Part of a system
The AGRIBOX pro Switch is part of a system. The system consists of at least one AGRIBOX pro and
AGRILED® pro xtures. An external switch, a light sensor and external control lighting can also be
connected as optional extras.
The maximum number of AGRILED® pro 16 xtures that can be connected to one switch is 60.
The maximum number of AGRILED® pro 32 xtures that can be connected to one switch is 30.
If you want to connect more AGRILED® pro 32 xtures, you can use an AGRIBOX pro slave and an extra
AGRIBOX pro Switch.

De Quick Introduction Guide geeft u inzicht in de belangrijkste functionaliteiten van de AGRIBOX pro en het
proces dat u gaat doorlopen om het product te kunnen gebruiken.
Naast de Quick Introduction Guide is er ook een uitgebreide handleiding beschikbaar. De uitgebreide
handleiding is meegeleverd op CD-rom. De uitgebreide handleiding verschaft alle informatie om aan de
slag te gaan met de AGRIBOX pro en dient volledig gelezen en begrepen te worden. Behalve op de

Voor de montage en installatie is specieke deskundigheid vereist en mag
daarom alleen door daarvoor gecerticeerd personeel worden uitgevoerd.
De montage en installatie dienen overeenkomstig te zijn met de plaatselijk
geldende wetten en regelgeving.
Korte beschrijving van het product
De AGRIBOX pro stuurt armaturen aan.
Hiervoor deelt u de armaturen eerst in groepen in. Vervolgens worden de armaturen per groep
aangestuurd.
Hoe de AGRIBOX pro de armaturen aanstuurt, regelt u via het display van de AGRIBOX pro.
U kunt de armaturen op drie manieren aansturen:
• Handmatig: bijvoorbeeld met één druk op de knop een hele groep uitschakelen.
• Automatisch op tijd: via een programma dat u zelf instelt. Bijvoorbeeld een hele groep gedurende een
bepaalde tijd op 60% lichtsterkte laten branden.
• Automatisch via een lichtsensor: afhankelijk van de hoeveelheid natuurlijk licht in de stal zal het
systeem zichzelf aanpassen.
Om het product te gebruiken voert u vier eenvoudige stappen uit. Deze worden hieronder algemeen
beschreven. De uitgebreide beschrijving vindt u in de uitgebreide handleiding.

Stap 1 Maak een belichtingsplan
Voordat u begint met het monteren van de AGRIBOX pro, dient u eerst goed na te denken
over hoe u wilt gaan werken in de stal. Vragen die u zichzelf moet stellen zijn:
• In welke groepen wil ik de stal indelen?
• Hoeveel uren wil ik per groep belichten?
• Van welke goepen wil ik de lichtsterkte laten aanpassen aan het daglicht?
Leg uw wensen vast in een belichtingsplan. Is het belichtingsplan afgerond en goedgekeurd?
Danbent u klaar om de AGRIBOX pro in te stellen.
Stap 2 Gebruiksklaar maken: montage en elektrische aansluiting
Om de AGRIBOX pro gebruiksklaar te maken, dient u deze eerst te monteren en aan te
sluiten.
Wij adviseren om de armaturen aan te sluiten via de AGRIBOX pro Switch. De AGRIBOX pro
Switch kan de installatie spanningsloos maken voor bijvoorbeeld onderhoud.
Wilt u meer armaturen aansturen dan het maximaal aantal aangegeven in de specicaties?
Voegdan iedere keer als u het maximum aantal overschrijdt een AGRIBOX pro slave en een
AGRIBOX pro Switch toe. Als deze producten geen onderdeel waren van uw levering dan kunt
uze apart bijbestellen.
Maakt u gebruik van de lichtsensor, monteer deze zo mogelijk aan de noordzijde
van het gebouw. Zet de dipswitches in de lichtsensor VOOR calibreren in de 20 kLux stand:
Dipswitch 3 ON, Dipswitches 1,2 en 4 OFF. Zet de dipswithces in de lichtsensor NA het
calibreren in de 2 kLux stand: Dipswitch 2 ON, Dipswitches 1,3 en 4 OFF.
Stap 3 De AGRIBOX pro instellen (basisinstellingen)
Als u de AGRIBOX pro gebruiksklaar heeft gemaakt en een belichtingsplan heeft opgesteld,
danmoet u de AGRIBOX pro Controlbox instellen. Houd hiervoor uw belichtingsplan bij de
hand.
Kies de taal
Druk op en ga naar Settings > Language. Kies de gewenste taal.
De datum en tijd instellen
Om ervoor te zorgen dat programma’s die u later gaat instellen, op tijd worden uitgevoerd,
dientueerst de datum en tijd in te stellen.
Druk op en ga naar Instellingen > Datum & Tijd.
Het aantal groepen instellen
De AGRIBOX pro Controlbox stuurt groepen armaturen aan. U schakelt bijvoorbeeld in één
keer een hele groep aan of uit. Het aantal groepen stelt u zelf in. Het maximum aantal groepen
dat u kunt instellen is 5.
Druk op en ga naar Instellingen > Instellingen > Aantal groepen.
Tip: noteer in uw belichtingsplan welke groepsnummers overeenkomen met de groepen in uw
plan.
De armaturen toevoegen
De armaturen zijn aangesloten, maar u kunt ze nog niet aansturen met de AGRIBOX pro
Controlbox. Hiervoor moet u eerst de AGRIBOX pro Controlbox alle armaturen laten zoeken.
Dit kan via een aantal eenvoudige handelingen in het instellingen menu. Zodra de armaturen
gevonden zijn, bent u klaar om de armaturen in te delen in groepen.
Druk op en ga naar Instellingen > Zoeken (Zoekmodus = alle, Zoek drivers = ja).

