After the power cable is plugged into the 12V DC jack
on the CA210-T, you need to turn the power plug 90
degree clockwise or counterclockwise as illustrated in
Fig.2. This is to ensure that the power cable will be
firmly connected to the CA210-T all the time.

STARTING UP THE SYSTEM
1. Turn on your in-car audio system.
2. Switch the car radio to FM 87.6MHz, which is the same as CA210-T default FM frequency setting.
3. Turn on the CA210-T car adapter and the screen will show 《 DABradio 》 .
4. For the first time, it is necessary to perform a Scan function before using the CA210-T DAB adapter.
Note: 1. CA210-T needs to operate with an RDS car radio in order to properly display the relevant
system message of CA210-T via the in-car radio display.
2. CA210-T will be turned off to stay in sleep mode automatically if there is no any key of the
remote controller being pressed within 4 hours. Pressing any key of the remote controller will
revert the system to the last operation before shut down.
SYSTEM OPERATION
To Scan the DAB Services
There are two Scan types available in the CA210-T: Quick and Full.
When a Quick scan is performed, the CA210-T will scan only the part of band III (from channel 10A to
channel 13F). In a Full scan, the CA210-T will scan the entire band III from channel 5A to channel 13F.
1. Press SCAN and then press ▲ or ▼ to select a desired Scan type.
2. Press ENTER to begin scanning for DAB services in the selected channel range.
Note: 1. During Scan DAB Services, the screen will show 《 FFF N 》 . FFF represents which channel
is currently being scanned and N indicates how many services have been detected so far.
2.When the Scan DAB Services process is finished, the CA210-T will revert to playing the last
DAB program. If the DAB Service List is empty before scanning, the CA210-T will tune in the
first service of the new DAB Service List resulted from this DAB Scan. If the DAB Service List
is empty before scanning, and there are no services detected by DAB Scan, the screen will
show 《 Empty 》 .
3.When the Scan operation is in process, you can press SCAN at any time to stop Scan
function and revert to listening to the currently selected station. All keys except SCAN are
disabled when Scan DAB Services is in progress
To Listen to the DAB Services
1. Quick Tune: Press I◄◄ or ►►Ito quickly move from one page to another in alphabetical order.
2. Step Tune: Press ▲ or ▼ to select the desired DAB service.
3. Press ENTER to start tuning the service selected. If you do not press ENTER within 3 seconds, the
system will revert to the original screen automatically. The screen will show 《 Tuning 》 .
Note: 1.When the DAB service you selected is not available, the screen will show 《 Unavail 》 .
2.When the signal strength of the DAB service you selected is too weak, the screen will show 《 PoorSig. 》 .
To Show the Signal Strength
1. Press ENTER when you are listening to a DAB service, caused the screen to show 《 Sig xx% 》 . This
indicates the signal strength in percentage terms of the current service.
2. Press ENTER again to revert to the normal DAB service screen.
To Set User Presets
The CA210-T provides individual memory settings for up to three Users. Each user can set his/her own
Memory Presets of DAB services and has his/her own Latest Service list based on the listening history
of each User.
1. Press ▼ USER ▼ to select a particular User.
2. The screen will show
《 User 1 》 , 《 User 2 》 and 《 User 3 》 in sequence each time you press ▼ USER
▼ . Stop when the desired User number is displayed. The system will revert to the original station
name screen display after 3 seconds.
Note: The default setting is User 1.

