, maintain or clean the device. There are a number of potential risks –
exposure to the light output causing burns or eye damage, electrocution, rangulation from
the cables.
People with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge may use the device if they have been given supervision or inruction concerning
the safe use of the device and underand the hazards involved.
DO NOT touch the glass filter during or directly after use. Regularly inspect the filter for
damage.
DO NOT use the device if the filter is cracked or missing.
PRECAUTIONS
Hair removal by lasers or intense pulse light sources can cause increased hair growth in some
individuals. Based upon currently available data, the highe risk groups for this response are
females of Mediterranean, Middle Eaern, and South Asian heritage treated on the face and
neck.
DO NOT USE the device on any area where you may want hair to grow back. The device is
not recommended for use on red, grey or blonde hair since it is not effective on these hair
colours.
WARRANTY
Misuse of the device can result in voiding the warranty period.
This device is inclusive of a 1-year warranty.
