2.4G band bysupplied firmwareprogramming tool. OEM shall not supplyanytoolorinfoto
the end-userregarding toRegulatory Domainchange.
Aslong as3conditionsabovearemet, furthertransmittertest will not be required. However, the
OEM integratorisstill responsiblefortesting theirend-product foranyadditionalcompliance
requirementsrequired withthismoduleinstalled (forexample, digitaldeviceemissions, PC
peripheralrequirements, etc.).
IMPORTANTNOTE: Inthe event that theseconditionscan not be met (forexamplecertain
laptop configurationsorco-location withanothertransmitter), then the FCC authorization isno