To Save a Memory Preset
You can save your favorite services in the Memory Preset List. There are 4 groups of memory presets,
and each group has 3 sets of memory location. Therefore, a total of 12 DAB services can be saved in
the Memory Preset List for each User.
1. Select and listen to the desired DAB service that is to be saved in Memory Preset.
2. Press the number key X(from 1 to 4) that is corresponding to the Preset group you want to save.
The screen will display a Memory Preset code
《 XY Empty 》 or 《 Service Name 》 .
3. Keep pressing the number key Xuntil the desired code XY or DAB service to be replaced appears.
Press ENTER to save the current DAB service into Memory Preset XY. The screen will show 《 XY saved 》 .
To Recall a Memory Preset
This function allows you to recall a preset favorite service from the Memory Preset List.
1. Press the number key X that the desired DAB service is stored under.
2. Keep pressing the number key X until the desired DAB service is displayed. The system will start
tuning after 3 second.
To Recall the Latest Service
The CA210-T automatically remembers the 5 services that were most recently listened to for more than
30 seconds. This allows you to select one of your favorite DAB services quickly; even it is not preset in
the Memory Preset List.
1. Press ▲ LS ▲ to recall the service that was most recently listened to.
2. Keep pressing ▲ LS ▲ to step through the services on the Latest Services List.
Note: When you press ▲ LS ▲ , the screen will show 《 Ls Empty 》 if the Latest Services List has not
memorized a service name yet.
To Reset FM Transmitting Frequency Setting
This function allows you to reset the FM transmitting frequency to the default setting FM 87.6MHz.
1. Press RESET, and the screen will show 《 87.6MHz 》 .
2. Press ENTER and the screen will show 《 Retuning 》 for 2 seconds and then show 《 Done 》 to indicate
that the transmitted FM frequency has been reset. All keys are disabled during FM frequency reset.
3. Now Switch the car radio to FM 87.6MHz and it will show DAB information on its new frequency.
To Set the FM Transmitting Frequency
This function allows you to set the FM transmitting frequency to any frequency (from 87.6 to 107.9MHz).
You need to tune the car radio to search the FM band to find an unused FM frequency (eg. 106.7MHz)
and make a note of the number. Then follow the below steps to change the setting of CA210-T to use
the frequency.
1. Press RESET and then ▲ or ▼ to switch the display to 《 FM freq? 》 .
2. Press ENTER to stay at the current frequency.
3. Then you can press I◄◄ or ►►Ito quickly move between ten different sets of FM frequency and
press ▲ or ▼ to step up or down FM frequency by 100KHz until the FM frequency matches the
number originally noted (eg. 106.7MHz).
4. Finally, press ENTER to set a desired FM frequency. The screen will show 《 Retuning 》 for 2
seconds and then show 《 Done 》 and then the CA210-T is retuned to the new frequency. All keys are
disabled when the FM transmitting frequency setting is in progress.
5. Now Switch the car radio to the chosen frequency and it will show DAB information on its new frequency.
To Recall FM Transmitting Frequency Saved in Memory
This function allows you to set the FM transmitting frequency to a frequency saved in memory.
1. Press RESET and then the number key X(from 1 to 4) to recall FM frequency saved in memory. The
screen will show the frequency saved in memory location X (eg. 95.5 MHz) for 2 seconds. You can
press other number key X’ at this time if it is not the frequency you want.

2. After displaying the frequency for 2 seconds, the screen will show
《 Retuning 》 for 2 seconds and then
show 《 Done 》 and then the CA210-T is retuned to the new frequency. All keys are disabled when the
FM frequency setting is in progress.
3. Now Switch the car radio to the new frequency and it will show DAB information on its new frequency.
Note: The default FM frequencies saved in memory locations 1 to 4are 87.6MHz, 95.5MHz, 102.5MHz
and 107.9MHz, respectively.
To Save a Desired FM Transmitting Frequency to Memory
This function allows you to change the frequency saved in memory.
1. Press RESET and then ▲ or ▼ to switch the display to 《 FM freq? 》 .
2. Press ENTER to stay the current frequency.
3. Then you can press I◄◄ or ►►Ito quickly move between ten different sets of FM frequency and
press ▲ or ▼ to step up or down FM frequency by 100KHz until the FM frequency matches the
desired number (eg. 95.5MHz).
4. Finally, press the number key X(from 1 to 4) and ENTER to save the desired frequency to memory.
The screen will show 《 FMXsaved 》 (X from 1 to 4).
To Set the FM Transmitting Power Level
This function allows you to change the FM transmitting power level.
1. Press RESET and then ▲ or ▼ to switch the display to 《 FMlevel? 》 .
2. Press ENTER to stay at the current FM transmitting power level.
3. Then you can press I◄◄ or ►►Ito select a desired power level and the screen will show 《 Level
H? 》 , 《 Level M? 》 , and 《 Level L? 》 in sequence.
4. Finally, press ENTER to set the new level. The screen will show 《 Done 》 for 2 seconds.
Note: The default setting of power level is “L” (low).
To Reset System
This function allows you to perform a DAB system reset operation. It will erase all previous settings
except FM frequency for all Users saved in the system
1. Press RESET and then ▲ or ▼ to switch the display to 《 DAB 》 .
2. Press ENTER and the screen will show 《 Reset… 》 to indicate that system reset is in progress. All
keys are disabled during system reset.
3. The system will perform Scan DAB Services (based on the last Scan type you selected)
automatically after system reset is complete.
To Restore to Factory Settings
This function allows you to perform a factory reset operation. It will erase all previous settings for all
users of the system.
1. Press RESET and then ▲ or ▼ to switch the display to 《 Factory 》 .
2. Press ENTER and the screen will show 《 Reset… 》 to indicate that factory reset is in progress. All
keys are disabled during factory reset.
3. Tune the car radio to FM 87.6MHz after factory reset is complete, the screen will show 《 DABradio 》 .
To Match the Security ID of Remote Control
This function allows you to match the ID of new remote control.
1. Press ENTER and the screen will show 《 ID Check 》 .
2. Keep pressing ENTER for about 10 seconds until the screen show 《 ID OK 》 .
Note: The remote controller comes with the CA210-T has been matched by factory before shipment.
To Listen to Audio Programs from an External Audio Device
1. Connect the audio output of the external audio device to the AUX port.
2. Press DAB/AUX to switch to the AUX mode. After switching to AUX mode, the screen will show
《 AUX Mode 》 .
Note: If you want to switch back to DAB mode, press DAB/AUX again.

