 When the door gla panel are damaged they become weak and can break. You mu t
replace them. Contact the ervice centre.
 Be careful when you remove the door from the appliance. The door i heavy!
 Do not clean catalytic enamel (if applicable).
 Open the door carefully. The u e of ingredient with alcohol can cau e a mixture of
alcohol and air. There i the ri k of fire.
 Do not let park or open flame come near the appliance when you open the door.
 Do not put flammable product or item that are wet with flammable product ,
and/or fu ible object (made of pla tic or aluminium) in, near or on the appliance.

It i important that all the operation related to in tallation and regulation be carried
out by peciali ed taff in accordance with the norm in force. The pecific in truction
are de cribed in the chapter for the in taller. Before u ing the appliance, carefully
remove the pecial protective film that protect the tainle teel or anodized
aluminium item .
The oven thermal i olation and the grea e re idue from the work produce moke and
unplea ant odour during the fir t few minute of u e. We advi e heating the empty
oven to maximum temperature for about 45 minute at fir t u e.

BEFORE FIRST USE
The oven work only with the time et.
On connecting the oven to the power upply,
or when the power i re tored after an outage,
the ymbol "A" (automatic) and the clock
automatically fla h on the di play.
Pre on the elector button (Mode) for about
3 econd and et the time u ing the en or
button " + " or " - ".
After about 5 econd , the di play top

Turn the function knob (fig. 6) to the ymbol and the thermo tat knob
(fig. 7) to the required temperature. Preheating of the oven i recommended until
the thermo tat indicator light witche off, to how the elected temperature ha
been reached in the center of the oven. Thi function i recommended for the food
needing highe t cooking temperature or in earthenware pot . When heating food
from the bottom helf turn the function knob to the ymbol .
With thi type of cooking u e one tray for optimal cooking.
Thi oven i alway u ed with the DOOR CLOSED.
Traditional baking
IMPORTANT
For ed onve tion baking
Turn the function knob (fig. 6) to the ymbol , then turn the thermo tat knob
(fig. 7) to required temperature. With thi function more than on tray may be u ed
at the ame time becau e hot air i forced by the fan around the food and between
the tray .
Al o the temperature to be elected for cooking i 10-15% lower than the corre ponding
value for traditional baking and the action of the hot air will do more uniformly
dried and cru t your food. When u ing one tray only the lower runner i ugge ted
to be u ed in order to be ea ily checked by the oven window without opening the
door. Preheating time will be very hort (15 minute are ufficient al o for very
en itive item uch a oufflé or whi ked ponge ) and the more common food
may be cooked from a cold tart.
Thi MULTIFUNCTION oven i engineered to offer you the be t cooking way for the
mo t common international food . Cooking re ult are a matter of per onal preference
and may ea ily be adju ted to follow individual requirement by light change to
the temperature or/and cooking time.
Turn the function knob (fig. 6) to the ymbol (or to the ymbol for mall
quantitie of teak ).

Alway et the grill grid in the highe t po ible rack (but not too clo e to the heating
element: fatty food give off moke and may tart a fire) place a pan in the lowe t
po ible rack for collecting juice. If a grea e fire hould occur in a pan put out the
flame by placing a lid on the pan: NEVER THROW WATER ON A GREASE FIRE.
The fan a i ted grill function , corre ponding to the ymbol are uitable for wet
or thick food becau e the action of the hot air will provide even di tribution cooking,
and the heat will enter into the food more gradually by reducing the radiation of
the grill. When u ing thi function turn they knob on 200°C thermo tat.
Using turbo grilling
IMPORTANT
Thi light i on when you turn the thermo tat knob and witche off when the oven
reache the elected temperature and will cycle on and off during the cooking in
line with the oven temperature.
Thi light i alway on with every elected function by the function knob (fig. 6).
When needing the in ide lighted up without any heating element witched on turn
the elector knob to the ymbol .

Turn the oven thermo tat knob (fig. 7) to 250°C.










USING THE ACCESSORIES
Inserting the drip-tray
In ert the drip-tray between the ide guide ,
on one of the oven level .
Inserting the shelf
In ert the helf between the ide guide ,
on one of the oven level .
There are two indentation on the ide
edge of the helf. Thi hape prevent the
grill from overturning.
To remove the helf from the oven, pull it
outward, tilting it up.
Core temperature sensor
In ert the probe in the meat o that the tip
i in the centre of the food.
In ert the probe plug in the ocket located
on the ide of the oven.
Removing the temperature sensor
Attention: The core temperature en or i very hot!
Ri k of burn when removing the probe tip and plug!
Unplug the probe and take the meat out of the oven.
Switch the oven off.

The time remaining in et programme can be alway be checked by electing the
previou ly et programme again.

Setting the temperature in the entre of the meat
After having connected the core temperature en or, the di play how two important
temperature :
- The in tantaneou temperature mea ured in the centre of the meat. (indicated by
the two digit on the left part of the di play - pre- et value 30 °C).
- the de ired temperature in the centre of the meat (indicated by the two digit on
the right part of the di play - pre- et value 80 °C).
Pre on the + button for about 3 econd and et the de ired temperature in the
centre of the meat with + and - button .




Helpful hint and tip
Important! According to the newe t cientific knowledge, if you brown food ( pecially
the one which contain tarch), acrylamide can po e a health ri k. Thu , we recommend
that you cook at the lowe t temperature and do not brown food too much.
HELPFUL HINTS AND TIPS
Information on a rylamides
Cooking
The oven i equipped with a fan for cooling the control panel, knob and oven door
grip. To prevent dangerou overheating, thi fan continue to work EVEN AFTER THE
OVEN IS SWITCHED OFF, until the temperature fall to normal level .
Cooling fan
Set the cooking function and the oven temperature. An acou tic ignal ound when
the et temperature in the centre of the meat i reached and the oven witche off
automatically.
Pre any button to top the ignal and turn off the oven by turning the central
knob on po ition " 0 ".
General instru tions
 The new oven can cook/roa t differently with re pect to the oven previou ly u ed.
Therefore, it i advi able to adapt the ba ic etting normally u ed (temperature,
cooking time , etc.) and the activation level according to that given in the table .
 In ca e of prolonged cooking time , the oven may be witched off about 10 minute
beforehand, in order to exploit the re idual heat.
With frozen food , the plate u ed can become buckled during cooking. The buckling
hould di appear once the plate have cooled. U ing the cooking table

 For per onal recipe not mentioned among tho e in the table , u e the value given
for imilar recipe .
 For baking cake on everal level , the time required may increa e by 10- 15 minute .
 Food and cake of different height may how different amount of browning at
the tart of baking/cooking. If o, do not change the temperature etting. The e
difference are reduced during baking/cooking.

Care and cleaning

The oven acce orie ( helve, grid, oven helf carrier ) and the oven door al o, can
be removed for ea ier wa hing, to be done with a mild detergent olution. The lot

for an efficient cooling of the unit.
CARE AND CLEANING
Cleaning hould be carried out when the appliance i COOL AND SWITCHED OFF AT
THE MAINS SUPPLY.

make removal more difficult.
