PRE OPERATING INSPECTION
Inspect your vehicle before you ride it.
It only ta es a few minutes to chec and may save your life.
Chec the tires condition and pressure.
Chec the nuts, bolts and other fasteners.
Chec the drive chain condition and slac .
Chec the engine stop switch for good function.
Chec the throttle for smooth opening and closing.
Chec the fuel level in fuel tan
Chec oil level in cran case thru oil screen.
Chec brea fluid to ma e sure it’s sufficient and not contaminated.
Chec the bra e operation to see if there is any binding of the bra e cables.
Chec the ease of turning to the left and right of steering handle.
Chec bra e lever for effective bra ing. Try bra ing soon as you are driving off.

Be sure to have sufficient oil,
chec oil
dipstic every ridding and the tighten
dipstic properly.
* Total oil capacity:2.0 Liter
* Prescribed 4-stro e engine oil only,
synthetic type is recommended.
* Select the proper viscosity of oil.
* It would damage or burn down the engine
parts if oil is insufficient.

PRE OPERATING INSPECTION
Check nd refueling
Insert the ey and turn to “open” position
And turn counter cloc wise direction to open
the cap.
After refueling, insert the cap properly and
turn the ey to “loc ” position.
Pull out the ey and chec fuel cap to ma e
sure it’s loc ed.
CAUTIONS:
::
:
* Stop the engine for refueling.
* Use unleaded gasoline with octane level
91 or higher.
* Turn the gasoline cap counter cloc wise
to loose it, cloc wise to tighten.
* Avoid overfilling the gasoline, when
refueling, it could cause a fire when the
engine is hot.

Do not over infl te the tire pressure s indic ted on the tire.
Chec if there is any gravel in the tread grooves or any nail puncture. If so clean it.
Chec for any crac or heavy worn-out. If worn-out exceeds the limit, replace it with new one.
Please chec the mar ing on tires for detail specification.
Front nd Re r Shock Absorbers
Apply pressure on both front steering handle and seat to chec the function of front and
rear shoc absorbers.
Recommended tire pressure:
On-road:10 psi (0.49 gf/cm

), Off-road 5 psi.

B ttery
This vehicle is equipped with a maintenance
free battery that requires no maintenance.
Remove nd Check
Pull the rubber strap or remove the steel
strap to release the battery.
Remove negative and positive terminals
(negative first).
Remove battery and chec voltage.
Normal voltage:12V and above
Keep terminals clean constantly.
Charge the battery base on the
instruction that printed on battery.

To start the engine.

SIGNAL LIGHT SWITCH
Right signal light flashing indicates turning
to the right.
Left signal light flashing indicates turning to
the left.
Push switch to turn off lights.
CAUTIONS:
HORN BUTTON
Turn on main switch and press down the horn
buttom, the horn will sound.
Always tu n on signal lights befo e tu ning.

This switch is located on the left handle and can
be used for emergency or safety switch.