Die folgende Abbildung zeigt den Einbau, der problemlos in jedem Fahrzeug vorgenommen werden kann.

Wenn Sie das Kabel für die Stromversorgung in die
12-V-Anschlussbuchse des CA210-T gesteckt haben,
drehen Sie den Stecker um 90°entweder im Uhrzeigersinn
oder entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn, wie in Abb. 2
dargestellt. So sichern Sie die Verbindung zwischen
Receiver und Stromversorgung zum CA210-T.

INBETRIEBNAHME DES SYSTEMS
1. Schalten Sie Ihr Autoradio ein.
2. Stellen Sie am Autoradio die UKW-Frequenz 87,6 MHz ein. Das ist gleichzeitig auch die am CA210-T
voreingestellte UKW-Frequenz.
3. Schalten Sie den CA210-T ein. Auf dem Display des Autoradios wird 《 DABradio 》 angezeigt.
4. Bei der erstmaligen Inbetriebnahme führt der Receiver CA210-T zunächst einen vollständigen
Sendersuchlauf durch.
Hinweis: 1. Der CA210-T muss an ein Autoradio mit RDS-Funktion angeschlossen sein, da mit dieser
Funktion die Meldungen des CA210-T über das Radio-Display ausgegeben werden.
2. Der CA210-T schaltet automatisch in den Schlafmodus, wenn die Tasten der
Fernbedienung 4 Stunden lang nicht gedrückt wurden. Durch Drücken einer beliebigen
Taste der Fernbedienung kehrt das System automatisch in den Betriebszustand zurück, in
dem es sich vor dem Schlafmodus befand.
BEDIENUNG DES SYSTEMS
DAB-Sendersuche
Der CA210-T beherrscht zwei Sendersuchverfahren: Schnellsuche und schrittweise Suche.
Bei der Schnellsuche scannt der CA210-T nur einen Teil von Band III (Kanäl 10A bis 13F). Bei der
schrittweisen Suche scannt der CA210-T das gesamte Band III von Kanal 5A bis Kanal 13F.
1. Drücken Sie die Taste SCAN und anschliessend die Taste ▲oder ▼, um das gewünschte
Sendersuchverfahren auszuwählen.
2. Drücken Sie die Taste ENTER, um nach DAB-Sendern im gewünschten Kanalbereich suchen zu
lassen.
Hinweis: 1. Während der DAB-Sendersuche erscheint im Display 《 FFF N 》 . FFF steht für den Kanal,
der gerade gescannt wird, und N steht für die Anzahl der bereits gefundenen Sender.
2. Sobald die DAB-Sendersuche abgeschlossen ist, schaltet der CA210-T auf die
Wiedergabe des zuletzt gefundenen DAB-Programms. Ist die DAB-Senderliste zu Beginn
der Sendersuche leer, stellt der CA210-T nach der DAB-Sendersuche den ersten Sender
auf der neuen DAB-Senderliste ein, die bei dieser DAB-Sendersuche entstanden ist. Ist
die DAB-Senderliste vor der Sendersuche leer und werden keine DAB-Sender gefunden,
erscheint im Display 《 Empty 》 .
3. Während der Sendersuche können Sie jederzeit die Taste SCAN drücken. Die Suche wird
abgebrochen, und Sie hören den zuletzt ausgewählten Sender. Während der Sendersuche
sind alle Tasten ausser der Taste SCAN deaktiviert.
Einstellen von DAB-Sendern
1. Schnellsuche: Drücken Sie die Taste I◄◄ oder ►►I, um die Sender in alphabetischer
Reihenfolge schnell zu wechseln.
2. Vollständige Suche: Drücken Sie die Taste ▲oder ▼, um den gewünschten DAB-Sender
einzustellen.
3. Drücken Sie die Taste ENTER, um den eingestellten Sender zu hören. Wenn Sie die Taste ENTER
nicht innerhalb von 3 Sekunden drücken, kehrt das System automatisch zur Standardanzeige zurück.
Im Display erscheint 《 Tuning 》 .
Hinweis: 1. Ist der gewünschte DAB-Sender nicht verfügbar, erscheint im Display
《 Unavail 》 .
2. Ist das Sendesignal des von Ihnen gewählten DAB-Senders zu schwach, erscheint im Display
《 PoorSig. 》 .

