Unpack all components carefully. Please check to ensure all parts
have been removed from the packaging

1. Place the Birdbath Base on a smooth and level surface. Attach
the Post Connector to the Birdbath Base, followed by the Post
and twisting clockwise with the threads.
Stellen Sie die Basis des Vogelbads auf eine feste, ache und sichere Stelle. Befestigen
Sie den Ständerstecker an der Vogelbadbasis, gefolgt vom Ständer und drehen sie ihn mit
den Gewinden im Uhrzeigersinn..

2. Attach the Birdbath Basin by twisting it onto the threaded Post.
Befestigen sie das Vogelbadbecken indem Sie es am Gewindepfosten drehen.
3. Now add the Branch, Lotus and Birds to the center of
the Birdbath.
Jetzt können Sie der Schale den Zweig, die Lotusblume und die Vögel hinzufügen.

4. When placing on uneven soil and due to the light weight
construction, you can secure the Birdbath with the included
ground stakes.

5. Congratulations, your Birdbath is now complete. Add water and
enjoy the new wildlife it brings to your yard.

Thank you for choosing an Alpine product! We aim to please with our wide range of products including
Fountains, Birdbaths, Statuary, Pond Supplies & More. All of our products are constructed from the highest
quality materials. In the event that we have not achieved our usual standard of excellence, we will repair or
replace, at our discretion, within the warranty period. A valid proof of purchase, with the purchase date clearly
indicated, must be provided. Photos of defective merchandise will also be required to help distinguish the actual
cause of the defect. Please read below for a detailed description of warranty coverage..
Water Damage
Alpine products are not manufactured to withstand extreme temperatures. Improper storage that
allows water to freeze within a product may cause damage, is considered negligence, and will not be
covered under this warranty. The use of “hard water,” and/or caustic cleaners, can affect the painted
or other nishes. Failure to keep the unit clean, and use of such additives/cleaners, will also void
the warranty. Please note: for fountains, it is normal for some splashing to occur and protecting the
immediate surfaces is not the responsibility of Alpine Corporation.
Paint & Color (Retention and/or Loss)
The use of water will cause natural erosion to the color. This area can be touched up using standard
paint. The paint is designed to protect the entire nish against breakdown of color. As with any
product, all nishes with time will gradually fade and discolor. The warranty will only cover against
severe or complete fading, within the rst year from date of purchase, with the above exclusion.
Procedure/Service
Should a warranty/claim be needed, you should contact the retailer from whom you purchased the
product. If that is not an option, you can contact Alpine Corporation at www.alpine4u.com. When
contacting Alpine Corporation, you must be prepared to show proof of purchase, provide photographs
and any other information needed to validate your claim. This may be necessary to distinguish
between a partial or complete replacement of a defective product. The warranty does not cover
any items with multiple parts; the warranty will ONLY cover the individual component of the unit/
item that may be defective. Replacement parts can be made available to a consumer through the
original selling party, or an approved parts retailer. If this is not an option, contact our customer service
department. Item is covered under one year limited warranty from the date of purchase. When
requesting replacement parts due to a warranty claim after 30 days of purchase, credit card
information will be requested for shipping charges.
Not Covered Under Warranty
The limited warranty will NOT cover cases of damages due to:
1. Damages caused in Transit
2. Inadequate care and/or neglect
3. Environmental and/or natural elements
4. Immersion in water, unless specied
5. Improper Installation/Storage and/or Maintenance
This warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, misuse, negligence, improper installation
and/or modications have occurred. This includes any and/or all defects arising out of freezing water damage,
hard water damage, failure to keep the unit clean and free of harmful additives such as bleach, chlorine, etc….
which affects the paint and/or parts. This warranty also does not cover any additional charges or installation,
removal, disposal and/or shipping costs or consequential damage associated with any warranty claim.

