1.
Wipe
base
plate
with
aclean
rag
toremove
any
dirt
orresidue.
2.Peel
offfilm
from
the
pressure
sensitive
adhe-
sive
onthe
enclosed
felt
strips.
3.Place
strips
onbase
plate
parallel
with
the
blade
and
press
into
place. 5

washer
foradjusting
the
cutting
depth.

WATER
FLOW:
A
Connect
onlytoanisolating transformer
when
using
waterflow.
Connect
thenylonhose
onto
the
penstock,
thenconnect
the
adapteron
thenylon
hosetothewaterfaucet.
Simplyadjust
thevolumeofthewater
flow
by
the
penstock.

Clamp
the
flangewith
spanner
and
loosenboltby
theboxspanner
clockwise.
Disassemblebolt,

workingtool.
Pleasefollowthesamebut
reverse
procedures
whenreassembling
the
workingtool.
Besurethedirection
shownbyarrow
onthesurface
ofthe
workingtoolis
thesame
asthatshownon
thecapof
the
machine.
Make
certain
thebolt
is
firmlytightened.