Anzeigen der Signalstärke
1. Drücken Sie die Taste ENTER, während Sie einen DAB-Sender hören, dann erscheint im Display
《 Sig xx% 》 . Die Angabe gibt die Signalstärke des aktuellen Senders in Prozent an.
2. Drücken Sie erneut ENTER, um zur Anzeige des DAB-Senders zurückzukehren.
Benutzereinstellungen
Der CA210-T bietet individuelle Voreinstellungen für bis zu drei Benutzer. Benutzer können ihre
Voreinstellungen für DAB-Sender und Senderlisten nach persönlichen Vorlieben bzw. bisher gehörten
Sendern speichern.
1. Drücken Sie die Taste ▼USER▼, um einen Benutzer auszuwählen.
2. Im Display erscheint bei jedem Druck auf die Taste ▼USER▼nacheinander 《 User 1 》 , 《 User 2 》 und
《 User 3 》 . Sobald der gewünschte Benutzer im Display angezeigt ist, die Taste nicht mehr betätigen.
Das System kehrt nach 3 Sekunden zur Anzeige des zuvor gehörten Senders zurück.
Hinweis: Voreingestellt ist Benutzer 1.
Speichern von Voreinstellungen
Sie können Ihre Lieblingssender in der Speicherplatzliste speichern. Es stehen 4 Speicher zur
Verfügung, wobei jeder über 3 Speicherplätze verfügt. Insgesamt können für jeden Benutzer 12
DAB-Sender in der Speicherplatzliste gespeichert werden.
1. Wählen Sie den DAB-Sender, der gespeichert werden soll.
2. Drücken Sie die Nummerntaste X(zwischen 1 und 4) für den Speicher, unter dem Sie den Sender
speichern möchten. Im Display erscheint eine Speicherplatz-Nummer 《 XY Empty 》 oder 《 Service
Name 》 .
3. Halten Sie die Nummerntaste Xsolange gedrückt, bis die gewünschte Nummer XY oder der zu
ersetzende DAB-Sender erscheint. Drücken Sie die Taste ENTER, um den aktuellen DAB-Sender unter
dem Speicherplatz XY zu speichern. Das Display zeigt 《 XY saved 》 .
Abrufen von Voreinstellungen
Mit dieser Funktion können Sie Ihre gespeicherten Lieblingssender aus der Speicherplatzliste abrufen
1. Drücken Sie die Nummerntaste X, unter der der gewünschte DAB-Sender gespeichert ist.
2. Halten Sie die Nummerntaste Xso lange gedrückt, bis der gewünschte DAB-Sender angezeigt wird.
Das System stellt den Sender nach 3 Sekunden ein.
Abrufen des zuletzt eingestellten Senders
Der CA210-T merkt sich automatisch die 5 zuletzt gehörten Sender, wenn diese länger als 30
Sekunden eingestellt waren. Damit finden Sie schnell Ihren Lieblingssender, auch wenn dieser nicht in
der Speicherplatzliste gespeichert ist.
1. Drücken Sie die Taste ▲LS▲, um zum zuletzt gehörten Sender zurückzukehren.
2. Halten Sie die Taste ▲LS▲gedrückt, um in der Liste der gehörten Sender weiter zurückzugehen.
Hinweis: Wenn Sie die Taste ▲LS▲drücken, erscheint in der Anzeige 《 Ls Empty 》 , wenn in der Liste
der zuletzt eingestellten Sender bis jetzt noch keine Senderbezeichnung gespeichert wurde.
Reset der UKW-Transmitterfrequenz
Mit dieser Funktion stellen Sie die UKW-Transmitterfrequenz zurück auf die Voreinstellung von
87,6 MHz.
1. Drücken Sie die Taste RESET, im Display erscheint
《 87,6 MHz 》 .
2. Drücken Sie die Taste ENTER, und im Display erscheint 2 Sekunden lang 《 Retuning 》 und