hochwertigen Materialien gemacht. Für den Fall, dass wir unseren Standard für absolute Qualität nicht erfüllt
haben, werden wir ihr Produkt innerhalb der eingeschränkten Garantieperiode reparieren oder ersetzen.
Dazu benötigen Sie ihren Kaufbeleg mit klar ersehbarem Verkaufsdatum. Wir benötigen auch Fotos die das
beschädigte Produkt zeigen, damit wir das Ausmaß des Schadens klar ersehen können. Lesen Sie bitte weiter
für eine detaillierte Beschreibung unserer Haftung.
Wasserschaden
Alpine Produkte werden mit hoher Qualität hergestellt aber können extremen Temperaturen
nicht standhalten. Inkorrekte Lagerung bei frierendem Wasser die zu Vereisung führt gilt als
Vernachlässigung und schliesst Haftung aus. Behandlung mit „hartem Wasser“ und/oder aggressiven
Reinigungsmitteln kann die Farbe beeintrachtigen. Mangelhafte Sauberkeitshaltung des Produkts
und der Gebrauch von aggressiven oder scheuernden Reinigungmitteln oder scharfen Chemikalien
schliesst die Haftung auch aus. Bitte bemerken Sie, dass das Spritzen von Wasser bei Brunnen
normal ist, und das Alpine für den Schutz von Oberächen und Gegenständen in deren Nähe nicht
verantwortlich ist.
Farbe (Farbbeständigkeit und/oder Farbverlust)
Wasser kann auf Dauer die Farbe beinträchtigen. Sie können diese Stellen mit regulärer Farbe
korrigieren. Wie bei allen Produkten kann sich auch bei dieser Ware die Farbe verfärben oder
verblassen. Wir haften ausschliesslich im Fall, dass die Farbe komplett verblasst, innerhalb eines
Jahres vom Zeitpunkt des Warenkaufs, unter Aussnahmerecht.
Verfahren/Service
Für einen Gewährleitungsanspruch wenden Sie sich bitte an den Händler bei dem Sie das Produkt
gekauft haben. Wenn das nicht möglich ist, können Sie uns online bei www.alpine4u.com erreichen.
Wenn Sie Alpine Corporation kontaktieren, benötigen Sie ihren Kaufbeleg, Fotos und weitere
Informationen die ihren Antrag unterstützen. Dies ist nötig um festzustellen ob ein kompletter Ersatz
oder ein Teilersatz für ein defektives Produkt in Frage kommt. Alpine Corporation haftet nicht für
Waren mit mehreren Bestandteilen. Die Haftung bezieht sich allein auf das individuelle Teil des
Produkts das eventuell beschädigt ist. Sie können Ersatzteile bei ihrem ursprünglichen Händler
erwerben oder bei einem autorisierten Einzelhändler der die nötigen Ersatzteile führt. Falls diese
Möglichkeit nicht besteht, kontaktieren Sie bitte unsere Kundenddienstabteilung. Das Produkt
unterliegt einer einjährigen beschränkten Garantie ab Kaufdatum. Bei der Anforderung von
Ersatzteilen aufgrund eines Gewährleitungsanspruch nach 30 Tagen nach dem Kauf werden
Kreditkarteninformationen für die Versandkosten angefordert.
Nicht Unter Haftung
Die Eingeschränkte Haftung deckt keine Schadensfälle ab in folgenden Fällen:
1. Schaden versursacht beim Transport
2. Misshandlung des Produkts und/oder Nachlässigkeit
3. Umwelteinüesse und höhere Gewalt
4. Eintauchen in Wasser, sofern nicht anders angegeben
5. Unsachgemäße Installation, Lagerung und Wartung
Diese Garantie erlischt, wenn das Produkt durch Unfall, Missbrauch, Fahrlässigkeit, unsachgemäße Installation
und/oder Änderungen beschädigt wurde. Dies schließt alle Mängel ein, die sich aus Gefrierwasserschäden
und Hartwasserschäden ergeben, oder wenn das Produkt nicht sauber und frei von schädlichen Zusätzen wie
Bleichmittel, Chlor usw. gehalten wird, die den Lack, die Farbe und andere Teile beeinträchtigen. Diese Garantie
deckt auch keine zusätzlichen Kosten für Installation, Entfernung, Entsorgung und Versand oder Folgeschäden
im Zusammenhang mit Garantieansprüchen ab.
