ANDI - WMA 7612 L - DISASSEMBLY
1- TOP PLATE
• Remove the two screws that attach the top plate to the cabinet.
• Push the top plate back and then lift upwards and take it out.
2- REAR COVER
• Remove the five screws that attach the back cover to the cabinet.
• Lay the cover 90º to the cabinet and lift to remove.
3- FRONT DOOR
• Open the front door.
• Remove the two screws that secure the front door to the hinge. ( Figure 1a)

3a- FRONT DOOR (New BIG DOOR)
The opening side of the big porthole can be changed. It might be wanted that the
180º opening big front door to be opened to right instead of left because of the
ergonomic loading demands where it is placed at home. Therefore instructions for
changing the opening side of the washing machine together with assemblying and
disassemblying instructions are explained below.
To change the opening side of the big porthole
• Detach the door hood from the front panel by taking out the cabinet hood
clamp.
• Detach the door lock from the front panel by unscrewing the two plastic
screws.
• Unscrew the two hinge bolts (M5x10) and take out the front door assembly
from the front panel.
• Unscrew the screw(4,2x9,5) which fixes the hinge support bracket to the front
panel.
• Unscrew the screws of the front panel and detach it from the cabinet.
• Secure the cables going to the door lock at the appropriate hole on the panel
support with a cable clamp by arranging its length (if we are to place the door
lock underneath the detergent dispenser, we should open the wrapping and
extend the cable or if we are to place the door lock underneath the timer, we
shold wrap the cable).

• If we are to place the door lock underneath the detergent dispenser we
have to mount a door lock protecting part, part number YA2805290100
on the terminals of the door lock secured with a screw. In the other case
the door lock protecting partshould be removed (Figure 1b).

-Fix the door lock on the front panel with two screws.
-Place and slide upwards the front panel on the cabinet. Secure it with three screws.
-Dismount the hinge plugs and mount them on the other side.
-Screw hinge support bracket on the front panel.
-Unscrew the two PT screws securing the door hook cover. And detach door hook
cover from the front door.
-Turn the glass with hands 180º so that the gap at the peripheral of the door glass
can be seen from the opening of door hook cover hole.
-Place the door hook cover in its place so that its protrusion locks the gap of the door
glass. Secure it to the front door with two PT screws.
-Shove the tongue of the hinge inside the T hole on the hinge support bracket.
-Fix the front door to the front panel with two bolts from the two holes on the hinge.
-Insert cabinet hood clamp in its place and fix it to the front panel.
4- INNER COVER AND FRONT DOOR GLASS
• Remove the front door.
• Inner cover is disassembled by the aid of a flat screw driver end at the side
of the hinge connection of the inner cover.
• Remove the front door glass after removing the inner cover.
4a- INNER COVER, OUTER COVER, FRONT DOOR GLASS and the HINGE, (New
BIG DOOR)
-Take out the cabinet hood clamp and detach the door hood from the front panel.
-Unscrew the hinge bolts (M5x10) and detach tha front door from the front panel.
-Unscrew the screw fixing the hinge support bracket.
-Unscrew the 9 plastic screws on the front door.
-Take out the door hook cover and the hook group (hook, hook pin and the hook
spring).

-Detach the inner cover from the outer cover without damaging it.
-For reassemblying the front door, put the outer cover down the bright side facing the
workbench. Place the handle together with its pins on to the outer cover. Place the
hinge together with its plastic bushings in the outer cover. Put the glass on the outer
cover so that the gap at the peripheral of the door glass can be matching the
protrusion of the hook cover. Mate the inner cover with outer cover. The two
protrusions on the outer cover near handle area are inserted to the corresponding
holes on the inner cover. Hook, hook pin and the hook spring are placed inside the
bearing on the inner cover. Then the hook cover is placed and all the screws are
fixed.