De armaturen indelen in groepen
U heeft groepen aangemaakt en de armaturen zijn gevonden. U kunt nu de armaturen aan de
groepen toevoegen. U doet dit één voor één per armatuur, dus het kan zijn dat u hier even
mee bezig bent. Heeft u alle armaturen ingedeeld in de groepen? Dan bent u nu klaar om
lichtprogramma’s in te stellen.
Druk op en ga naar Instellingen > Toewijzen.
Lichtprogramma’s instellen
Een lichtprogramma stelt u in staat de armaturen aan en uit te zetten binnen een periode van
24 uur op de door u gewenste tijden. In totaal kunnen er 10 lichtprogramma’s worden
ingesteld. Per lichtprogramma kunnen er 8 tijden worden ingesteld.
Druk op en ga naar Program
Voorbeeld:
Van 06:30 tot 22:30 uur moeten de armaturen die bij programma 1 horen voor 100% aan
staan. Daarna moeten groepen armaturen uit worden gezet. Voer de tijden als volgt in:
Tijd 1: de groep armaturen gaat aan om 06:00 uur.
Tijd 2: van 06:00 tot 06:30 uur neemt de lichtsterkte geleidelijk toe tot 100%.
Tijd 3: van 06:30 tot 22:30 uur blijft de groep armaturen aan op 100%.
Tijd 4: van 22:30 tot 23:00 uur neemt de lichtsterkte geleidelijk af tot 0%.
Tijden 5 tot 8 kunnen worden ingevoerd als u wilt dat de groep armaturen op diverse tijden aan
en uit gaat.
Tip: om armaturen binnen een programma uit te schakelen stelt u de lichtsterkte in op 0%.
Start en eindig dus altijd op 0% om er zeker van te zijn dat de armaturen ’s nachts uit zijn.
Kijk in uw belichtingsplan om te bepalen hoe uw programma eruit moet zien.
U kunt in totaal 10 lichtprogramma’s instellen.
Lichtprogramma’s koppelen aan groepen
Heeft u groepen aangemaakt, armaturen toegevoegd aan groepen en lichtprogramma’s
ingesteld? Via een aantal eenvoudige stappen kunt u nu de lichtprogramma’s koppelen aan
groepen.
Controlelicht instellen
Het controlelicht is de rode LED verlichting en is de minimale verlichting om de stal ’s nachts te
kunnen controleren, zonder het vee te storen in hun dag- en nachtritme.
Voor het controlelicht kan één programma worden ingesteld. Ditprogramma is van toepassing
op alle groepen.

