STEP 2: Hanging the Fan and securing the Gripples
Hang the fan using the Main Hanging Cable to the Truss, I-Beam, or support beam using the Gripple supplied (Figure 3).
Pull the cable through the Gripple until the desired height is achieved. When this is done, attach the Stabilization Tether to
the Truss, I-Beam, or support beam using the Gripple provided. Tighten it until there is no slack (Figure 4).

WIRING THE FAN
Wiring of this product should be carried out by an appropriately qualified persons. All connections must be in accordance
with any local regulations. The Licensed Electrical installer must ensure that an approved means of disconnection be
incorporated into the fixed wiring. Thermostat switches integrated in the winding or PTC thermistors act as motor
protection and must remain connected. This product is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the product by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they
do not play with the product.
MAINTENANCE
Maintenance of this product should be carried out by the appropriately qualified persons. Before serving, cleaning, or
inspecting the fan ensure that all power to the fan is off and is locked out to avoid electric shock. Cleaning of the fan is
done by using a damp cloth to wipe down the unit to remove dust.
