2.Peel
offfilm
from
the
pressure
sensitive
adhe-
sive
onthe
enclosed
felt
strips.
3.Place
strips
onbase
plate
parallel
with
the
blade
and
press
into

the
penstock.

GUIDE
USAGEOPTIONS:
Youhave
threeoptions
withtheruler
guide
according
to
your
applicationas
follows.InstalltherulerontheAWSbyinsertingthe
arms
into
theappropriateslots
onthebase
plate
and
tightening
the
screws
to
secure
therulerin
place.
Whencutting,simply
keep
the
rulerin
contact
withedgeofstoneor
the
straightedge
while
maintainingevencutting
pressure
and
your
cuts
will
be
straight.
When
using
theedgeofthestoneas
yourguide,
installthe
ruler
guide
downward
(Figure-6)
sothat
theruler
guide
wouldbebelow
thebase
plate
andthe
inner
sideof
theruler
guide
would
followthe
edgeofstone.
Measurethedistance
fromtheedgetothe
intended
cutanduse
thismeasurementtoset
theruleratthe
proper
distance.
