【Product Overview】
The product is a 16 slots card protocol converter/bridge/serial
port to fiber MODEM 4U rack. The model is RACK4000 (16
slots card).

【Mounting Dimension】

Notes before mounting:
Don't place or install the device in area moist or near
water, keep relative humidity of the device surroundings
between 5%~95% without condensation.
Before power on, first confirm the supported power
supply specification to avoid over-voltage damaging the
device.
The device surface temperature is high after operation;
please don't directly contact to avoid scalding.
【Rack Mounting】
Mounting the Device
Step 1 Select the device mounting position to ensure
enough dimension.
Step 2 Place the device on the surface plate of rack, and
adopt 4 screws to install mounting lugs in the left
and right side to the rack.
Step 3 Check and confirm the product is firmly installed
on the rack, and then mounting ends.
Disassembling the Device
Step 1 Power off the device.
Step 2 Unscrew the fixing screw of mounting lug in the
rack.
Step 3 Remove the device from rack, disassembling
ends.
【Power Supply Connection】
AC power supply input

The rack supports 2 power supply modules
optional, single and dual power supply optional. As
for dual power supply device, if one power supply
fails, it will immediately switch to another power
supply, ensuring uninterrupted power supply of the device.
Power supply input range: 100~250VAC.
DC power supply input
The rack supports 2 power supply modules
optional, single and dual power supply
optional. DC power supply adopts 2 terminal
blocks, power supply input: -48VDC. The pin definition as
follows:

Note:
Power ON operation: First insert the power supply
terminal block into the device power supply interface,
and then plug the power supply plug contact and power
on.
Power OFF operation: first unpin the power plug, and
then remove the terminal block wiring part, please note
the operation order above.

The device provides LED indicators to monitor the device
operating status, comprehensively simplifying the
troubleshooting, each indicator's detailed status as the table
below:
