Allgemeines
Mit dem Bluetooth Accessory Adapter von AKE haben Sie die Möglichkeit
Ihr PowerCom - Motorradentertainmentsystem oder kompatible schnurlos mit
diversen Bluetooth Geräten zu verbinden.
Der Bluetooth Accessory Adapter bietet kabellose
Navi- und Audioanbindung in Stereoqualität ebenso wie die
schnurlose Duplex-Verbindung zu Handy oder Funkgerät.
Auch Smartphones und andere Stereo-Audio/Navi/Handy-
Kombigeräte können so einfach schnurlos an Ihrem
Motorrad-Entertainmentsystem betrieben werden.
Pair and Go: Wenn dass mit dem Bluetooth Accessory
Adapter gepaarte Gerät in Betrieb ist, wird bei Einschalten
der Fahrzeug-Stromversorgung automatisch die Bluetooth-
verbindung hergestellt (soweit das jeweilige Gerät dieses
zulässt).
Mit dem Bluetooth Accessory Adapter können Sie Ihre
Bluetooth Geräte ohne weitere Verkabelung auch auf
dem Motorrad benutzen und dabei z.B. Ihrem PowerCom -
Motorradentertainmentsystem das “Motorradgerechte”
Bedienen dieser Geräte überlassen.
Voraussetzungen
1. Ein AKE Motorrad-Entertainmentsystem vom Typ ON TOUR Plus oder
INNOVA Plus mit Kombi- bzw. Universalanschluss (passende Aus-
führungen für andere Geräte und Anschlüsse auf Anfrage).
2. Ein masterfähiges Bluetooth-System, z.b. Audio, Navi, Funk oder Handy mit
Bluetooth Schnittstelle (oder externem Bluetooth Gateway, z.B. Art. 39310 ).
3. Alle Bluetooth Komponenten müssen sich innerhalb der Reichweite der
Bluetooth Verbindung befinden, (Klasse 2 maximal 10 m)
4. Akku und Ladegerät sind nicht erforderlich. Der Bluetooth Accessory
Adapter wird vom Bordnetz mit Energie versorgt.
Kein Aufladen, keine externe Versorgung
und keine Bedienung erforderlich
Die erste Inbetriebnahme
Schalten Sie zuerst Ihr masterfähiges Bluetooth-System (Handy, Navi, etc.) ein und
aktivieren Sie bei diesem den Bluetooth-Betrieb. Verbinden Sie nun den AKE

Bluetooth Accessory Adapter mit dem entsprechend gekennzeichneten Anschluss
ihrer Motorradsprechanlage. Zur Anzeige der Betriebsbereitschaft des Bluetooth
Accessory Adapters blinken nach ca. 30 Sekunden die LEDs und Sie hören einen
Kontrollton.
Die Paarbildung
Der Bluetooth Accessory Adapter geht beim Einschalten automatisch in
den Paarungsmodus (LEDs blinken abwechselnd blau und rot).
Nicht benötigte Paarungen können die Bluetooth-Verbindungen verzögern, wir
empfehlen deshalb diese zu löschen. Drücken Sie dazu im Paarungsmodus 2 x
kurz die Bedientaste. Ein kurzes Umschalten der LEDs und ein Kontrollton
signalisieren, dass alle Paarungen gelöscht sind.
Hinweis: Bei vielen Bluetooth-Geräten sind gelöschte Einträge erst nach dem
Ausschalten wirklich gelöscht.
Nun können Sie die neue Paarbildung herstellen.
Halten Sie zum Paaren die beiden Bluetooth-Systeme in die Nähe
und achten Sie darauf, dass kein weiteres Bluetooth-System in der Nähe
eingeschaltet ist!
Wenn Ihr Bluetooth-System den Bluetooth Accessory Adapter nicht auto-
matisch findet, lassen Sie dieses nach Audio-Zubehör bzw. Bluetooth-Zubehör
suchen - wiederholen Sie die Suchfunktion falls nötig.
Wenn Ihr Bluetooth-System den Adapter gefunden hat, bestätigen Sie dieses. Falls
Sie nach einem Passwort gefragt werden, geben Sie 0 0 0 0 ein. Nun stellt Ihr
Bluetooth-System die Verbindung her. Falls nach dem Paaren noch keine Audio-
verbindung hergestellt wird, empfiehlt es sich die Geräte über die Bedientaste aus-
und wieder einzuschalten.
Der Bluetooth Accessory Adapter meldet sich wie ein Headset an. Wenn die
Verbindung besteht, wird bei den meisten Bluetooth Geräten das Headset-
Symbol angezeigt.
Automatisch verbinden mit dem AKE Pair and Go -System
Damit das Herstellen der Bluetoothverbindung automatisch erfolgen kann, müssen
Sie bei Ihrem Bluetooth-System den Bluetooth Accessory Adapter dazu autorisieren,
siehe deren Bedienungsanleitung (bei reinen A2DP-Geräten meist nicht möglich).
Schalten Sie Ihr Bluetooth-Zubehör ein, bevor Sie
den Bluetooth Accessory Adapter in Betrieb nehmen.
Mit der Pair and Go - Bluetoothtechnik von AKE werden dann
die einmal gepaarten Geräte automatisch verbunden.