5- BELLOW (from front panel)
• Press door open knob to open the front door.
• Remove the bellow clamp that fixes the bellow to the front panel.
• Remove the bellow from the front panel.
6- KICK PLATE
• Twist the plastic screws that attach the kick-plate to the body 90º anti-clock
wise and remove. ( Figure 2 a,b )

7- FRONT PANEL
• Press door open knob to open the front door.
• Remove the bellow clamp that fixes the bellow to the front panel. ( Figure 3 )
o Remove the bellow from the front panel
• Remove the two screws that attach the door
lock to the front panel. ( Figure 3)
• Remove the kick-plate. ( Figure 2 a, b )

• Pull down the front panel and release from the fixtures on the body.
8- HINGE
• Remove the front door.
• Remove the bellow clamp that attaches the bellow to the front panel.
• Remove the bellow.
• Remove the two screws that connect the hinge to the front panel. ( Figure 1c )
9- LOWER COUNTER WEIGHT AND TUB COVER
• Remove the front panel. ( figure 3, 4, 5 )
• Remove the lower counter weight fixture screws and pull off the counter
weight.
• Tub cover is assembled with 12 clips to the tub. Remove them and take out
the tub cover.
10- TUB SEAL
• Remove the front panel. ( figure 3, 4, 5 )
• Remove the lower counterweight.
• Remove the tub cover.
• Tub cover is pulled off and turned upside down.
• Tub seal is removed. ( When remounting, the tub seal, assemblying mark on
tub should match the corresponding mark on the tub cover )

11- BELLOW (from the tub)
• Remove the front panel. ( figure 3, 4, 5 )
• Remove the spring clamp that fixes the bellows to the tub cover.
• Pull off the bellows. ( When remounting, the bellows holes should look at the
lower part of the tub cover ).
12- POLY-V BELT
• Remove the back cover.
• Poly-V belt is pulled off while turning the
pulley. ( Figure 6)
• Clean the pulley before reassembly.
13- PULLEY
• Remove the back cover.
• Remove the poly-V belt. ( Figure 6 )
• Remove the bolt that connects the pulley
to the tub shaft. ( Figure 6)
• Pull off the pulley from the tub shaft.
• Pulley bolt can not be used for the
second time, use a new bolt during reassembly.

14- DRUM GROUP
• Remove the front panel. ( Figure 3, 4, 5 )
• Remove the tub cover.
• Remove the rear cover.
• Pulley is disassembled. ( Figure 6)
• Drum is pulled off the tub.
15- MOTOR
• Remove the back cover.
• Motor socket is unplugged from the motor.
• Poly-V belt is removed. ( Figure 6)
• Remove the bolt that attaches the motor to the tub.
• Motor is released from the motor fixture rubber.

16- SHOCK ABSORBER
• Remove the back cover.
• Damper pin at the tub is pulled off by pressing on the snaps at the sharp
end. ( Figure 7a )
• Pull out the damper pin. ( Figure 7 )

17- TUB INLET HOSE
• Remove the top lid. ( figure 3, 4, 5 )
• Remove the wire clamp on the detergent box connection and the tub and
the water inlet hose.
18- TUB FILTER HOSE
o Remove kick plate, front panel and top plate.
o Remove air hose from the pressure switch.
o Screw off the clamp of tub filter hose at the tub connection.
o Remove spring clamp from the pump connection and cut off the plastic clamp
securing air break hose to the tub.
o Take tub filter hose out.
19- DYNAMIC SYSTEM ASSEMBLY
o Remove kick plate,front panel,top plate and rear panel.
o Tub inlet hose and detergent dispenser are removed with tub filter hose.
o Remove motor and heater cable connections. Take out thermostat bulp.
o Remove tub connections of shock absorbers.
o Take out dynamic system assembly simply by removing the three springs
carrying it.

20- DRAIN HOSE
• Remove kick plate,front panel,top plate and rear panel.
• Remove spring clamp from the pump connection, cut out the plastic clamp
securing the drain hose to the cabinet. (Pay attention to the remaining water
inside the hose)
• Take out the drain hose holder from the cabinet and pull out the drain hose.
21- PUMP
• Remove the front panel. ( figure 3, 4, 5 )
• Disconnect pump cables.
• Remove tub filter hose.
• Remove drain hose.
• Remove the screws that attaches the pump to the body.
• Turn the pump and remove.
22- CONTROL PANEL
• Remove the drawer from the detergent box. ( figure 8 )
• Remove the screw that attaches the panel to the panel holder. ( figure 8a )
• Release the control panel from the snaps on the panel holder. ( figure 8b )

23- DRAWER PANEL
• Open the detergent dispenser drawer.
• Remove the detergent drawer by pressing the arrow on the softener syphon
and pull free. ( Figure 10 )
• Turn the drawer upside down and release the snaps by the aid of a screw
driver.

24- PROGRAM KNOB AND WATER DISTRIBUTION CAM
o Remove top plate and control panel.
o Pull out program knob cap.
o Unscrew the knob and take out the knob and the water distribution cam.

