OPERATION AND FIRST TIME USE
The CoMax Composite Dispenser is intended for use with most standard composite
compules. Insert the compule by pulling back on the front ange. (See Fig.1on
reverse side)
Release the ange to keep compule in place. Place 4 ngers on trigger and pull back
to express composite. (See Fig.2 on reverse side)
To remove compule, pull back on ange and compule will drop out by itself. (No need
to touch compule, see Fig. 3 on reverse side)

Safety Precautions
Before expressing composite, always ensure that the compule is fully seated
in the barrel and secured with the spring loaded collar.
Always ensure that your brand and style of compule is compatible with the
CoMax. Test compatibility by expressing material onto a pad or tabletop
prior to patient use.

Cleaning and Sterilization
The CoMax Composite Dispenser may be autoclaved in a steam autoclave.
It is not recommended that it be chemclaved. It may also be wiped down
with a disinfectant such as CaviCide®, Envirocide®or Cidex®.
DO NOT SOAK THE COMAX DISPENSER IN DISINFECTANT SOLUTION.