Die Grundfunktionen des AKE Bluetooth-Accessory-Adapters
Einschalt-, Such- und Paarungsautomatik: Nach dem Einschalten
der Fahrzeug-Bordnetzversorgung geht der Bluetooth Accessory Adapter
in Betriebsbereitschaft und sucht seinen
bzw. seine Bluetooth-Partner. Bei nicht vorhandenem Partner ist automatisch
der Paarungsmodus aktiv.
Manuelles Einschalten: Bedientaste 2 Sek. drücken.
Manuelles Ausschalten: Bedientaste 8 Sek. drücken.
Individuelle Lautstärkeanpassung: Für jedes gepaarte Gerät können
Sie individuell die Grundlautstärke anpassen. Drücken Sie bei aktiver Handy-
oder Stereo-Audioverbindung kurz die Bedientaste für lauter oder leiser,
Doppelklick schaltet die Einstellrichtung um (Kontrollton: 5 x kurz hoch). Falls
sich die Lautstärke bei Navi-Durchsagen nicht justieren lässt, können Sie
dazu auch die Handy-Verbindung benutzen.
Passen Sie die Lautstärke im Stand ihren Bedürfnissen an. Bei Betrieb an einer
PowerCom- Anlage kümmert sich diese um die Anpassung an die Fahrgeräusche.

Erweiterte Funktionen
Nur in Kombination mit Motorrad-Entertainment-Systemen der PowerCom Plus Serie.
Die neue Generation dieser PowerCom-Serie wurde speziell für die neuen
Stereo-Audio/Handy-und Navi-Kombinationen, wie Smartphons, etc. und für
Bluetooth zum Helm entwickelt.
Die PowerCom Plus Serie ermöglicht in Kombination mit dem Bluetooth
Accessory Adapter den Komfort einer Prioritätssteuerung auch über den U/S-
Anschluss. Bei Bluetooth zum Helm ermöglicht diese Kombination eine automati-
sche Erkennung der erforderlichen Betriebsart (Duplex oder Stereo). Wenn z.B. bei
Solo-Betrieb kein Duplex erforderlich ist, wird bei Bluetooth zum Helm die
Helmverbindung automatisch auf Stereo umgeschaltet und das Mikrofon gesperrt.
Ein Versorgungsanschluss ist bei dieser Kombination nicht erforderlich.
Mögliche Fehler und Ihre Ursache
Kein Kontrollton beim Einschalten: Prüfen Sie, ob das Anschlusskabel richtig
eingesteckt ist und ob die Steckerhülse sicheren Kontakt mit der Kupplung hat.
Stellen sie sicher, dass die Versorgungsspannung 12V hat.
Zeitweilige Unterbrechung / Störung der Verbindung: Durch Abschattungen
oder Störquellen kann die Reichweite unter Umständen beträchtlich reduziert
werden! Auf dem Motorrad empfehlen wir deshalb, Bluetoothmodule nicht direkt
unter abschirmenden (elektrisch leitenden) Teilen und nicht unter dem Tank
unterzubringen (auch der menschliche Körper schirmt Bluetooth-Signale ab).
Bei Navi mit Bluetooth Schnitstelle am Lenker empfehlen wir für eine möglichst
störungsfreie Verbindung den Bluetooth-Adapter im Frontbereich des
Motorrads unterzubringen.

