When Enabled
The AWR Advantage Plus
will record the audio of all
received radio receptions.
With a limit of 128 total messages
or approximately 10 minutes of
recording time, whichever comes rst.
Use the Up or Down Keys
To nd the menu option
labeled Recorder, press the
S/M key to enter.
Access the Short Menu
By pressing the menu
function key. The default is
the S/M Key, long press.

AWR Advantage Plus Voice Recorder
Please Note
Voice Recorder Must Be Activated
On the radio using the AWR Advantage programming software.
Voice Recorder is Not Available
On the AWR Advantage two-way radio.
Voice recording allows messages to be played back multiple times when needed. This is benecial
when a message is received when speaking to a customer, resident, or otherwise occupied.
From the recorder menu, messages can be played, deleted individually, or all deleted.

Please Note
When Memory is Full
The AWR Advantage Plus will provide a warning tone every 15 seconds and the voice recorder icon will begin to
ash. No new radio receptions will be recorded until memory space is available.
To Play
Go to play under the recorder
menu by using the up or
down arrows. Press the S/M
key to select.
To Delete
Use the up or down keys
to select delete under the
recorder menu. Press the
S/M key to select.
A Di󰀨erent Recording
Can be chosen by using the
up or down keys to select a
di󰀨erent recording, press the
S/M button to play.
To Exit the Play Menu
Press the F key.
Delete All
Press the down key for the
delete all option. Press the
S/M key to delete all.
To Exit the Delete Menu
Press the F key.
The Newest Recording
will be shown on the screen in
a number format, to play the
message press the S/M key.
Delete Individually
The newest recording will
be shown on the screen in a
number format followed by Yes.
Press the S/M key to delete.
When deleting individually only the
newest message in the recorded
list can be deleted.
