The monitor is at its lowest position when the lock is in the slot as the image shown.
The design of the adjustment is one-way. The monitor can only be lifted up when
adjusting the height, and can NOT be moved up and down at the same time.
Raise the monitor to the top until you hear a click to make sure the lock reaches
reset slot. Then slowly slide the monitor down to the bottom. When you hear a click
again that means the lock has been reset. You can lift the monitor up again to your
preferred height.
