Completely remove all shipping crate materials from around the steel
shipping base before continuing to step 1.
CAUTION: Select a flat, hard area to assemble the table. Never assemble the table on a
soft surface such as dirt or gravel, or on any uneven or sloped surface.

1) Place supplied bottle jack under one side of table, approximately 6” from the inside corner
as pictured. Spin bottle jack head clockwise to lengthen the throw of the jack.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The bottle jack must be placed on a flat concrete slab. CAUTION:
Do not assemble the table on a soft surface such as gravel or an uneven hard surface.
2) Close the valve on the bottle jack clockwise with the provided handle.
3) Pump the jack handle, li ting the table no more than 1/8” o the ground.
4) Completely remove all six bolts connecting the base to the shipping leg with a 9/16” wrench.
B) IMPORTANT - Remove Shipping Bases and INSTALL
PERMANENT BASES ONE AT A TIME. CAUTION: Removing both
bases at the same time can cause the table to tip, resulting in
possible injury.

Use Caution during steps 5-7. Never allow your hands or eet to be under any part o the
table during these steps
5) Check to ensure the shipping base is clear of the table leg. Carefully remove the base.
6) Carefully slide the permanent base into its approximate position.

7) SLOWLY open the valve on the bottle jack and lower the table leg 1/16” above permanent base.
8) Start all six screws and lock washers to ensure proper alignment. Lower the leg the rest of the way
onto the table as pictured in step 7.
9) Tighten all six bolts with a 9/16” wrench. Ensure sufficient force is used but do not over tighten.

YOU’RE HAL WAY THERE! You’re now ready to install the second base by repeating
steps 1-9. Once the second leg base is permanently installed continue to step 10.

10) Check all four feet to ensured they’re firm against the con-
crete slab. If any are high, spin the steel bolt down and
tighten the lock nut against the base
Congratulations! Assembly is now complete. Please read
and ollow the directions below or proper table use.
1) IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTE—Clip
Counter-Tension Cords in place before the ta-
ble is used under load.
The AccuGlide EzTilt Table is equipped with
four Counter-Tension Cords designed to bal-
ance the table while under load. CAUTION:
NEVER OPERATE THE TABLE WITHOUT THE
COUNTER-TENSION CORDS IN PLACE.
Always keep at least one Red Counter-Tension
Cord clipped in place when operating the table
dry or without load.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT COUNTER-TENSION CORDS: Always store the EzTilt
Table in the vertical position. Whenever possible, at the end of the day, offload any stone
on the table and tilt the table back to the upright position. Leaving the table in the horizontal
position for more than a day will weaken the Counter-Tension Cords and limit their counter
balancing ability.

Two Replacement Counter-Tension Cords have been shipped with your EzTilt Package. We recom-
mend replacing the two center Cords eighteen months a ter the initial purchase. Under
normal use, replacement of the two center Counter-Tension Cords is recommended every eighteen
months following the first replacement or upon your maintenance evaluation if needed any sooner.
Replacement Cords can be purchased from AccuGlide Saws.
CAUTION: Regularly Inspect Counter-Tension Cords. If any defect from original condition is
found, immediately discontinue use of the table until replacement cords are acquired from AccuGlide.
2) After tilting the table to the horizontal position pull the lock pin and flip the Center Leg to the
down position.
3) Release the handle from the lanyard and crank the handle clockwise until
the table bottoms out on the leg posts ( ig. A).
CAUTION: DO NOT OVER CRANK HANDLE. Doing so will lift the table
off the ground, placing improper stresses on the frame and may cause
the table to rock.
CAUTION: NEVER WORK ON THE TABLE IN THE HORIZONTAL
POSITION WITHOUT THE CENTER LEG FLIPED DOWN AND SECURED.

4) IMPORTANT NOTE: When you’re ready to tilt
the table back to the upright position, make
sure the leg is su iciently retracted. Crank
the handle at least twenty times from the ex-
tended position.
CAUTION: I the leg is not retracted properly
it will hit the base and prevent the table rom
reaching its ull upright position. (Fig. C)

5) When you’re ready to tilt the table back to the upright position, pull the lock pin and rotate the
lip Down Leg up until the pin re-locks the leg in the horizontal position.
6) IMPORTANT NOTE: Before tilting the table, make sure to secure the crank handle with the
chain lanyard. DO NOT TILT THE TABLE WITH THE HANDLE LOOSE. Doing so will damage the
handle and prevent the table from reaching its full upright position.

IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTE: If any malfunction in the Vertical Latch
(pictured right) is detected, discontinue use of the table and contact
AccuGlide Saws immediately. Never load or operate the table without
the latch ully operational. After tilting the table to the upright position
and the lock pin has snapped in place, always con irm the table is
solidly locked in position by giving the handle a quick pull.

Sa ety Strap Arm and Slab Keepers: After tilting the table to the horizontal position the Safety
Strap Arm can be flipped out of the way to keep the table clear for cutting and unloading. Pull the
lock knob and rotate the arm counterclockwise until it snaps into its horizontal position. The Safety
Strap can be stored out of the way by clipping the strap end onto the eye bolt on the right front cor-
ner of the table ( ig. B). CAUTION: Make sure to flip the Safety Strap Arm to the up position be-
fore loading a slab. NEVER REACH UNDER A SLAB TO FLIP THE SAFETY STRAP ARM TO THE
UP POSITION. The Slab Keepers ( ig. C) can also be removed while cutting on the table top. Keep
the tube that the Slab Keepers insert into, clean and without obstructions. CAUTION: The Slab
Keepers must be ully inserted into the receiver tub be ore loading the slab.

Tabletop Maintenance
Maintaining the EzTilt Tabletop will allow many years of trouble
free cutting without replacement of the top. Maintenance is easy
and requires very little time compared to top replacement.
Some areas of the table will be used heavily and as a result will
break down much quicker than the rest of the table. The key is
to fill these areas before the structure of concrete slats are compromised and more extensive
resurfacing is needed.
When needed, at the end of the day, wash off the table and trowel into the cut groves on the
cement top with grey sanded thin set (mixed with 100% acrylic additive). The next morning,
quickly strike off any excess or high spots with a cinderblock or brick.
If the table is used heavily, filling the groves should be scheduled monthly. Under more moder-
ate usage you may only need to fill the table a few times a year.
Do not hesitate to cut into the table in an effort to reduce your maintenance on the table top.
Cutting 1/8” into the top is recommended and will properly dress the diamond blade, promoting
maximum production. On more abrasive stones, cutting into the table alone will be sufficient for
blade dressing. Hard non-abrasive granites will require supplemental dressing with a dressing
stone or cinder block. Refer to the AccuGlide directions for guidelines on proper diamond
blade dressing.

MAINTANENCE NOTE: The two center pivot bearings will
require limited maintenance for maximum performance. Using a
grease gun, insert grease into the four grease zerks every six
months. When performing this maintenance, continue inserting
grease until you see the old grease pushed out from each end of
the bearing. Wipe off excess grease with a rag.
RETURN SHIPPING BASES TO ACCUGLIDE SAWS
Please place the four steel shipping bases inside this crate along with the nuts, bolts, washers
and bottle jack. Secure the lid with the provided screws or hardware. We will contact you for a
ready time and schedule a shipping truck to pick up the crate at a designated address. I the
crate shipping bases are not ready or return a ter three attempts or not returned
by the customer within 30 days rom the invoice date, the value o the bases and
crate will be billed at 500.00, to the original purchaser.