Calibratie lichtsensor
Het lichtniveau wordt geregeld met een lichtsensor die aan de noordelijke zijde van de stal
moet worden geplaatst. Het licht van buiten de stal zou het lichtniveau binnen de stal kunnen
beïnvloeden. Daarom moet er een calibratie worden uitgevoerd. Lees voor alle instellingen de
complete handleiding van de AGRIBOX pro.
Daglichtcompensatie
Als u een lichtsensor heeft aangesloten, dan kunt u daglichtcompensatie instellen. Wanneer de
daglichtcompensatie is ingesteld, gebruikt het system de waarde van de lichtsensor om te
bepalen wanneer de verlichting aan moet (gedimd of volledig). Tijdens schemer, daggeraad of
bewolkte dagen zal het lichtniveau in de stal worden verhoogd (bij gedimd licht) tot het
benodigde lichtniveau.
Daglichtcompensatie kunt u via een programma, koppelen aan een groep.
Deze optie vindt u onder instellingen. U dient deze per groep te activeren.
Zet de dipswitches in de lichtsensor VOOR calibreren in de 20 kLux stand:
Dipswitch 3 ON, Dipswitches 1,2 en 4 OFF. Zet de dipswithces in de lichtsensor NA het
calibreren in de 2 kLux stand: Dipswitch 2 ON, Dipswitches 1,3 en 4 OFF.
Schermcompensatie
Als de stal voorzien is van schermen, dan kunt u per groep schermcompensatie instellen.
Deze optie vindt u onder instellingen. U dient deze per groep te activeren.
Stap 4 De AGRIBOX pro gebruiken
Nadat u de AGRIBOX pro heeft ingesteld, kunt u altijd instellingen wijzigen. U kunt
programma’s aanpassen. Armaturen verwijderen, armaturen toevoegen enzovoort. Het is ook
mogelijk de groepen handmatig te bedienen.

Brief description of the product
The AGRIBOX pro controls light xtures.
For this the xtures are rst divided into groups. The xtures are then controlled in groups.
You can set how the AGRIBOX pro controls the xtures via the display of the AGRIBOX pro.
You can control the xtures in three ways:
• Manually: For example, one press of the button to switch off a whole group.
• Automatically via timer: Via a program that you set yourself. For example, to have a whole group
switched on with a light power of 60% for a given time.
• Automatically via a light sensor: The systems regulates itself, depending on the amount of natural
light in the building.
Operation of the product involves four simple steps. These are described in general terms below. A more
detailed description can be found in the comprehensive manual.

Step 1 Draw up a lighting plan
Before you start to install the AGRIBOX pro, you should rst consider carefully how you want
to work in the building. Questions that you should ask yourself:
• Into how many groups do I want to divide the building?
• For how many hours are the xtures to be switched on per group?
• For which groups do I want the light power to be adapted to the daylight?
Lay down your wishes in a lighting plan. Has the lighting plan been nalised and adopted?
Then you are ready to install AGRIBOX pro.
Step 2 Preparation for use: Installation and electrical connection
In order to prepare AGRIBOX pro for use, it must rst be installed and the electrical
connections made.
We recommend that the xtures are connected via the AGRIBOX pro Switch. The AGRIBOX
pro Switch can disconnect the installation from the mains power supply, e.g. for maintenance
work.
Do you want to control more xtures than the maximum number indicated in the specications?
Every time you exceed the maximum number, add an AGRIBOX pro slave to an AGRIBOX pro
Switch. If these products did not form part of your delivery, you can order them separately.
If you use a light sensor, this should preferably be installed on the north side of the
building. Set the light sensor dip switches in the 20 kLux position before calibration:
Dipswitch 3 ON, Dipswitches 1,2 and 4 OFF. Set the light sensor dip switches in the 2 kLux
position after calibration: Dipswitch 2 ON, Dipswitches 1,3 and 4 OFF.
Step 3 Setting the AGRIBOX pro (basic settings)
When you have prepared the AGRIBOX pro for use and drawn up a lighting plan, you now
have to set the AGRIBOX pro. Keep your lighting plan available for this.
Set language
Press and go to Settings > Language. Choose the preferred language.
Set date and time
In order to ensure that programs that you will create later are executed at the right time, you
rst have to set the date and time.
Press and go to Settings > Date & Time.
Set number of groups
The AGRIBOX pro controls groups of light xtures. For example, you can switch whole group
of xtures on or off with one press of a button. You can set the number of groups yourself. The
maximum number of groups that you can set is 5.
Press and go to Settings > Settings > Number of groups.
Tip: Note in your lighting plan which group numbers correspond to the groups in your plan.
Add xtures
Now the xtures are connected, you can not control them with the AGRIBOX pro yet. Next step
is to search for the drivers in the controlbox. This requires just a few simple actions in the
Settings menu. Once the xtures have been found, you are ready to divide the xtures into
groups.
Press and go to Settings > Search (Search mode = all, Search drivers = yes).

