aredesigned toprovidereasonableprotectionagainstharmfulinterferencein

Aslongas3conditionsabovearemet, furthertransmittertestwillnotbe
required.However,theOEMintegratorisstillresponsiblefortestingtheirend-product
foranyadditionalcompliance requirementsrequiredwiththismoduleinstalled(for
example, digitaldeviceemissions, PCperipheralrequirements, etc.).
IMPORTANTNOTE: Inthe event that theseconditionscannot bemet (for
examplecertainlaptop configurationsorco-locationwithanothertransmitter),
then the FCC authorizationisno longerconsidered validand the FCC IDcan
not be used on the finalproduct. Inthesecircumstances, the OEMintegrator
willbe responsibleforre-evaluatingthe end product (including thetransmitter)
and obtainingaseparateFCC authorization.

Thistransmittermoduleisauthorizedonlyforuseindevice wheretheantennamay
beinstalledsuchthat20 cmmaybemaintainedbetweentheantennaandusers(for

The OEMintegratorhastobeawarenot toprovideinformation tothe end

userregarding howtoinstallorremovethisRFmoduleintheusersmanualof
the end product whichintegratethismodule.
The usersmanualforOEMintegratorsmust include the following information
inaprominentlocation
IMPORTANTNOTE:TocomplywithFCC RFexposurecompliance
requirements, the antenna used forthistransmittermust be installed to
provide aseparation distanceof atleast 20 cmfromallpersonsandmust not
be co-located oroperating inconjunctionwithanyotherantenna ortransmitter.
Wedeclarethisproductislimited inCH1-CH11for2.4G bandbyspecific
firmwarecontrolled bythemanufacturerand isnot userchangeable.
If the endproductintegratingthismoduleisgoingtobeoperated in5.15 ~
5.25GHzfrequency range, the following warning statementmust be included
inthe usermanual.
The 5.15~5.25GHzfrequency band inUS/Canada isrestrictedtoindooruse
only.
