How to Install

1Place one of the devices close to the router

or gateway and connect them using the

included Ethernet cable .

Remember to remove the protective cover from

each device before installation.

Whether you are installing a home pack with mesh

functionality or a single access point that will stand alone,

the installation starts in the same way.

If, however, you are extending a home pack with one or

more additional access points, go straight to step 4.

Plug one of the included power adapters first

into the access point and then into a power

socket . Turn on the access point.

If you are installing a home pack, download the

AirTies WiFi app to your mobile, start it up and

follow the instructions to complete installation of

the remaining devices. If you want to extend

a home pack with additional access points, you

can also use the app to add them.

After a few seconds

the power status LED

will blink in white. Wait

for a solid white light

with no blinking. If you

are installing a single

access point, you are

done!

SSID (Network Name) and Password

This information is printed on the sticker at the bottom of

every device. Every device in a home pack have the same

SSID and Password. Using the app you can change this, for

example to apply the same name and password you have

previously used for your router.

Placement and Setup

The Wi-Fi coverage around each device goes in all

directions and is shaped like a sphere. Place every device

as high up and with as few things in front of it as

possible, and never behind the television or other

electronics. Make sure to place the access points so that

they have a good wireless connection to each other.

•Devices must be placed in an upright position. Do not

cover or block the openings along the top and bottom,

they provide necessary ventilation.

•Avoid exposing the devices to heat sources such as

heaters/radiators and direct sunlight.

•Do not use devices at temperatures below 0°C or

above 40°C. Humidity should be between 10% and

90%.