Divide the xtures into groups
You have created groups and the xtures have been found. You can now assign the xtures to
the groups. This has to be done individually for each xture, so this may take some time. Have
you divided all the xtures into groups? Then you are ready to set lighting programs.
Press and go to Settings > Assign.
Set lighting programs
A lighting program allows you to switch the xtures on and off within a period of 24 hours at the
times desired by you. A total of 10 lighting programs can be set. 8 times can be set per lighting
program.
Press and go to Program
Example:
From 6:30 a.m. until 10:30 p.m. the group of xtures belonging the program 1 must be
switched on 100%. The group of xtures must then switch off. Enter the times as follows:
Time 1: The group of xtures switches on at 6.00 a.m.
Time 2: From 6:00 a.m. until 6:30 a.m. the light power is gradually increased up to 100%.
Time 3: From 6:30 a.m. until 10:30 p.m. the group of xtures remains switched on at 100%.
Time 4: From 22:30 p.m. until 23:00 p.m. the light power is gradually decreased down to 0%.
Times 5 to 8 can be entered if you wish for the group of xtures to be switched on and off at
several times.
The rst and last time must always be 0%. If this is not the case, the xture will
remain switched on.
Linking lighting programs to groups
Have you created groups, assigned xtures to groups and set lighting programs? You can now
link the lighting programs to groups in a few simple steps.
Set control light
The control light is the red LED lighting and is the minimum lighting for being able to monitor
the buildings at night without disturbing the animals in their day and night rhythm.
One program can be set for the control light. This program then applies to all the groups.

Calibrate light sensor
The light level is controlled with a light sensor which must be placed on the north side of the
barn. The light outside of the barn could inuence the light level inside the barn. Therefore a
calibration has to be made. For all settings, read the complete manual of the AGRIBOX pro.
Daylight compensation
If you have connected a light sensor, we advise to set Daylight Compensation to ON. When
setting Daylight Compensation to ON, the system will use the light sensor value to decide
when to turn on the lights (dimmed or full). During dusk, dawn or very dark cloudy days the
light level inside the barn is “lifted up” (by dimmed light) till the advised level. You can link
daylight compensation to a group by means of a program.
This option can be found under Settings. This has to be activated separately for
each group.
Set the light sensor dip switches in the 20 kLux position before calibration:
Dipswitch 3 ON, Dipswitches 1,2 and 4 OFF. Set the light sensor dip switches in the 2 kLux
position after calibration: Dipswitch 2 ON, Dipswitches 1,3 and 4 OFF.
Screen compensation
If the building is tted with screens, you can set screen compensation for each group.
This option can be found under Settings. This has to be activated separately for
each group.
Step 4 Using the AGRIBOX pro
Once you have set the AGRIBOX pro, you can change settings at any time. You can modify
programs. You can add or remove xtures, etc. It is also possible to operate the groups
manually.

Brève description du produit
L'AGRIBOX pro permet de commander des luminaires.
Pour cela, vous devez, au préalable, créer des groupes de luminaires. Les luminaires seront ensuite
commandés par groupe.
La façon dont l'AGRIBOX pro doit commander les groupes se règle à l'aide de l'interface utilisateur.
Il existe trois modes de commande :
• Manuel: par exemple, en appuyant sur un seul bouton, vous pouvez mettre l'intégralité du groupe hors
tension.
• Automatique programmé: à l'aide d'un programme que vous réglerez vous-même. Vous pouvez par
exemple régler l'intensité lumineuse d'un groupe à 60 % pendant une durée dénie.
• Automatique à l'aide d'un capteur de luminosité: le système adaptera automatiquement le niveau
d'éclairage en fonction de la quantité de lumière naturelle dans l'étable.
Avant de commencer à utiliser le produit, vous devez suivre quatre étapes simples. Ci-dessous, vous
trouverez une description simpliée de ces étapes. Pour un descriptif plus détaillé, veuillez consulter le
manuel de l'utilisateur complet.

