App on your smart device
Practice turning on your 3Plus HR by firmly
tapping the screen. Swipe left or right to change
the interface and tap on the icons to enter into the
next interface

Choose “3PLUS-HR from the list.
Create an account with your existing email
address. Please make sure you enter all
information correctly.
Please select your pairing device. The number
above will be the same number that shows up on
your device once you turn on the screen.

For this step,
please press the button to confirm the pairing
between the band and the mobile device.
7. Confirm Bluetooth Pairing 8. Success!
When the icon above appears on the band, the
pairing between the mobile app and the band has
been successful and you are ready to start tracking.
