Please read and understand this entire manual before attempting to assemble, operate or install the
product.
WARNING
• The product should be installed by a locally licensed plumber.
• Please do not use plumber’s putty on plastic components. Use silicone caulk if sealant is required.
• When installing the flexible hose, please note there should be no torsion or deformation. Do not fold
it into a V or L shape, and do not use it if there is any cracks or damage.
PREPARATION
Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with package
contents list and hardware contents list. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble
the product.
Estimated Assembly Time: 12 minutes
Tools Required for Assembly (not included): Adjustable wrench, silicone sealant.
Helpful Tools (not included): Channel-lock pliers, safety goggles.
• Prior to beginning installation, turn off the cold and hot water lines and turn on the old faucet to
release built-up pressure.
• When installing the new faucet, first hand tighten connector nuts. Then use one wrench to hold the
fitting and a second wrench to tighten the nut an additional 1/4 turn. Connections that are too tight
will reduce the integrity of the system.

2. Install faucet (A) through top of sink (not included).
3. Install lock nuts (AA) onto threaded shanks of
faucet (A) and hand tighten.

6. Attach lower end of spray hose (F) to central
supply tube in faucet (A).
5. Insert end of spray hose (F) into spray holder (E).
4. Remove spray mounting nut (D) from spray
holder shank (E). Insert spray holder (E) and
hand tighten spray mounting nut (D) onto shank
of spray holder (E) from underneath the sink.

9. Turn on water supply.
8. Install supply lines (not included) onto shanks of
faucet (A).
7. Attach the upper end of spray hose (F) to side
spray (B).

QUICK CONNECTOR REMOVAL
4. Operate side spray (B) to clear spray hose (F) of
trapped air.
1. Push quick connector housing on hose (F)
upward. Hold clip and housing together and pull
downward.
WARNING: Be careful in removal of quick
connector so as not to cut hands.

TROUBLESHOOTING
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
• Clean periodically with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool and harsh chemicals as
these will dull the finish and void your warranty.
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE CORRECTIVE ACTION
Leak from under handle. Retainer nut has come loose.
O-ring on cartridge is dirty or
damaged.
Tighten the retainer nut. Clean
or replace O-ring.
Aerator has an inconsistent
water ow pattern.
Aerator is dirty or mistted. Remove aerator, check for
debris in the aerator screens,
and conrm the rubber washer
is properly installed.
Water leaks from aerator. Seats need to be replaced. Determine if the drip is hot
or cold. Disassemble correct
handle and cartridge. Remove
rubber seat from inside of the
faucet body and replace with
new one. Reassemble cartridge
and handle.
Leaks around base of spout. O-ring set should be replaced. Turn off water supply. Remove
spout trim cap. Pull spout
straight up. Replace the o-ring
set located on the body of the
faucet. Re-assemble.
Side spray does not function. Spray diverter has stopped
functioning properly.
Turn off water supply. Remove
spout trim cap. Pull spout
straight up. Remove the spray
diverter located in the body of
the faucet. Replace the spray
diverter in the same position and
re-assemble spout.

WARRANTY
The manufacturer warrants this faucet to be free from defects in workmanship and material present at
time of shipment from the factory for a limited lifetime from the date of purchase. This warranty applies
only to the original purchaser. The manufacturer agrees to correct such defects at no charge or, at our
option, replace the faucet with a comparable or superior model. To obtain warranty service, call our
customer service department at 1-866-439-9800 for return authorization and shipping instructions.
You may be required to present a copy of your sales receipt as proof of purchase. All cost of removal
and reinstallation are the expressed responsibility of the purchaser. Any damage to the faucet by
accident, misuse or improper installation, or by afxing accessories not produced by the manufacturer,
are the purchaser’s responsibility. The manufacturer assumes no responsibility whatsoever for faucet
installation during the warranty period. There is no further expressed warranty. The manufacturer
disclaims any and all implied warranties. The manufacturer shall not be liable for incidental,
consequential or special damages arising at or in connection with product use or performance except
as may otherwise be accorded by law. This warranty gives you specic legal rights, and you may also
have other rights which vary from state to state, province to province. This warranty supersedes all
prior warranties.
