ANDROVIDEO APPLICATION LICENSE AGREEMENT
IMPORTANT --
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING AND USING
SOFTWARE PRODUCT (“APPLICATION”). THESE ACTIONS CONSTITUTE AN
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS
AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN
YOU (EITHER AN INDIVIDUAL OR A SINGLE ENTITY) AND ANDROVIDEO
INCORPORATED (“ANDROVIDEO”) FOR APPLICATION THAT ACCOMPANIES THIS
AGREEMENT.
YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS
AGREEMENT BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, AND USING THE APPLICATION. IF
YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, AND USE THE
APPLICATION.
1. LICENSE GRANT AND LIMITATION
Provided that you comply with all terms and conditions of this Agreement, AndroVideo
grants you the right to download, install, and use the Application on your personal mobile
phone by following the instruction of AndroVideo.
You are not authorized and licensed to sell, license, revise or distribute Application and any
copies of the Application or as part of any collection, product or service if the primary value
of the product or service is in the Application.
2. RENEWAL
Unless another term is specified by AndroVideo, this Agreement entitles you to receive
Application Updates from AndroVideo. AndroVideo reserves the right at any time to revise
or terminate this renewal hereunder.
3. CONSENT AND AUTHORIZE ANDROVIDEO TO USE DATA
To facilitate product support and the provision of other services to you, you hereby agree
and authorize AndroVideo may collect, use, store and transmit non-personally identifiable
Application usage statistics and other related information. AndroVideo may also use this
information in the aggregate, in a form which does not personally identify you, subject to
improve products and services.
4. RIGHTS OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All ownership, title and intellectual property rights in and to the Application are owned by
AndroVideo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws and treaties. No right is
transferred hereunder.

5. REPRESENTATION
To the extent legally permissible, You represent that You will not attempt to rent, lease,
sub-license, loan, auction, deal in, modify, create derivative works of, adapt, merge,
translate, reverse compile, de-compile, or disassemble the Application, in whole or in part,
use the Application to provide services to third parties, or authorize others to do any of the
foregoing.
6. WARRANTY AND LIMITATION
AndroVideo warrants that, upon receive the Application which performs in substantial
accordance with the applicable instruction of AndroVideo. AndroVideo does not warrant
that the use of the Application will be uninterrupted or error free or that all errors or failures
will be corrected.
The Warranty does not apply to any error caused by accident, abuse, misapplication or any
problem or error in the operating system software with which the Application is designed to
operate. Neither AndroVideo nor its distributors warrant that the Application is error free or
that use of the Application will keep your mobile phone, network or computer systems free
from all viruses or other malicious code.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY; CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
To the extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AndroVideo or its distributors
be liable to you for any consequential, special, incidental or indirect damages of any kind
arising out of this Agreement or use of the Application, even if AndroVideo has been
advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the nature of the cause of
action or theory asserted. In no event will AndroVideo’s or its distributors’ liabilities for any
claim, whether in contract, tort, or any other theory of liability.
8. TERMINATION AND INDEMNIFY
This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any point by
destroying/deleting all Application. AndroVideo has the option to immediately terminate this
Agreement if you fail to comply with any material term or condition of this Agreement. You
agree upon such termination to destroy/delete the Application. The provisions of Sections
4, 5 and 8 shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
You shall indemnify and defend AndroVideo against any claims or lawsuits, including
attorneys' fees that arise from your violation of any term and condition of this Agreement.
THE APPLICATION IS PROTECTED BY TRADE SECRET, COPYRIGHT AND OTHER
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAWS, AND INTERNATIONAL TREATY PROVISIONS.
PLEASE BE NOTICED THAT UNAUTHORIZED REVISE, REPRODUCTION OR
DISTRIBUTION MAY SUBJECT TO CIVIL AND CRIMINAL PENALTIES.

1. Introduction
advan VD1 Network Camera is a vandal proof dome provides a
broad overview with high efficient codec (H.265) support. The
camera’s sensor give a 115° angle of view with smooth capture of
movements at up to 30 fps in 4K resolution. The varifocal lens
provide the flexibility of focus distance and view angle. The camera
is effectively installed indoors or outdoors with a wide operating
temperature range powered by standard PoE is delivered with a
repaintable weather shield that protects against sun, rain, or snow.
The camera is equipped with video motion detection, active
tampering alarm, and *face recognition. It also support both
Android SDK/NDK and AVC SDK in order to develop Android
application and pluggableAI (Artificial Intelligence) module running
on camera devices.
The advan VD1 designed with IK10 vandal resistance and IP67
ingress protection. The camera is equipped with an automatic
IR-cut filter and IR LEDs for day and night surveillance. With the
low lux CMOS image sensor, the camera is capable of providing a
color live view in a low light environment. Adjustable in 3 axis (pan,
tilt and rotate), it offers an entry-level surveillance solution with all
the essential features and excellent image quality.

5. Installation
The advan VD-1 Vandal Proof IP Dome is designed for outdoors. With the standard
package, you can install the camera on the ceiling. Note: You can also install the
camera to ceilings, wall corners (concave or convex), and poles using optional
mounting kits.
