Important Safety Information
WARNING!
Before using this unit or starting any exercise program, consult your physician. This is
especially important for persons over the age of 35 and/or persons with pre-existing health
problems. The manufacturer or distributor assumes no responsibility for personal injury or
property damage sustained by or through the use of this product.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS AND TIPS
1. It is the owner's responsibility to ensure that all users of this unit have read the Owner's
Manual and are familiar with warnings and safety precautions.
2. This unit has a user maximum capacity of 110 kg.
3. The unit should only be used on a level surface and is intended for indoor use only. The
unit should not be placed in a garage, patio, or near water and should never be used
while you are wet. We recommend a mat be placed under the unit to protect floor or
carpet and for easier cleaning.
4. Wear comfortable, good-quality walking or running shoes and appropriate clothing. Do
not wear sandals, socks or stockings.
5. Always examine your unit before using to ensure all parts are in working order.
6. Allow the unit to fully stop before dismounting.
7. Pets should never be allowed near the unit.
8. Do not leave children unsupervised near or on the unit.
9. Never operate the unit where oxygen is being administered, or where aerosol products
are being used.
10. Neverinsert any object or body parts into any opening.
11. For safety and to prevent damage to your unit, no more than one person should use the
unit at a time.
12. Service to your unit should only be performed by an authorized service representative,
unless authorized and/or instructed by the manufacturer.
13. Failure to follow these instructions will void the unit warranty.

Before You Start
Thank you for purchasing this newAction Rower! This quality product you have chosen was
designed to meet your needs for cardiovascular exercise. Before you start, please read the
Owner's Manual and become familiar with the operation of your new unit.
Remember to take the time to perform the stretching exercises provided to avoid injury.
If you are taking medication, consult your physician to see if the medication will affect your
exercise heart rate. If you have heart problems, you are not active, and/or are over the age of
35 years, do not start an exercise program without first contacting and receiving approval from
your physician.

TROUBLE SHOOTING
If the display becomes illegible or only paral segments appear, please remove the baeries, wait 20
seconds and refit.
CONSOLE OPERATION
Press MODE to select display mode.
Press MODE for 2 seconds to reset all display values to zero.

TIME Time counting up
CAL Estimated calories burn
The computer turns on when MODE is pressed or you start exercise.
The computer will shut off if after 4 minutes if no signal is detected.

Quadriceps Stretch
With one hand against a wall for balance, reach behind you and pull
your right foot up. Bring your heel as close to your buttocks as
possible. Hold for 15 counts and repeat with left foot up.
Inner Thigh Stretch
Sit with the soles of your feet together with your knees
pointing outward. Pull your feet as close into your groin as possible.
Gently push your knees towards the floor. Hold for 10 counts
Toe Touches
Slowly bend forward from your waist, letting you back and shoulders
relax as you stretch toward your toes. Reach down as far as you
can and hold for 15 counts.
Hamstring Stretches
Sit with your right leg extended. Rest the sole of your left foot
against your right inner thigh. Stretch toward your toe as far as
possible. Hold for 15 counts Relax and then repeat with left leg
extended.

under normal use and service conditions for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase of
this article. Evidence of unfair usage or incorrect adjustment by the owner will void this promise.

mal usage, or repairs not provided by us or our Service Centre. Nor does this warranty extend to
products used for commercial or rental purposes. This warranty does not cover ordinary wear, tear
and weathering, failure to follow directions, improper installation, improper maintenance or acts
of God (such as damage caused by storms, lightning, heavy winds and by snow or ice).

The service centre representative will assess the claim. If:
1) There is a minor fault
or other suitable remedy;
2) There is a major fault
you purchased it from for a full refund.
Please note – a request for compensation will need documentary evidence of the loss or damage
failure by Action Fitness to comply with a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer
Law.
3) The product was damaged through abnormal use
The sending of replacements, spare parts or the cost of repair carried out by the Service Centre
will be organized and covered by Action Fitness. If collection of the item is required this will be
organized by the Service Centre and at our expense. Do not return any products without authori-
zation as this will be at your expense.
Our sales and service centre has been set up to provide assembly assistance, replacement parts
your warranty claim our Service Centre will send, via post or email, a repair and refurbished goods
or parts notice.
