Terminal.Useofanyotherpoweradaptercandamagethepoweradapter
oraffectitsnormaloperation.
lEnsurethattheelectricloadofpowersocketsorpowercablesmeetsthe
requirements.Overloadedpowersocketsorbrokenpowercablescanre-
sultinanelectricshockorare.Checkthepowercablesregularly.Ifany
powercableisbroken,replaceitimmediately.
lDonotdisassemblethecloudterminalyourself.
lKeepthecloudterminalawayfromheatsourcesorhightemperatureen-
vironments.Donotdirectlyexposethecloudterminaltosunlight.
lDonotexposethecloudterminaltomoistconditionsorwater.Donotallow
anyliquidtoleakintothecloudterminal.
Usage
lKeeptheventilationholesclear.Donotplaceanyobjectstoblockthe
ventilationholesofthecloudterminal.
lAllowsufcientspacearoundthecloudterminalforventilation.Keepthe
poweroutletscleananddry.Ifanyabnormalityoccurs(suchassmoke/ab-
normalsounds/smell),unplugthecloudterminalfromthepoweroutlet.
lAvoidconnectingthecloudterminaltoanypoweroutletthatcanbeac-
cidentallyswitchedoff.Accidentallossofpowercandamagethecloud
terminal.
lDonothardresetthecloudterminalbyholdingdownthepowerbutton
duringnormaloperation.
lDonotinterruptpowerwhilethecloudterminalisdownloadingasoftware
update.
lWhenturningoffthecloudterminal,performacompleteshutdown(bythe
userinterfaceoralightpressonthepowerbutton).Donotturnoffthe
cloudterminalbydisconnectingtheAC/DCpowercord.
Servicing
Ifyoudisassembleorrepairthecloudterminalyourself,yourwarrantywillbe
void.Contacttheserviceproviderifanyofthefollowingoccurs:
lApowercordorplugisdamaged.
lLiquidisspilledintothecloudterminal.
lThecloudterminalisexposedtorainormoisture.

lThecloudterminaldoesnotoperatenormallyevenifyoufollowtheinstruc-

lTheexternalpartofthecloudterminalisdamagedbecausethedeviceis
accidentallydroppedorhit.

TheZXCLOUDiBoxCT220isathinclientordesktopcloudterminalwithnomechanicalcom-
ponents.Ithasasmallsizeandlightweightandrequireslowpowerconsumption.Inaddition,
itisreliable,easy-to-use,andenergy-saving.
Thecloudterminalhasabuilt-inLinuxoperatingsystemandcanbequicklylaunched.Inaddi-
tion,itsupportsZTERAPprotocolandcanbeconnectedtoZXCLOUDiRAIvirtualdesktops.
Thecloudterminalhasthefollowingfeatures:energy-saving,efcient,andloweringthecosts
forequipmentinvestment,operation,maintenance,andmanagement.Thecloudterminalal-
lowsenterpriseuserstoreduceconsumptionandprovidescentralizedmanagement.

TheterminalcanbeorderedwithaPOEorWiFiwirelessmoduleasrequired.
TocheckwhethertheterminalisconguredwithaPOEorWiFiwirelessmodule,viewthemodel
labelontheterminal.
Ifthelabelisprintedwith"POE"or"Wi-Fi",theterminalisconguredwithaPOEorWiFiwireless
module.Otherwise,theterminalisnotconguredwiththecorrespondingmodule.

Beforeaccessingthedesktopcloudsystem,performthefollowingstepstocorrectlyconnect
thecloudterminaltoitsperipherals.
1.Placethecloudterminalhorizontallyorverticallyonahorizontalworkbench(ifyouwantto
placethecloudterminalverticallyonahorizontalworkbench,usethebasedeliveredwith
thecloudterminal)orxthecloudterminaltothebackofadisplaythroughaVESAbracket
(purchasedseparately).
Note:
Tomountthecloudterminaltothebackofadisplay,ensurethat:
l ThereareVESAmountingholesonthebackofthedisplay.
l Thesemountingholesmatchthemountingholesofthebracketwiththecloudterminal.
2.Connectthecloudterminaltoinputandoutputdevices,includingavideodisplay,akey-
board,andamouse.Fortheconnectionsofthecloudterminaltorelatedperipherals,see
Figure5.

Whenconnectingadisplaytothecloudterminal,doasfollowsdependingontheinterface
ofthedisplay:
l IfthedisplayisequippedwithaDVI-Iinterface,connectitdirectlytothecloudterminal.
l IfthedisplayisequippedwithaVGAinterface,connectittothecloudterminalbyusing
theDVI-ItoVGAconverterdeliveredwiththecloudterminal.

3.Connectthepoweradaptertothepowerinputofthecloudterminal,andthenconnectthe
poweradaptertoa110–240VAC,50–60Hzpoweroutlet.
Caution!
Usethepoweradapterdeliveredwiththecloudterminal.Useofanyotherpoweradapter
maydamagethecloudterminal.Thedamagecausedbyanimproperpoweradapterisnot
coveredbythewarranty.
ConnectthecloudterminaltoanACpowersupplyafteralltheconnections(includingthe
poweradapter)arecompleted.