25- THERMOSTAT KNOB
o Remove top plate and control panel.
o Pull out thermostat knob.
26- PROGRAM AND THERMOSTAT DISPLAYS
o Remove top plate and control panel.
o Release snaps inside the control panel which hold the displays. (When
reassemblying place the displays in the snaps, turn it so that the recess behind
and underneath the dislay look downwards. On the other hand turn the
thermostat or program knob so that
o the slot with cut look upwards. Now the knobs and displays match for correct
operation)
27- DETERGENT DISPENSER
o Remove top plate, control panel and the detergent drawer.
o Remove the screw securing detergent dispenser to the control panel support.
o Remove the clamps of tub inlet hose, vapour discharge hose and the hoses
between the valves and the detergent dispenser.
o Release the snap of the detergent dispenser from the spring holder bracket.
Push it first downwards then upwards for to dismount the dispenser.
28- CONTROL PANEL SUPPORT
o Remove top plate and control panel.
o Remove the screw securing the detergent dispenser. Disconnect the cables of
the components fixed to the support.
o Remove the 6 screws securing the control panel support to the cabinet.
29- TIMER (PROGRAMMER)
Remove : _
• Top plate.
• Drawer.
• Control panel.
• Program knob.
• The screw on the timer shaft. ( figure 12 )
• The cam by hand from the shaft.
• Two screws that attach the timer to the control panel support

• Disconnect the cables from the programmer.

30- THERMOSTAT
o Remove top plate and control panel. Pull out the thermostat knob.
o Remove the rear panel and the thermostat bulp./cable socket from the switch
o Remove the two screws that attach thermostat/switch to the control panel
support. Take out the capillary of the thermostat from the harness.
30a- Temparature / Spin speed selection ROTARY SWITCH
o Remove top plate and control panel. Pull out the knob.
o Remove the cable socket from the switch
o Remove the two screws that attach switch to the control panel support.
31- PUSH BUTTONS
• Remove top lid, drawer and front panel.
• Remove the push button cover.
• Release the plastic snaps on the push button from the panel.
• Disconnect the cables.
32- PRESSURE SWITCH
• Remove top lid.
• Water level switch is turned 90º and removed from its bracket.
• Disconnect hoses and cable connections on the water level switch.
33- WATER INLET VALVE
• Remove top lid.
• Disconnect valve cables.
• Valve hose clamp is moved back on the hose.
• Remove the hose from the valve.
• Press the lock pin which secures the valve to the body, twist anti-clock
wise, and remove the valve.

34- MAINS CABLE AND THE TERMINAL
• Disconnect mains cable from the power supply.
• Terminal group cover is released from the snaps at both sides. ( figure 13 )
• Cable holder screw is loosened.
• Remove the power supply cable earthing screw.
• Power supply cable is removed by unscrewing the terminal screws or
disconnect the cable from the Sup. Filter.

35- DOOR LOCK
• Open the front door.
• Remove the bellows clamp that fixes the bellows to the front panel. ( figure 3 )
• Bellows is disassembled from the front panel ( figure 3 )
• Remove the two screws that attach the door lock to the body.
• Remove the front panel. ( figure 3, 4, 5 )
• Release the lock wire from the door lock. ( figure 14 )
• Disconnect the cables

36- DOOR LOCK WIRE AND OPENING MECHANISM
• Remove top plate and front panel.
• Remove the clamp securing the door switch cable outer sleeve.
• Pull downwards to release the outer sleeve of the wire.
• Release wire and unhook inner wire from door switch.
• Release the plastic snaps on the switch and pull free.
37- HEATER
• Remove the rear panel.
• Heater cables are disconnected. ( figure 15)
• Loosen the heater M6 bolt and the heater is released from the tub (
When re-mounting, the heater should be secured by the heater fixture
clip in the tub ).

38- THERMOSTAT BULP AND ITS SEALING
• Remove the rear panel.
• Pull out the thermostat bulp/NTC from the tub.
• Pull out the thermostat rubber sealing from the tub ( when remounting
the thermostat rubber sealing, ensure a water tight seal in the tub).
39- INTERFERENCE SUPPRESSOR
• Remove top lid.
• Disconnect interference suppressor cables.
• Remove the two screws in the plastic box behind the machine that
secure the terminal group to the cabinet.
• Disconnect the interference supplier by loosening M8 nut.
40- UPPER COUNTER WEIGHT
• Remove the top lid.
• Remove the upper counter weight fixture screws and pull off the counter
weight.
