Hard Wired connection to connect the R2000 radar gun
to the KP219_JS wireless interface.
NOTE: To power the radar gun from the KP219_JS, an external
12V supply must be connected to the KP219_JS power input.
The internal batteries of the KP219_JS are not connected to the
RX422 port and are too small to power the gun in any case.