Étape 1 Élaborer un plan d'éclairage
Avant de commencer le montage de l'AGRIBOX pro, vous devez bien rééchir à la façon dont
vous souhaitez organiser votre travail dans l'étable. Les questions que vous devez vous poser
sont les suivantes :
• Quels sont les groupes de luminaires que je souhaite former dans l'étable ?
• Pendant combien d'heures je souhaite faire fonctionner chaque groupe ?
• Quels sont les groupes dont je souhaite ajuster la luminosité en fonction de la lumière du
jour ?
Élaborez un plan d'éclairage en fonction de vos besoins. Le plan d'éclairage est-il terminé et
approuvé ? Vous voilà prêt(e) à procéder au réglage de l'AGRIBOX pro.
Étape 2 Préparation à la mise en service: assemblage et raccordement électrique
An de préparer l'AGRIBOX pro à la mise en service, vous devez d'abord procéder à
l'assemblage et au raccordement électrique.
Nous vous conseillons de raccorder les luminaires via l'AGRIBOX pro Switch. L'AGRIBOX pro
switch permet de mettre l'installation hors tension, par exemple pendant les travaux d'entretien.
Souhaitez-vous commander un nombre de luminaires supérieur au nombre maximal indiqué
dans les spécications ? Le cas échéant, vous devez ajouter un esclave AGRIBOX pro ainsi
qu'un AGRIBOX pro switch à chaque fois que vous dépassez le nombre maximal. Si vous
n'aviez pas inclus ces composants dans votre commande, vous pouvez les commander
séparément.
Si votre installation comprend un capteur de luminosité, il est recommandé
d'installer celui-ci sur la face nord du bâtiment. Mettez les dipswitch dans le capteur de
luminosité AVANT le calibrage sur la position à 20 kLux : dipswitch 3 ON, dipswitch 1,2 et 4
OFF. Mettez les dipswitch dans le capteur de luminosité APRES le calibrage sur la position à 2
kLux : Commutateur2 ON, Commutateur 1, 3, et 4 OFF.
Étape 3 Congurer l'AGRIBOX pro (réglages de base)
Une fois que vous aurez préparé AGRIBOX pro à la mise en service et que vous aurez terminé
votre plan d’éclairage, vous pourrez procéder aux réglages de AGRIBOX pro. Pour cela,
gardez votre plan d’éclairage à portée de main.
Congurez la langue
Appuyez sur settings > Language. Sélectionnez la langue de votre choix.
Congurer la date et l’heure
Pour faire en sorte que les programmes que vous congurerez ultérieurement se déroulent à
l’heure souhaitée, vous devez d’abord régler la date et l’heure.
Appuyez et allez sur Installation > Date & Heure.
Congurer le nombre de groupes
AGRIBOX pro permet de commander des groupes de luminaires. Ceci vous permet, par
exemple, de mettre sous ou hors service l’ensemble des luminaires du groupe. Vous pouvez
congurer vous-même le nombre de groupes. Vous pouvez congurer au maximum 5 groupes.
Appuyez et allez sur Installation > Installation > Nombre de groupes.
Suggestion :dans votre plan d’éclairage, notez la correspondance entre les numéros de
groupes de luminaires et les numéros dans votre plan.

Ajouter les luminaires
Les luminaires sont désormais raccordés, mais vous ne pouvez pas encore les commander à
l’aide de AGRIBOX pro. Pour cela, vous devez d’abord faire en sorte que AGRIBOX pro
détecte tous les luminaires en effectuant quelques opérations simples via le menu réglages.
Une fois tous les luminaires seront détectés, vous pourrez organiser les luminaires en
plusieurs groupes.
Appuyez et allez sur Installation > Chercher (Chercher mode= tous, Chercher drivers=oui).
Former des groupes de luminaires
Vous avez créé plusieurs groupes et les luminaires ont été détectés. Vous pouvez dès
maintenant ajouter des luminaires aux groupes. Chaque luminaire devant être ajouté un par
un, cette opération peut prendre un certain temps. Avez-vous organisé tous les luminaires en
groupes ? Vous voilà prêt(e) à procéder au réglage des programmes d’éclairage.
Appuyez et allez sur Installation > Attribuer.
Congurer des programmes d’éclairage
Un programme d’éclairage vous permet d’allumer et d’éteindre les lampes sur une période de
24 heures quand vous le désirez. Au total, 10 programmes d’éclairage peuvent être
sauvegardés. Chaque programme d’éclairage permet de régler 8 intervalles.
Appuyez et allez sur Programme
Exemple :
De 6h30 à 22h30, le groupe de lampes du programme 1 doit être allumé à 100 % de
puissance. Le groupe de lampes doit ensuite être éteint. Entrez les intervalles comme suit :
Intervalle 1 : le groupe de lampes s’allume à 6h00.
Intervalle 2 : de 6h00 à 6h30, la puissance lumineuse est graduellement augmentée jusqu’à
atteindre 100 %.
Intervalle 3 : de 6h30 à 10h30, le groupe de lampes reste allumé à 100 %.
Intervalle 4 : de 22h30 à 23h00, la puissance d’éclairage est graduellement réduite jusqu’à 0 %.
Les intervalles 5 à 8 peuvent être entrés si vous souhaitez que le groupe de lampes soit allumé
et éteint sur plusieurs intervalles.
Suggestion :pour mettre un groupe de luminaires hors tension, il suft de régler l’intensité
lumineuse à 0%.
Vous devez donc toujours régler le début et la n du programme à 0% pour vous assurer que
les luminaires soient mis hors tension durant la nuit.
Consultez votre plan d’éclairage pour dénir vos programmes d’éclairage.
Vous pouvez congurer au maximum 10 programmes d’éclairage.

