Any modiﬁcation or unintended use of this product voids any warranty and could create a hazardous condition.

Loads must be secure according to local height and deiﬁcation regulations and or laws.

Secured loads and connections must be re-checked periodically for tightness.

In order to prevent installation problems, any consultation or use of certiﬁed installer or installation service company

is recommended.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION

1. Slide 2 of the Tie Downs(D) ( one for each side ) into the Cross-Bar’ s(B) slot with 2 T-Bolts ( M8 * 25 ) (H) follow-by;

connect with washers(M) & Spring washers(L) & Plastic Adjust-Knobs(E). ( Installation of the ladder stoppers is optional for

customers’ personal preference ). ( See STEP 1 ).

2. Slide 4 of the T-Slot Nuts(G) ( two for each side ) into the Cross-bar’ s slot . Install the Cab Exts(A) onto the Cross-Bar

(B), align both side-holes then connect the Cab Exts and T-Slot Nuts, put two Bolts M8*15(I) through, screw the bolts with

Washers(M) ( See STEP 2 ).

3. Installing the Sealing Strip(C): Insert the Sealing Strip into the Cross-Bar channel to reduce wind-noise. Cut the right

length as needed. Seal the Cross-Bar with two Tubular-Caps(F). ( See STEP 3 ). Use a ladder or any assistance tools, put

the assembled rack set onto the vehicle’ s roof. Be careful!

4. Take off Tubular-Caps on both sides of the APX25, then slide 4 of the T-Slot Nuts ( two for each side ) into the

Cross-bar’ s slot. Install the P-APX25-E onto the APX25. Align both side-holes then connect Upper fastening buckle(N) &

Cab Exts(A) & Lower fastening buckle(O) with Bolt M8 * 20(J) and Washer(M) , Lock the Bolt M8 * 20(J) into the T-Slot Nuts

(G). Connect the rear of the Upper fastening buckle(N) & Lower fastening buckle(O) with Bolt M8 * 25(K) on both sides .

Tighten all the bolts, washers & nuts for the Cab Ext. and half brackets when all the adjustments are done. ( See STEP 4 ).

The P-APX25-E Series is the upgraded Truck Rack commonly known as the Over-cab style truck ladder rack with side

bars.Our design concept is an Extension-Bar Package built on a Two-barred basic truck rack style, which can be seen

commonly in the e-commerce truck rack market. The Cantilever mounts to the crossbars and provides 38" additional

inches of protection for your cab. The genius of this system is that it still allows for all of the flexibility of the Sliding

Cantilever System while protecting your cab from potentially unstable loads. Most ideally, it is guaranteed compatible with

our Model APX25.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

AA Products Inc™will warranty all truck and van products for the life of the product, and all accessories for a period of one years from the date of purchase. Subject to the

limitations and exclusions described in this warranty, AA Products Inc™will remedy defects in the structural integrity of the product related to materials or workmanship

by repairing or replacing, at itsdiscretion, a defective product without charge for parts or labor. In addition, AA Products Inc™may elect, at itsdiscretion, not to repair or

replace a defective product but rather to issue to a purchaser a refund equal to the purchase price paid for the product or a credit to be used toward the purchase of a new

AA Products Inc™product.

No warranty is given for defects caused by shipping damage, normal wear and tear, cosmetic discoloration, scratches or chips, road hazards, accidents, unlawful vehicle

operations, or modiﬁcations of, or any types of repair of a truck or van rack system other than those authorized by AA Products Inc™.

No warranty is given for defects resulting from conditions beyond AA Product Inc’s control including, but not limited to, misuse, overloading, or failure to assemble, install

or use the product in accordance with AA Products Inc’s written instructions or guidelines included with the product or made available to the purchaser.

No warranty is given for AA Products Inc™products purchased outside of the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

In the event that a product is defective, the purchaser should contact the AA Products Inc™Customer Service group in writing: 2235 EastLocust Ct., Ontario, CA91761

Attn: Warranty Claims. In the event that a product needs to be returned, an AA Products Inc™Customer Service Representative will provide mailing address and any

additional instructions. Please note that the purchaser will be responsible for the cost of mailing the product to AA Products Inc™and that proof of purchase in the form

of an original purchase invoice or receipt and a detailed description of the defect must be included in the mailing.

Repair or replacement of a defective product or the issuance of a refund or credit (as determined by AA Products Inc™) is a purchaser’s exclusive remedy under this

warranty. Damage to a purchaser’s vehicle, cargo and/or to any other person or property is excluded. This warranty is expressly made in lieu of any and all other warranties,

express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and ﬁtness for a particular purpose. AA Products Inc™’s sole liability to any purchaser is limited to the remedy

set forth above. In no event will AA Products Inc™be liable for any lost proﬁts, lost sales, or for any consequential, direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive

damages or for any other damages of any kind or nature. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above

limitations may not be applicable. This warranty gives you speciﬁc legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which may vary by state, province and country.
