DESCRIPTION
L'intégration de l'afficheur AFF12 pourra se faire partout où il est nécessaire de sensibiliser le public, les
ouvriers ou les collaborateurs aux niveaux sonores et ses nuisances : ateliers de mécanique ou autre,
écoles, bibliothèques, bureau type open space, bars...
L'AFF12 affiche des seuils de niveaux sonores au moyen de trois vagues lumineuses très représentatives
et changeant de couleurs en fonction de l'intensité du bruit.
L'AFF12 est un afficheur complémentaire des afficheurs AMIX (AFFseries-3, AFF16, AFF06, AFF10) ou
des modules SPL10 ou SPL25. Il ne peut pas être utilisé seul.
D'un point de vue sécurité électrique, l'AFF12 s'alimente en basse tension, avec un bloc secteur séparé,
permettant son intégration dans des lieux exposés à des conditions défavorables.
L'AFF12 est pré-équipé en face arrière d'inserts M4 pour la fixation d'un pied au standard VESA de 100 X
100 mm.
L'AFF12 est aussi pré-équipé en face arrière d'inserts M4 pour la fixation des modules SPL10 ou SPL25.
Disponible en 3 versions :
AFF12 pack 01: Afficheur + Alimentation 12V
AFF12 pack 02 : Afficheur + Alimentation 12V+ boîtier de captation SPL10
AFF12 pack 03 : Afficheur + Alimentation 12V + boîtier enregistreur SPL25 + capteur CAP65

1 - Embase 4 points mâle d'entrée d’alimentation 12V

Si vous souhaitez faire clignoter l'affichage rouge, il suffit de relier les points 2 et 3 du connecteur
d'entrée ou de sortie d'alimentation.
3 - Embase RJ45 d'entrée GPO1/GPO2 à relier
- soit au boîtier de captation SPL10
- soit au boîtier SPL25.
4 - Embase RJ45 d'extension, permettant de connecter un afficheur supplémentaire.
5 - Emplacement prévu pour fixer un boîtier de captation SPL10.
6 - Emplacement prévu pour fixer un boîtier SPL25.
7 - Emplacement prévu pour fixer un pied au format VESA 100x100.

EIA/TIA 568B( Câblage droit) . Maximum 5 mètres .
Connectez le capteur CAP65 au SPL25.
Pour alimenter l'ensmble, connectez le SPL25 à
l'alimentation fournie.

référer à la notice du SPL25.

Reliez le SPL25 et le premier AFF12 avec un câble
RJ45 EIA/TIA 568B (Câblage droit). Maximum 5
mètres .
Connectez le capteur CAP65 au SPL25.
Pour alimenter l'ensemble, connectez le SPL25 à
l' alimentation fournie.
Puis reliez le premier afficheur AFF12 au second
afficheur avec un autre câble RJ45 EIA/TIA 568B
(Câblage droit). Maximum 5 mètres .
Alimentez le deuxième afficheur AFF12, en lui
connectant l'alimentation afficheur 12V fournie.

Attention !!!
Ne jamais faire fonctionner cet équipement sans le raccordement de l'alimentation à la terre.
Assurez-vous de la qualité de la terre avant la mise en route.
Ne jamais démonter l'équipement, sans avoir pris la précaution de débrancher le cordon
d’alimentation.
Eviter l'exposition à de trop fortes températures.
Ne jamais exposer l'alimentation et l'appareil à la pluie, la neige ou à l'humidité.
L' AFF12 est conforme aux normes suivantes :
EN60065, EN55013, EN55020, EN60555-2, et EN60555-3, d'après les dispositions de la directive
73/23/EEC, 89/336/EEC et 93/68/EEC.

DESCRIPTION
The integration of the AFF12 display can be done wherever it is necessary to raise awareness of the
public, workers or employees at noise levels and nuisances: mechanical workshops or other, schools,
libraries, office type open space, bars. ..
AFF12 displays sound level thresholds by means of three very representative light waves and changing
colors according to the intensity of the noise.
AFF12 is a complementary display of AMIX displays (AFFseries-3, AFF16, AFF06, AFF10) or
SPL10/SPL25 modules. It can not be used alone.
For electrical safety, AFF12 is powered by low voltage, with a separate mains unit, allowing its
integration in places exposed to adverse conditions.
The AFF12 is pre-equipped on the rear panel of inserts M4 for fixing a standard VESA
foot(100x100mm).
The AFF12 is also equipped with M4 inserts on the rear panel for fixing SPL10 or SPL25 modules..
Available in 3 versions :
AFF12 pack 01: Display + power supply 12V
AFF12 pack 02: Display + power supply 12V+ Housing with sensor (SPL10)
AFF12 pack 03 : Display + power supply 12V + recorder SPL25 + sensor CAP65

If you want to flash the red display, connect points 2 and 3 of the power input or output connector.
3 - RJ45 socket of GPO1/GPO2 input to connect:
- to the SPL10 sound capture unit.
- or SPL25.
4 - RJ45 expansion socket, to connect an additional display.
5 - Location to fix a SPL10 sound capture unit.
6 - Location to fix a SPL25 unit.
7 - Location to fix a foot in VESA 100x100 format.

Connect the SPL25 and AFF12 with a RJ45 cable
(straight wiring). Maximum 5 meters.
Connect the CAP65 sensor to SPL25.
To power the unit, connect the SPL25 to the supplied
power supply.
For further information, refer to the SPL25 manual.

Connect the SPL25 and the first AFF12 display
with a RJ45 cable (straight wiring). Maximum 5
meters.
Connect the CAP65 sensor to SPL25.
To power the unit, connect the SPL25 to the
supplied power supply.
Then connect the first AFF12 display to the second
AFF12 with another RJ45 cable (straight wiring).
Maximum 5 meters.
To power the second AFF12, connect it to the
supplied display power supply.
For further information, refer to the SPL25
manual.
