1. Plug the DC/DC powercordinto the cordsocketon the side of
the unit (see upperfigureonpage 5).
2. If using aDC powersourcesuch asthe cigarettelightersocket
of a vehicle, plug the otherend of thecord intothepowersource.
3If usinganACpowersource, connect the AC/DC adapterto the
end of the DC/DC cord, thenplug the adapterintoa wallsocket
orotherACpowersource.
4Pressthe powerswitchto turn on the cooler. (You willhearthe
soundof the compressorstarting.)
5. Press theUp orDownbuttonon the controlpanelto adjust the
temperature. Pressingeitherbutton once willadjust the tempe-
rature by1Celsiusdegree. The maximum coolsettingis
-19 C (-2.2 F).
6. Five secondsafterthedesired temperatureisset, youwillhear
5 beepstoconfirm the settingand the LED displaywillbeginto
show the actualtemperature inside the unit.