Attribuer des programmes d’éclairage à des groupes
Avez-vous créé des groupes, ajouté des luminaires aux groupes et conguré des programmes
d’éclairage ? En plusieurs étapes simples, vous pouvez maintenant attribuer les programmes
aux groupes.
Congurer l’éclairage de surveillance
L’éclairage de surveillance LED à lumière rouge assure un niveau d’éclairage minimum
permettant de surveiller les animaux pendant la nuit sans déranger leur rythme circadien.
Vous pouvez congurer un seul programme pour l’éclairage de surveillance. Ce programme
s’appliquera à tous les groupes.
Étalonnage du capteur de lumière
Le niveau d’éclairage est commandé par un capteur de lumière qui doit être placé du côté nord
de l’étable.
La lumière à l’extérieur de l’étable pourrait inuencer le niveau de lumière à l’intérieur de
l’étable. C’est pour cela qu’un étalonnage doit être effectué. Pour tous les réglages, lisez le
manuel complet du boîtier de commande AGRIBOX pro.
Compensation lumière du jour
Si vous avez installé un capteur de luminosité, vous pouvez congurer la fonction
compensation lumière du jour. Lorsque la « compensation lumière du jour » est installée, le
système utilise la valeur du capteur lumineux pour déterminer quand la lumière doit s’allumer
(régulé ou entièrement). Au crépuscule, à l’aube ou lors d’une journée nuageuse, le niveau
lumineux dans le bâtiment sera augmenté (avec l’éclairage régulé) jusqu’au niveau d’éclairage
requis. Vous pouvez associer la fonction compensation lumière du jour à un groupe.
Vous trouverez cette option sous Installation. Vous devez l’activer par groupe.
Mettez les dipswitch dans le capteur de luminosité AVANT le calibrage sur la
position à 20 kLux : dipswitch 3 ON, dipswitch 1,2 et 4 OFF. Mettez les dipswitch dans le
capteur de luminosité APRES le calibrage sur la position à 2 kLux : Commutateur2 ON,
Commutateur 1, 3, et 4 OFF.
Compensation de l’écran
Si des écrans sont installés dans l’étable, vous pouvez congurer la fonction compensation de
l’écran pour chaque groupe.
Vous trouverez cette option sous Installation. Vous devez l’activer par groupe.
Étape 4 Utiliser l'AGRIBOX pro
Après avoir conguré l'AGRIBOX pro, vous pourrez toujours modier les réglages
ultérieurement. Vous pourrez ajuster les programmes, retirer ou ajouter des luminaires
etcétéra. Vous avez également la possibilité de passer en mode manuel.

Die Montage und die Installation erfordern besonderes Fachwissen. Deshalb
dürfen sie nur von einer entsprechend zertizierten Fachkraft vorgenommen
werden.

Vorschriften entsprechen.
Kurze Beschreibung des Produkts
Die AGRIBOX pro steuert Armaturen.
Dazu müssen Sie die Armaturen zunächst verschiedenen Gruppen zuordnen. Danach werden die
Armaturen gruppenweise gesteuert.
Wie die Armaturen von der AGRIBOX pro gesteuert werden, stellen Sie auf dem Display der AGRIBOX pro
ein.
Sie können die Armaturen auf drei Arten steuern:
• Manuell: zum Beispiel mit einem Knopfdruck eine ganze Gruppe ausschalten.
• Automatisch nach Zeit: über ein Programm, das Sie selbst einstellen. Zum Beispiel kann eine ganze
Gruppe während eines bestimmten Zeitraums mit 60 % Beleuchtungsstärke eingeschaltet sein.
• Automatisch über einen Lichtsensor: Das System passt sich selbst an die natürliche Lichtmenge im
Stall an.
Um das Produkt verwenden zu können, müssen Sie vier einfache Schritte ausführen. Diese werden
nachstehend allgemein beschrieben. Die ausführliche Beschreibung nden Sie in der ausführlichen
Gebrauchsanweisung.

