Cleaning and Disinfection
Periodic cleaning is recommended to keep the monitor clean and to
prolong its operation lifetime.
• Be sure to unplug the power cable from the machine when cleaning your LCD
Monitor.
• Take care not to use any hard or abrasive material to scratch the screen.
• Use a soft damp microfiber cloth with a small amount of recommended cleaning
agent to remove the dust, fingerprint and grease etc. from screen or housing parts.
• Make sure that liquids do not permeate the machine. If this occurs, it may result in
an electric shock or fault in the device.
• The screen is extremely sensitive to mechanical influences, so scratching or shocks
should be avoided.
• Only use tested disinfectants.
• If a Cleaning Agent is sprayed directly onto the screen surface, use a microfiber
cloth to remove drops which run down before they reach the edge of the panel.
• Wipe off liquid drops immediately. Discoloration or calcium deposits can occur due
to contact with liquids over a long period of time.
