PREPARING TO BUILD
Thank you for your purchase with 80/20. We appreciate you building your idea with us. This assembly
guide will show you everything that comes with your purchase and diagrams for how to build it. All
proles will be tagged to match the materials list found on page 3. You can reference the instruction
diagrams starting on page 4.
Before you start, there are a few quick tips to consider to ensure a better build experience. First, allow
yourself plenty of space to unbox and layout all your proles and other products. Most importantly, nd
a large at work surface, either oor or table, to build on. This will ensure all connections and structures
are square and as strong as possible.
As you start the build process, we encourage you to watch the assembly video on our YouTube channel
and follow along. This video will show how an 80/20 builder use each of the connection methods as the
build comes together.

The weight capacity for the miter saw extension is 300 pounds
evenly distributed. The center saw support proles holds up
to 75 pounds. This is not meant to climb, sit or stand on.
