Keep your garage, closet, playroom, or basement organized with the
Align Ball Storage Rack. This spacious, heavy-duty rack is designed
to ore all variety of sporting equipment. Two orage baskets are
perfect for oring baseballs, soccer balls, volleyballs, basketballs,
footballs, and smaller equipment such as hockey pucks, badminton
shuttlecocks, golf balls, and pickleball and ping pong balls and
paddles. The two bottom orage bins are great for oring larger
equipment such as helmets, skateboards, pool toys, tennis and
badminton rackets, and lacrosse and hockey icks. Four adjuable
“S” hooks allow you to hang items such as hats and gloves, and two
adjuable looped hooks allow you to hang baseball and softball bats.

STEP 2: ATTACH THE BOTTOM PANEL
1. Use four long M6×24mm screws to attach the two side
panels [3] to the bottom panel [4]. See Fig. 2.
a. Screws insert from the sides (on the outside) of the frame.
b. Be sure to use the lower screw holes. The upper screw
holes will be used to attach the front and back panels.
c. Support beam running down the center of the bottom panel
[4] faces down.
2. Use the hex key to fully tighten the screws.

STEP 1: ASSEMBLE THE SIDE PANELS
1. Gather the components labeled [1] – [3] and the four wheels.
2. Slide a foam Aceletiqs tube [1] onto each upper frame [2].
3. Use one short M6×10mm screw and one spring washer to attach
an upper frame [2] to a side panel [3] as shown in Fig. 1.
a. Ensure the foam Aceletiqs tube faces to the front.
b. Front edge of the side frame is tapered; back edge is raight.
4. Use the hex key to fully tighten the screws.
5. Firmly insert two wheels into the base of each side panel.

STEP 4: ATTACH THE CENTER PANEL
1. Gather the center panel, labeled [6].
NOTE: Center panel divides the bottom section into two large bins.
2. Use four M6×24mm screws to attach the center panel [6]
between the front and back panels. See Fig. 4.
a. One screw will insert from the front and one from the back
3. Use the hex key to fully tighten the screws.
STEP 3: ATTACH THE FRONT AND BACK PANELS
1. Gather the front and back panels, labeled [5].
2. Use four long M6×24mm screws to attach one of the front and
back panels [5] to the front of the rack. See Fig. 3.
a. Screws insert from the sides (on the outside) of the frame.
b. Use the upper screw holes.
c. Wire mesh on the front and back panels [5] faces to the
outside.
3. Use the hex key to fully tighten the screws.
4. Repeat 2–3 above to attach the second panel [5] on the back
side of the rack.

STEP 6: INSERT THE BASKET DIVIDERS
1. Gather the six basket dividers, labeled [8].
2. Use three dividers to section each basket. See Fig. 6.
a. Slot both ends the divider onto a single wire segment.
b. Space the dividers evenly across each basket.
STEP 5: ATTACH THE BASKETS
1. Gather the two wire-mesh baskets, labeled [7].
2. Use four long M6×24mm screws to attach a basket to the upper
sidebar of the rack. See Fig. 5.
a. Screws insert from the sides (on the outside) of the frame.
3. Use the hex key to fully tighten the screws.
4. Repeat 2–3 above to attach the second basket to the lower
sidebar.

STEP 7: ATTACH THE HOOKS
1. Gather the four “S” hooks, labeled [9], and the two double-
loop hooks, labeled [10].
2. Place the hooks along the upper and lower sidebars where they
will be suit your orage needs. See Fig. 7.
a. Use the “S” hooks to hang hats, gloves, mitts, and more.
b. Use the double-loop hooks to hang baseball and softball
bats.

PLEASE KEEP THIS MANUAL IN A SAFE PLACE FOR REFERENCE.
WARNING: To avoid injury during assembly, disassembly, use, and/or
movement of the Align Ball Storage Rack, the following warnings MUST be
observed at all times:
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. It is the responsibility of the owner to ensure that all users of the ball
orage rack are adequately informed of all warnings and precautions.
2. Use the ball orage rack only as inructed in this manual.
3. Assembling and moving of the orage rack should only be performed
by an adult.
4. Never allow children to climb or play on the ball orage rack as this
could result in injury or damage to the equipment.
5. Always ore heavier items on the bottom of the rack. Storing heavy
items in the top baskets could cause the rack to become unable or
fall, resulting in injury or damage to the rack.
DOS AND DON’TS
1. Place the rack on a level, urdy floor.
2. Always use caution when moving the ball orage rack. Use two people
to move the rack, if necessary.
3. Keep hands, fingers, toes, hair, and clothing clear of moving parts.
EQUIPMENT CARE & MAINTENANCE
1. Check the rack regularly for loose screws and tighten as needed. Do
not use the rack if any screws are loose. Do not use if the rack is worn,
damaged, or malfunctioning.
