Switching on and off
To turn the watch On/ Off, press

Main controls
The watch display is dimmed
by default to save battery power.
To activate the watch display

(must be enabled in the app).
The display dims itself after
a short period of time or you can
dim it by pressing the button

please swipe the screen from left
to right (swipe back to return).
