GUANANTEE
The Supplier
guarantees
the products
ot the Factoryfor 6 monthsfrom
the date ol delivery to the Client; the guarantee does not cover
tyresand non-essential
accessoriesif made by third parties,
nor does
il cover soare oarts.
The guarantee
coversthe free repairof, or lree supplyand replacement
of, any parts found to be unserviceable because ol an acknowledgsd
defoct ol matellals; defects will be acknowledged after prior investi-
gation of them and of lheir cause exclusivelyby the manutacturer's
workshopsor by workshopsauthorized
by the manufacturer,and at the
said workshops.
Should
the Purchaser
insislon the servicesof an AlfaRomeotechnician
for the purpose
ol inspectingfaultyor allegedly
faulty
parts,
the expens-
es of such a technicianwill be the responsibility
of the Purchaser.
Delays, ll any, shall not entllle the Purchaser to recelve compensation
for damages, nor lo any extension of hls rights undel lhe guarantee.
The guarantee
shall lapse automaticallyl
if the products
are used otherwise
than in accordance
with the manu-
facturer's
inslructions;
if they are modified, repaired or dismantledelsewherethan in the
manufacturer,s
workshopsor workshops
authorizedbythe manufacturer;
if bodies ot different
origin which have not been previouslyapproved
by the manulaclurer
are litted to the chassis.