Schritt 1 Beleuchtungsplan erstellen
Bevor Sie mit der Montage der AGRIBOX pro beginnen, müssen Sie sich gut überlegen, wie
Sie im Stall arbeiten wollen. Fragen, die Sie sich stellen müssen, sind:
• In welche Gruppen möchte ich den Stall einteilen?
• Wie viele Stunden möchte ich pro Gruppe beleuchten?
• Von welchen Gruppen möchte ich die Beleuchtungsstärke an das Tageslicht anpassen?
Halten Sie Ihre Wünsche in einem Beleuchtungsplan fest. Ist der Beleuchtungsplan fertig und
genehmigt? Dann können Sie nun die AGRIBOX pro einstellen.
Schritt 2 Betriebsbereit machen: Montage und elektrischer Anschluss
Um die AGRIBOX pro betriebsbereit zu machen, müssen Sie sie zuerst montieren und
anschließen.
Wir empfehlen, die Armaturen über den AGRIBOX pro Switch anzuschließen. Der AGRIBOX
pro Switch kann die Anlage spannungslos machen, zum Beispiel für Wartungsarbeiten.
Möchten Sie mehr Armaturen steuern als die maximal in der Spezikation angegebene
Anzahl? Dann müssen Sie bei jeder Überschreitung der maximalen Anzahl einen AGRIBOX
pro Slave und einen AGRIBOX pro Switch hinzufügen. Wenn diese Artikel nicht in Ihrem
Lieferumfang enthalten waren, können Sie sie separat nachbestellen.
Wenn Sie den Lichtsensor verwenden, dann montieren Sie diesen möglichst auf
der Nordseite des Gebäudes. Stelle die DIP-Schalter im Lichtsensor BEVOR kalibrieren im 20
kLux Stand: DIP-Schalter 3 ON, DIP-Schalter 1, 2 und 4 OFF.
Stelle die DIP-Schalter im Lichtsensor NACH kalibrieren im 2 kLux Stand:
DIP-Schalter 2 ON, DIP-Schalter 1, 3 und 4 OFF
Schritt 3 AGRIBOX pro einstellen (Grundeinstellungen)
Wenn Sie die AGRIBOX pro betriebsbereit gemacht und einen Beleuchtungsplan erstellt
haben, müssen Sie die AGRIBOX pro einstellen. Halten Sie dazu Ihren Beleuchtungsplan
bereit.
Sprache einstellen
Drücken Sie auf > Settings > Language, Wählen Sie die Sprache.
Datum und Uhrzeit einstellen
Um dafür zu sorgen, dass Programme, die Sie später einstellen werden, rechtzeitig ausgeführt
werden, müssen Sie zunächst Datum und Uhrzeit einstellen.
Drücken Sie auf > Einstellung > Datum & Zeit.
Gruppenanzahl einstellen
Die AGRIBOX pro steuert Aramturengruppen. Sie können zum Beispiel eine ganze Gruppe auf
einmal ein- oder ausschalten. Die Gruppenanzahl stellen Sie selbst ein. Maximal können 5
Gruppen eingestellt werden.
Drücken Sie auf > Einstellung > Einstellung > Anzahl Gruppen.
Tipp: Notieren Sie in Ihrem Beleuchtungsplan, welche Gruppennummern den Gruppen in
Ihrem Plan entsprechen.
Armaturen hinzufügen
Die Armaturen sind angeschlossen, aber Sie können sie noch nicht mit der AGRIBOX pro
steuern. Hierzu müssen Sie die AGRIBOX pro zunächst alle Armaturen suchen lassen. Dies
erfolgt anhand einiger einfacher Schritte im Einstellungsmenü. Sobald die Armaturen gefunden
wurden, können Sie die Armaturen einer Gruppe zuordnen.
Drücken Sie auf > Einstellung > Suchen (Suchmodus=alle, Sucke treiber=ja).

