WICHTIGE HINWEISE IM UMGANG MIT
SUPER NEODYM-MAGNETEN
INDICATIONS IMPORTANTES DANS
L’UTILISATION D’AIMANTS SUPER NÉODYME
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTION ON THE
HANDLING OF SUPER NEODYME MAGNETS
AIRTEC als Vertreiber von NEODYM-MAGNETEN lehnt jede Haftung
ab, für Schäden, die durch die unsachgemässe Handhabung der
Magnete entstehen. Als Händler sind Sie verpflichtet, dieses
Merkblatt an den Endkunden weiterzugeben.
1.)NEODYM-MAGNETE sind in den Magnethalterplatten verleimt und
eingepresst. Sollten die Magnete aus irgend einem Grund
ausgewechselt werden müssen, nur mit einem NICHT
magnetisierbaren Metallstab z.B.Messing, von ca. 14mm
Durchmesser unter einer Werkstattpresse aus der Platte drücken!
Beim Einbau genau gleich verfahren, und die Bohrung mit „Loctite
Nr.648 Fugen Welle-Nabe“ bestreichen.
2.)NEODYM-MAGNETE niemals durch bohren oder sägen
ausbauen. Dadurch werden die Magnete zerstört, und es entsteht
dabei Bohrstaub, welcher leicht entflammbar ist.
3.)NEODYM-MAGNETE sind mit einer dünnen Schicht NICKEL
überzogen. Personen, welche eine Nickel-Allergie haben, sollten
also im Umgang mit den Magneten besondere Vorsicht walten
lassen! Atemschutzmaske tragen.
4.)NEODYM-MAGNETE haben eine sehr hohe Zugkraft. Deshalb ist
im Umgang mit dem AIRTEC- Wechselsystem zu beachten, dass
nur mit Handschuhen gearbeitet wird, um Verletzungen wie
Quetschungen zu vermeiden.
5.)NEODYM-MAGNETE sind viel stärker als „gewöhnliche“ Magnet.
Halten Sie daher einen guten Sicherheitsabstand ein zu Geräten
und Gegenständen, welche durch Magnetismus beschädigt werden
können. Dazu gehören alle Arten von Kredit-und EC-Karten,
Monitore, Fernseher, Computer, Disketten und alle anderen
Datenträger, Video-Tapes, Uhren, Hörgräte und Lautsprecher,etc.
Auch Herzschrittmacher können durch Magnetismus gestört
werden!

AIRTEC en tant que distributeur d’ AIMANTS NÉODYMES n’endosse
aucune responsabilité pour les dommages s’ensuivant de manipulation
inadéquate des aimants. En tant que revendeur, vous êtes tenus de
transmettre cette notice au client utilisateur.
1.)Les AIMANTS NÉODYMES sont pressés et collés dans les plaques de
support d’aimant. Si les aimants doivent être remplacés pour une raison
quelconque, les faire sortir de la plaque sous une presse d’atelier avec
une barre de métal NON magnétique, p. ex. en laiton, d’environ 14mm de
diamètre ! Pour la remise en place, procéder de la même façon et enduire
le perçage de „Loctite Nr. 648 pour joints arbre moyeu“.
2.)Ne jamais démonter les AIMANTS NÉODYMES au foret ou à la scie.
De cette manière les aimants seraient détruits et il s’ensuivrait une sciure
de perçage facilement inflammable.
3.)Les AIMANTS NÉODYMES sont recouverts avec une mince couche de
NICKEL! Des personnes qui ont une allergie au nickel doivent faire
preuve de précaution particulière dans l’utilisation des aimants! Porter un
masque de protection.
4.)Les AIMANTS NÉODYMES ont une force de traction très élevée. Par
conséquent, ne travailler qu’avec des gants lors de l’utilisation du système
de changement AIRTEC pour éviter blessures et contusions.
5.)Les AIMANTS NÉODYMES sont beaucoup plus puissants que les
aimants „normaux“. Gardez donc à bonne distance de sécurité les
appareils et objets qui peuvent être endommagés par magnétisme. En
font partie toutes les sortes de cartes bancaires et de crédit, les
moniteurs, les téléviseurs, les ordinateurs, les disquettes et tous les
autres supports de données, bandes vidéo, montres, appareils de
correction d’audition et haut-parleurs, etc..
Les stimulateurs cardiaques peuvent également être détruits par
magnétisme!

