Intended Use
This product is designed as a dual-functionality adapter/charger with
in-line remote feature. It allows you to connect devices that use a
3.5-mm audio plug to iOS devices with Lightning®socket, and at the
same time lets you charge your device.
This product is intended for private indoor use only. Do not use it
outdoors. Contact with moisture, e.g. in bathrooms, must be avoided
under all circumstances.

Connecting the adapter to iOS device
• Connect the Lightning connector to the Lightning socket of iOS
device.
• Note: After connecting for the first time, user is prompted to install
DigiPlay, a third party Audio Player.
Firmware Update
• Manual Update
• Open the DigiPlay app and tap on the icon (Settings).
• When updated firmware is released and made available to users, a
pop up message will prompt you to update it. Tap on “OK”.
• Note: Keep the firmware always up to date, the adapter may
otherwise not work as it should. Make sure the adapter is plugged
in while updating.
Connecting the earphones/headset to the adapter
• Insert the 3.5-mm plug of the earphones/headset into the 3.5-mm
socket of the adapter.
Controlling the iOS device with the adapter
• Use the controls on the adapter to operate your device.

Charging iOS device via the adapter
• Connect the Lightning connector of a power source (powerbank,
power cable etc...) to the Lightning socket of the adapter. The
charging process starts automatically.
Volume Increase/Decrease keys: Functions
• The volume on your iOS device can be adjusted using the Volume
Increase/Decrease keys
• Both keys can also be used (interchangeably) to shoot photos from
inside the camera app.

Brancher l’adaptateur à l’appareil iOS
• Branchez le connecteur Lightning à la prise Lightning de l’appareil
iOS.
• Remarque : Après le premier branchement, il est demandé à
l’utilisateur d’installer DigiPlay, un lecteur audio tiers.
Mise à jour du micrologiciel
• Mise à jour manuelle
• Ouvrez l’application DigiPlay et cliquez sur l’icône (Paramètres).
• Lorsqu’une mise à jour du micrologiciel est publiée et mise à la
disposition de l’utilisateur, un message pop-up vous invite à le
mettre à jour. Cliquez sur «OK».
• Remarque : Gardez toujours le micrologiciel à jour. Dans le cas
contraire, l’adaptateur est susceptible de ne pas fonctionner
correctement. Veillez à ce que l’adaptateur soit bien branché
lorsque vous le mettez à jour.
Brancher les écouteurs/le casque à l’adaptateur
• Insérez la fiche de 3,5 mm des écouteurs/du casque dans la prise
de 3,5 mm de l’adaptateur.
Contrôler l’appareil iOS avec l’adaptateur
• Utilisez les commandes sur l’adaptateur pour faire fonctionner
votre appareil.

• Branchez le connecteur Lightning d’une source d’alimentation
électrique (batterie externe, câble d’alimentation, etc.) à la prise
Lightning de l’adaptateur. Le processus de chargement démarre
automatiquement.
Boutons d’augmentation/de diminution du volume: Fonctions
• Le volume de votre appareil iOS peut être réglé à l’aide des
boutons d’augmentation/de diminution du volume
• Les deux boutons peuvent également être utilisés (de façon
interchangeable) pour prendre des photos dans l’application caméra.

• Verbinden Sie den Lightning-Stecker mit der Lightning-Buchse des
iOS-Gerätes.
• Hinweis: Bei der ersten Verbindung wird der Benutzer
aufgefordert, DigiPlay zu installieren, einen Audioplayer eines
Drittanbieters.

• Öffnen Sie die DigiPlay-App und tippen Sie auf das Symbol
(Einstellungen).
• Wenn aktualisierte Firmware freigegeben und den Benutzern zur

Update aufgefordert. Tippen Sie auf „OK“.
• Hinweis: Halten Sie die Firmware immer auf dem neuesten Stand,
