WARRANTY and SERVICE
We kindly ask you to follow the recommendations set out below;
1. When you purchase your product, do not forget to have the Warranty
Certificate approved by your Authorized Dealer.
2. Follow the instructions in the user manual when using your product.
This warranty given by AIRONN Ventilation does not cover the
elimination of malfunctions caused by the use of the product outside
the instructions specified in the user manual. The following conditions
are also excluded from the warranty:
1. Damages and malfunctions occurring during transportation,
loading and unloading after the delivery of the product to the
customer,
2. Damages and malfunctions caused by natural disasters such
as fire, earthquake, lightning strike, etc,
3. Faulty electrical installation, low or excessive voltage, damage
and malfunctions that may occur if the product is used at a
voltage different from the voltage on the label,
4. Damages and malfunctions caused by user errors.
3. The repair of the above-mentioned damages and malfunctions is
made by setting a fee according to the extent of the damage and
malfunction. Transportation and installation of the product to the
place where it will be used are excluded from the product price.
4. It is the responsibility of the seller, dealer, agent or representative
from whom the consumer has purchased the product to approve and
deliver this warranty certificate to the customer.
5. In case of any dispute during the warranty period of the product, the
user must keep the invoice or a legible photocopy of it together with
the Warranty Certificate.
6. The Warranty Certificate of the product is invalid if the Warranty
Certificate of the product is modified, the original serial number on
the product is removed or changed.