AIRTEC, as the distributor of NEODYM MAGNETS, refuses all liability
for damages caused as a result of the improper handling of the
magnets, As a dealer, you are obliged to pass on this Leaflet to the end
customers.
1.)NEODYM MAGNETS are bonded and pressed into the magnet
holder plates. If the magnets have to be replaced for any reason, this
may only be done by pressing it out of the plate using a NON-
magnetisable metal rod with a diameter of approx 14mm, e.g. brass,
and a workshop press. Use the same process for the installation and
apply „Loctite No. 648 Retaining Compound“ to the borehole.
2.)Never drill or saw through NEODYM -MAGNETS during removal.
This damages the magnets and creates drilling dust, which is easily
combustible.
3.)NEODYM MAGNETS are coated in a thin layer ofNICKEL Persons
having an allergy to nickel must therefore be extremely careful when
handling the magnets. Wear breathing masks.
4.)NEODYM MAGNETS have an extremely high tensile strength. Take
this into account in conjunction with the AIRTEC changeover system,
and ensure that gloves are always worn for any work that is required to
prevent injuries such as crushing.
5.)NEODYM- MAGNETS are much stronger than „normal“ magnets.
Main a good safety distance to devices and items, which could be
damaged due to magnetism. This includes all types of credit cards and
EC cards, monitors, televisions, computers, disks and all other data
carriers, video tapes, watches, hearing aids and loudspeakers, etc.
Heart pacemakers can also be negatively affected as a result of
magnetism!

La AIRTEC in qualità di distributrice di MAGNETI NEODYM non si
assume alcuna responsabilità per danni, che possono essere causati
da un utilizzo inappropriato die magneti. In qualità di commerciante
avrà l’obbligo di fornire questo foglio di istruzioni al cliente finale .
1.)MAGNETI NEODYM sono incollate e pressate in piastre di
supporto magnete. Se i magneti dovessero essere sostituiti per un
qualsiasi motivo, si prema il magnete fuori dalla piastra, con una
pressa in un’officina meccanica! Per il montaggio si proceda alla
stessa maniera e pennellare la foratura con della „Loctite n. 648
giunture albero-mozzo“.
2.)Non smontare mai i MAGNETI NEODYM mediante foratura o
segando. In questa maniera potrebbe crearsi della polvere da
foratura, che è molto infiammabile.
3.)I MAGNETI NEODYM sono ricoperti di un sottile strato di
NICKEL. Quindi le persone che soffrono di allergia al nickel
dovranno prestare una cautela particolare nel maneggiare i magneti!
Indossare una mascherina per la protezione delle vie aeree.
4.)I MAGNETI NEODYM hanno un potere di trazione molto elevato,
per questo motivo si presti attenzione che vengano indossati die
guanti mentre si maneggia il sistema di sostituzione AIRTEC,
affinché si evitino lesioni, come per esempio schiacciamenti.
5.)I MAGNETI NEODYM sono molto più forti die magneti
„tradizionali“.Si mantenga quindi una buona distanza di sicurezza da
apparecchi ed oggetti, che possono essere danneggiati dal
magnetismo. Fanno parte di questi oggetti tutti i tipi di carta di credito
e bancomat, monitor, televisori, computer, dischetti, ed ogni altro
supporto dati, nastri video, orologi, apparecchi acustici e casse
altoparlanti, ecc.
Anche i pace-maker possono essere disturbati dal magnetismo!

AIRTEC como vendedor de los IMANES DE NEODIMIO elude toda
responsabilidad por daños emanados de la manipulación incorrecta del
imán. Como comerciante está usted obligado a hacer llegar este hoja
informativa al consumidor final.
1.)Los IMANES DE NEODIMIO están encolados y embutidos en las
placas sujetoras de imanes. Si los imanes por algún motivo debieran
ser cambiados, presionarlos fuera de la placa bajo una prensa de
taller sólo con una barra de metal no magnetizable por ej. de latón,
con un diámetro de aproximadamente 14 mm! Para el montaje
proceder de la misma manera y unir la perforación con Loctite Nr.
648 Junta de Welle-Nabe.
2.)Los IMANES DE NEODIMIO nunca desmontarlos mediante taladro
o sierra. Así se destruirían los imanes y además se produciría polvo
de taladro que es levemente inflamable.
3.)Los IMANES DE NEODIMIO están revestidos con una fina capa de
niquel. Las personas que padecen de algergia al níquel deben tener
una precaución especial en la manipulación de los imanes! Llevar
máscara de protección respiratoria.
4.)Los IMANES DE NEODIMIO tienen una potente fuerza de tracción.
Por ello debe prestarse atención a trabajar únicamente con guantes
en la manipulación del sistema de cambio AIRTEC para evitar
lesiones como contusiones.
5.)Los IMANES DE NEODIMIO son mucho más potentes que el imán
„corriente“. Por ello mantenga una buena distancia de seguridad con
respecto a aparatos y objetos que puedan ser dañados por el
magnetismo. A ellos pertenecen toda clase de tarjetas de crédito,
tarjeta de pago EC, monitores, televisores, computadoras, disquetes,
y todos los demás procesadores de datos, videos, relojes, audífonos,
parlantes, etc.
También los marcapasos pueden destruirse por el magnetismo!
