1 Scope
1.1 Granite manometric table (SGM-700) is designed for the installation
of various equipment that requires high rigidity of the structure, as well
as a at and smooth operational surface.
1.2 The table is equipped with a solid steel frame made of a 40 × 40 mm
square metal prole, which allows it to support a large load. The frame is
coated with high-qualitypowder-polymer paint, which perfectly protects
the table base from environmental impact.
1.3 The table is installed on adjustable supports that allow it to be
installed strictly horizontally, compensating for uneven oors. The table
top is made of durable, natural, polished granite.
1.4 Depending on the requirements, the table can be used as a
freestanding table or in line with other tables.
2 Technical characteristics
2.1 The table consists of the two main parts: the table base and the
table top.

4 Safety rules
4.1 Strictly prohibited:
– hitting and scratching the surface of the table top;
– exceed the permissible table load;
– exceed the adjustment range of the supports;
– exert a point load on the surface of the slab;
– use the table for unintended purposes.

5 Assembling order

5.1 Carefully unpack the set of table parts.
5.2 Place the table frame with the bottom up in order to install the
lower supports.
5.3 Screw the lower supports together with locknuts — 4 (Fig. 1) into the
table frame — 3 (Fig. 1) to such a distance that 10 mm remains between the
nut and the end surface of the frame (Fig. 2, b). (This is to be done due to
the fact that the adjustment range of the lower legsis 0 ... 20 mm, so the
adjustment is to be made from the middleposition.)
5.4 Turn the table frame over to install the upper supports.
5.5 Screw the upper supports together with locknuts — 2 (Fig. 1) into
the table frame — 3 (Fig. 1) to such a distance that 5 mm remains between
the nut and the end surface of the frame (Fig. 2, a). (This is to be done due
to the fact that the adjustment range of the upper supports is 0 ... 10 mm,
so the adjustment is to be made from the middle position.)
5.6 Adjust the position of the table frame so that it stands upright and
stable on all 4 supports.
5.7 Carefully, with the help of two or three people, pick up the granite
slab — 1 (Fig. 1) and install it on the upper supports — 2 (Fig. 1), in
accordance with the signs on the frame and on the slab itself.
5.8 Having placed the slab on the table frame, adjust the position of the
slab using the bubble level with the upper supports, so that the table top
rests on all 4 upper supports.
5.9 The height of the table is to be set individually, by adjusting the
lower and upper supports, but not exceeding the adjustment range.

5.10 Having set everything by the level and required height, lock the
upper and lower supports with nuts for a more rigid xation.
6 Storage
6.1 Storing the table in laboratory conditions. When storing the table
under laboratory conditions, it is enough to wipe it with a clean cloth and
place it on a at surface..
6.2 Storage of the table in the warehouse. Prior placing the table for
storage, wipe it with a clean cloth and pack it in its original packaging (or
similar). Store the table in a dry, heated room at air temperature not lower
than +5 °С and a relative humidity not higher than 80%.
7 Warranty
7.1 The manufacturer guarantees the integrity of the table frame,
subject to the conditions of operation, storage, and transportation.
7.2 The guaranteed service life of the table is 18 months from the date
of shipment of the table to the consumer.
7.3 Average service life is at least 8 years.
7.4 The warranty does not cover all defects arising from intensive use.
8 Complaints Information