Die neue Generation dieser PowerCom-Serie wurde speziell für die neuen
Stereo-Audio/Handy-und Navi-Kombinationen, wie Smartphons, etc. und für
Bluetooth zum Helm entwickelt.
Die PowerCom Plus Serie ermöglicht in Kombination mit dem Bluetooth
Accessory Adapter den Komfort einer Prioritätssteuerung auch über den U/S-
Anschluss. Bei Bluetooth zum Helm ermöglicht diese Kombination eine automati-
sche Erkennung der erforderlichen Betriebsart (Duplex oder Stereo). Wenn z.B. bei
Solo-Betrieb kein Duplex erforderlich ist, wird bei Bluetooth zum Helm die
Helmverbindung automatisch auf Stereo umgeschaltet und das Mikrofon gesperrt.
Ein Versorgungsanschluss ist bei dieser Kombination nicht erforderlich.
Mögliche Fehler und Ihre Ursache
Kein Kontrollton beim Einschalten: Prüfen Sie, ob das Anschlusskabel richtig
eingesteckt ist und ob die Steckerhülse sicheren Kontakt mit der Kupplung hat.
Stellen sie sicher, dass die Versorgungsspannung 12V hat.
Zeitweilige Unterbrechung / Störung der Verbindung: Durch Abschattungen
oder Störquellen kann die Reichweite unter Umständen beträchtlich reduziert
werden! Auf dem Motorrad empfehlen wir deshalb, Bluetoothmodule nicht direkt
unter abschirmenden (elektrisch leitenden) Teilen und nicht unter dem Tank
unterzubringen (auch der menschliche Körper schirmt Bluetooth-Signale ab).
Bei Navi mit Bluetooth Schnitstelle am Lenker empfehlen wir für eine möglichst
störungsfreie Verbindung den Bluetooth-Adapter im Frontbereich des
Motorrads unterzubringen.

General information
With the AKE PowerCom Bluetooth Accessory Adapter PB-AA D&S
from AKE you can wireless connect your PowerCom motorbike communication
system or compatible syystems to various Bluetooth devices.
The Bluetooth Accessory Adapter offers a wireless
connection to GPS and audio equipment in stereo quality as well
as a wireless connection in duplex to a phone or two-way radio.
Smartphones and other Stereo-Audio/GPS/Phone combi-
devices can therefore easily be connected to your motorbike
entertainment system.
Pair and Go: If using the equipment paired with the
Bluetooth Accessory Adapter, you will automatically get
the Bluetooth connection as soon as the system is started ((if that
device permits this).
With the Bluetooth Accessory Adapter you can use your
Bluetooth devices without cables on the motorbike and let your
PowerCom system handle the adjustment and modulation of
the connected equipment.
Requirements
1. An AKE motorbike communication system ON TOUR PLUS or INNOVA
PLUS with Universal connector (starting series 05). (Matching versions for
other devices and connections on request.)
2. A Bluetooth master system, e.g. audio, GPS, two-way radio or phone with
Bluetooth interface (or external Bluetooth gateway, e.g. Art-No. 39310 ).
3. All Bluetooth components must be within the reach of the Bluetooth
connection (Class 2 max. 10 m)

With the AKE PowerCom Bluetooth Accessory Adapter PB-AA D&S

ticall go into the pairing mode (LED blink alternately blue and red).
Pairings that are not needed could slow down the Bluetooth connection, we
therefore recommend to erase them. To do so, shortly press the operating
button twice when in pairing mode. A short switching of LEDs and a control
tone indicate that all pairings are now erased.
Please note: At many Bluetooth devices deleted entries are really erased only
after turning off the device.
You can now start with the new pairing.
Please hold both Bluetooth devices close together and
make sure that no other Bluetooth system
close to you is switched on while pairing!
If your Bluetooth device does not automatically find the Bluetooth
Accessory Adapter, have it search for audio or Bluetooth equipment.
Repeat, if necessary.
Please confirm, after your Bluetooth system has found the adaper. In case that
you are asked for a password, just put in 0 0 0 0. Now your Bluetooth system
will make a connection. If no connection is made after pairing, it is recom-
mended to turn the device off and on again by using the operating device.
The Bluetooth Accessory Adapter will be registered as headset. If you have a
connection, you will get a headset icon on most Bluetooth devices.

In order to automatically get the Bluetooth connection, you have to get the
authorization for the Bluetooth Accessory Adapter at your Bluetooth

modules in a shielded position, directly under the seat or under the fuel tank

This equipment complies with the new European ROHS guideline. If
it is no longer used, it must not be disposed with regular household
garbage but must be turned in at collecting points for electronic
waste (free of charge for consumers). This would help us with the
recycling of valuable raw materials and at the same time provide a
contribution to environmental protection!
Basically we advise not to handle the connected mobile phone, etc. while
driving. This is the same with any mobile phones that can be handled via
the screen of a navigation system!
