fitting lid, cookie sheet or fiat tray. Use a
nnfld-purpose dUchemical or foam-type
fixe extinguisher.
Flaming grease outside a pan can be put
out by coxering it with baking soda ox;
if available, by nsing a multi-propose di T
chemical or foam-type fire extinguisher.
Flame in the oven can be smothered
completely by closing the oxen door arm
mining the oven off or by using a mnltJ-
pui])ose dUchemical or foam-type fixe
extinguisher
Do not touch fire snrthce units, flxe heaung
elements or the interior suithce of the oxen.
These surtZaces may be hot enough to bum
exen thouOx they are dark in color. During