Armaturen einer Gruppe zuordnen
Sie haben Gruppen erstellt und die Armaturen wurden gefunden. Nun können Sie die
Armaturen zu den Gruppen hinzufügen. Das machen Sie einzeln für jede Armatur, es kann
also sein, dass dies eine gewisse Zeit in Anspruch nimmt. Haben Sie alle Armaturen einer
Gruppe zugeordnet? Dann können Sie nun Lichtprogramme einstellen.
Drücken Sie auf > Einstellung > Zuordnung.
Lichtprogramme einstellen
Ein Beleuchtungsprogramm ermöglicht Ihnen das Ein- und Ausschalten der Armaturen
innerhalb eines Zeitraums von 24 Stunden zu jedem von Ihnen gewünschten Zeitpunkt.
Insgesamt lassen sich 10 Beleuchtungsprogramme einstellen. Pro Beleuchtungsprogramm
lassen sich 8 Zeiten einstellen.
Drücken Sie auf > Programm
Beispiel:
Von 06:30 bis 22:30 Uhr ist die Armaturengruppe von Programm 1 zu 100 % einzuschalten.
Die Armaturengruppe soll sich dann ausschalten. Geben Sie die Zeiten folgendermaßen ein:
Zeitpunkt 1: Die Armaturengruppe schaltet sich um 06:00 Uhr ein.
Zeitpunkt 2: Zwischen 06:00 und 06:30 Uhr wird die Lichtleistung schrittweise auf 100 %
gesteigert.
Zeitpunkt 3: Von 06:30 bis 22:30 Uhr bleibt die Armaturengruppe auf 100 % eingeschaltet.
Zeitpunkt 4: Zwischen 22:30 und 23:00 Uhr wird die Lichtleistung schrittweise auf 0 % gesenkt.
Die Zeitpunkte 5 und 8 können eingegeben werden, wenn Sie möchten, dass die
Armaturengruppe zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten ein- und ausgeschaltet wird.
Tipp: Um Armaturen innerhalb eines Programms auszuschalten, stellen Sie die
Beleuchtungsstärke auf 0 % ein. Beginnen und enden Sie also immer mit 0 %, um
sicherzustellen, dass die Armaturen nachts ausgeschaltet sind.
Ziehen Sie Ihren Beleuchtungsplan zurate, um festzustellen, wie Ihr Programm aussehen soll.
Sie können insgesamt 10 Lichtprogramme einstellen.

Lichtprogramme mit Gruppen verknüpfen
Haben Sie Gruppen angelegt, Armaturen zu Gruppen hinzugefügt und Lichtprogramme
eingestellt? Anhand einiger einfacher Schritte können Sie nun die Lichtprogramme mit den
Gruppen verknüpfen.
Nachtlicht einstellen
Das Nachtlicht ist die rote LED-Beleuchtung, die zumindest erforderlich ist, um den Stall nachts
kontrollieren zu können, ohne die Tiere in ihrem Tag-Nacht-Rhythmus zu stören.
Für das Nachtlicht kann nur ein Programm eingestellt werden. Dieses Programm gilt für alle
Gruppen.
Kalibrierung des Lichtsensors
Die Lichtstärke wird mittels Lichtsensor gesteuert, der an der Nordseite des Stalls anzubringen
ist.
Das Licht außerhalb des Stalls könnte die Lichtstärke im Inneren des Stalls beeinussen.
Darum ist eine Kalibrierung vorzunehmen. Für alle Einstellungen konsultieren Sie bitte das
komplette Handbuch der AGRIBOX pro.
Tageslichtausgleich
Wenn Sie einen Lichtsensor angeschlossen haben, können Sie einen Tageslichtausgleich
einstellen. Wen die Tageslicht Kompensation eingeschaltet ist, benutzt das System die Werte
vom Lichtsensor um zu bestimmen wann die Beleuchtung eingeschaltet werden muss
(gedimmt oder völlig) Während Dämmerung, Morgens früh oder auf bewölkte Tage wird das
Lichtniveau im Stall erhöht (bei gedimmtes Licht) bis zur benötigtes Lichtniveau. Den
Tageslichtausgleich können Sie über ein Programm mit einer Gruppe verknüpfen.
Diese Option nden Sie unter „Einstellung“. Sie müssen sie für jede Gruppe
einzeln aktivieren.
Stelle die DIP-Schalter im Lichtsensor BEVOR kalibrieren im 20 kLux Stand:
DIP-Schalter 3 ON, DIP-Schalter 1, 2 und 4 OFF. Stelle die DIP-Schalter im Lichtsensor NACH

Wenn der Stall mit Curtains ausgerüstet ist, können Sie für jede Gruppe einen Curtain-
Ausgleich einstellen.
Diese Option nden Sie unter „Einstellung“. Sie müssen sie für jede Gruppe
einzeln aktivieren.
Schritt 4 Verwendung der AGRIBOX pro
Nachdem Sie die AGRIBOX pro eingestellt haben, können Sie die Einstellungen jederzeit
ändern. Sie können Programme ändern, Armaturen entfernen, Armaturen hinzufügen usw.
Esist auch möglich, die Gruppen manuell zu bedienen.
