Instructions for Installation v1.0

Read the instructions attentively before starting installation of the thermostat, as the booklet contains important
information about safety guidance and normative rules regarding the thermostat and its installation.
Keep the User Safety Guidance for further usage, if needed.
The thermostat must be set up according to current installation standards
Before starting the work, make sure the boiler is NOT supplied with voltage power

Setting up the process control block (PCB) in the central heating boiler
CAUTION: Before starting the work, please make sure that the boiler is NOT supplied with voltage power!
Unpack the (PCB).process control block
Open the boiler so that you can reach the printed circuit board.
(If necessary, use the instructions for the boiler).

1. Drill a hole in the casing to set up the antenna there,
as shown on the picture.
2. Connect one end of the antenna connector to the
process control block (PCB).
3. Fix another end of the antenna connector in the hole,
and wrap it around the bolt.
4. Screw the antenna to the casing, as shown on the picture.

6. Connect one end of the power cable
to the process control block (PCB),
and another end of the power cable
to the printed circuit board, as shown
on the picture.
Make sure that everything is connected
according to the instructions, and switch
on the central heating boiler. If the power
cable is connected to the process control
block (PCB), the red light appears
while the green light of is blinking.Status

5. Find the connector for the room thermostat with the number TA1 (if you have a boiler by Ariston),
or TA,LS-LR,COM-NO (if you have a boiler by any other manufacturer but Ariston). Disconnect the connector
on TA1, and connect the 2-strand wire, as shown on the picture.

FUNCTIONAL TESTING
Push the button on the process control block (PCB) once and wait till the green light appears on the boiler. If the
connector (TA1) of process control block (PCB) is connected properly, the boiler flame will appear within 10 seconds.
The flame will fade when the button on the process control block (PCB) is pushed again. If the boiler flame did not
appear, swap the strands of TA1 wire, and repeat the procedure.

Online activation of the thermostat is necessary for receiving the full service. For online activation, please open
the thermostat application on your mobile phone, or go on the web page from your https://app.aliangreen.ge
computer, and register yourself as a user.
Open application in the mobile phone, and push the button.MOSTAT Configuration
Using Wi-Fi of your mobile phone, connect to Mostat device named . MOSTAT-[Serial number of your device]
If asked for a password, type in capital letters: , and follow the application instructions.MOSTAT123
The application will connect the devices to your home Internet.

DESCRIPTION OF PROCESS CONTROL BLOCK (PCB)
The red light of power indicator is on when the process control block (PCB) is supplied with voltage power.
The green light of is blinking when the factory reset, i.e. configuration option is active.Status

SETTING UP THE ROOM SENSOR
It is recommended to set up the room sensor in the area of private residence where the
family members spend most of their time.
The distance between the floor and the device must be 120-150 cm.
The device must be 200-300 cm away from the door and windows.
Avoid the sunlight.
TIP: These recommendations are given for avoiding the measurement errors of temperature

CONFIGURATIONS OF THE ROOM SENSOR
Take the room sensor out of the box, and move its lid off.
Remove the pull to start tab for activating the battery, as shown on the picture.
Take the room sensor to the central heating boiler, and push the button once;
When the button is pushed, the blue light starts blinking, which means the device
is ready for configuration option.
At this moment push the button on process control block (PCB) in
the central heating boiler once so that the light starts blinking.Status
During this activity the configuration parameters are exchanged
between the process control block (PCB) and the room sensor.
After the configuration is successfully completed, the green light
will blink three times on the room sensor. If the configuration is
successfully complete, push the button again.

If the configuration is NOT successfully complete, push again the
button on the process control block (PCB) and the room sensor.
CAUTION: While replacing the battery, press the PCB with a finger of one
hand and use another hand to carefully take the battery out, without damaging the device.

Use only Lithium FR6 or Alkaline LR6 batteries, preferably, Energizer or Duracell.

When the room sensor is all set up, make sure that and lights on process AP-Status Status

Only when and lights are permanently ON, close the central heating boiler and switch it on.AP-Status Status
A GUIDE TO OCCATIONAL PROBLEMS AND HOW TO SOLVE THEM
AP-Status light is blinking: This signals that the process control block (PCB) cannot connect to your home
Wi-Fi router. In this case, the process control block (PCB) must be restored to its factory state.
