Safety Informaon
When using any electrical appliance, basic safety precauons should
always be followed, including:
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and
above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilies or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been
given supervision or instrucon concerning use of the appliance in
a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not
play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not
be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised.

• Do not use the appliance if it has been dropped or damaged in
anyway. If the unit has been damaged take the unit for
examinaon and or repair by an authorised service agent.
• Do not immerse or expose the motor assembly, plug or the power

cord in water or any other liquid for any reason.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer or by someone who is suitably qualied to avoid a
potenal hazard.
• Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or counter.
Ensure that the cord is not in a posion where it can be pulled or
tripped over accidentally.
• Do not allow the cord to touch hot surfaces and do not place the
cord near hot gas, electric burners or in a heated oven.
• Use of an extension cord with this appliance is not recommended.
However if it is necessary to use an extension cord, ensure that
the extension cord is equal to or greater than the power
consumpon of the appliance to avoid overheang of the
appliance and extension cord. Do not use any other appliance on
the extension cord. Do not place the extension cord in a posion
where it can be pulled on by children or animals or be tripped
over.
• Always operate the appliance on a smooth, even and stable
surface. Do not place the unit on a hot surface.
• Always remove the plug of the appliance safely. Do not pull on the
appliances cord to remove the appliance plug from the electrical
socket.
• Never handle or operate the appliance with wet hands.
• If the ice maker has been stored outside over winterme, allow
the appliance to warm up to room temperature before plugging it
in.

How to Use
Unpacking your ice maker
1. Remove the exterior and interior packaging and check that the ice basket and ice
scoop are inside. If any parts are missing, please contact our customer service.
2. Remove any tape xing the ice basket & ice scoop. Clean the tank & ice basket
before use.
3. Put the ice maker on a level and at counter top away from direct sunlight and
other sources of heat (i.e. stoves, furnaces and radiators). Make sure there is at
least a 10mm gap between the back & sides of the product from the wall.
4. Allow two hours for the refrigerant uid to sele before plugging in the ice
maker.
5. The appliance must be posioned so that the plug is accessible.
Using your Ice Maker
1. Open the cover, remove the ice basket and pour water into the tank. Ensure that
the water level does not exceed the maximum mark. Press the “power” buon
on the control panel to begin the ice making cycle.
2. Select the ice cube size by pressing the “Select” buon. If the room temperature
is lower than 15˚C, it is recommended to select small ice cubes in order to avoid
the ice scking together.
3. The ice making cycle lasts approx. 5 to 13 minutes, depending on the ice cube
size and the room temperature. The recommended room temperature is
between 10˚C- 38 ˚C.
4. The appliance will need to be run for 2-3 cycles before the desired size of ice can
be formed. This is to allow the cooling chambers of the ice make to cool to the
correct temperature
5. If the water pump cant inject water, the ice maker will stop automacally and
the “Add water” indicator will come on. Press the “Power” buon and ll the
water up to the max water level mark and press the “Power” buon again. Allow
the refrigerant to sele for 3 minutes before restarng.
6. If you are not using the machine for a long period of me, drain all the water
from the reservoir and dry the tank.

Cleaning and maintenance
Before using your ice maker it is strongly recommended to clean it thoroughly.
1. Take out the ice basket.
2. Clean the interior with diluted detergent, warm water and a so cloth.
3. Then use the water to rinse the inside parts and drain out the water by
unplugging the drain cap.
4. The outside of the ice maker should be cleaned regularly with a mild detergent
and warm water.
5. Dry the interior and exterior with a clean, so cloth.
6. If the machine is going to be stored for a long period of me, drain the water
completely & dry the interior.
Please note: If the appliance has had water le in it for a period of me it needs to
be drained. Next, run through two cycles with a soluon of bicarbonate of soda and
water (1 teaspoon of bicarb, ll the water to the max line). Aer that, drain the
soluon and rinse the machine out using normal water.
UK and EU Guarantee
Your new Andrew James product comes with a 24 month guarantee and a 2 year
xed warranty, eecve from receipt conrmaon. Your receipt or order number is
required as proof of purchase date so it is imperave that you keep it safe. This
guarantee only applies if the item has been used solely for the use intended, and all
instrucons have been followed accordingly. Please note this product is for
domesc use only and not for commercial use.
Abuse of your product will invalidate the guarantee. Returned goods can only be
accepted if repackaged properly within the original colour product box, and
presented with the original receipt of sale / order number. This does not aect your
statutory rights.
Returned products must be cleaned and returned to us in as close to delivery
condion as possible.
If your product develops a problem within the rst 12 months of the xed warranty,
we will pay all shipping costs to have it returned to us. Aer 12 months the
customer will be liable for the cost of returning the product to us. We will then pay
to have the repaired/replaced item shipped back to the customer.

Customers are responsible for any taxes applied to our products when they are
shipped outside of the EU.

Once a product has been returned to us, we will aim to repair or replace it within 30
days of receipt.
The guarantee does not cover any defect arising from improper use, damage, build-
up of lime scale or repair aempts made by third-pares. Also, the guarantee does
not cover normal wear and tear of individual parts.
Electrical Informaon
Always ensure the voltage on the rang label corresponds to the supply voltage.
WARNING! This appliance must be connected to an earthed electrical power
supply. The green/yellow conductor in the supply cord must be connected to the
Earth terminal in the plug. The power supply must have an Earth connecon.
Check the power cord and plug regularly for any damage. If the cord or the plug is
damaged, it must be replaced by a qualied electrician or a service repair centre to
avoid a hazard.
Precauons should be followed for safe cable management and connecon to the
power supply
If a new mains plug needs to be ed follow the ng instrucons supplied with
good quality BS1363A plugs. If in doubt consult a qualied electrician or appliance
repair agent.

b) Connect the brown lead to the live terminal “L” in the new plug
c) Connect the Blue lead to the Neutral “N” terminal
d) Connect the green/yellow lead to the earth “E” terminal
Use of an extension cable is not recommended. If an extension cable is required, it
should be rated no less than 13A and be fully unwound before use to avoid
overheang. Do not connect mulple appliances to the extension cable
Do not aempt to modify electrical plugs or sockets or aempt to make an
alternave connecon to the electrical supply.

Disposal of Electrical and Electronic Waste
Non-household waste. This product must not be disposed of together with ordinary
household waste.
Separate collecon of used products, baeries and packaging allows the recovery
and recycling of materials. Reuse of materials helps prevent environmental
polluon and reduces the demand for raw materials.
Local authories, retailers and collecon organisaons may provide for separate

Lorsqu’on ulise les appareils électriques, il faut suivre les consignes
de sécurité ci-dessous:
• Cet appareil est desné à être ulisé par des personnes de plus de
8 ans et des personnes ayant les capacités physiques, sensorielles
ou mentales réduites, ou le manque d'expérience et de
connaissances, à moins qu'ils n'aient été donnés supervision ou des
instrucons quant à l'appareil et ils comprennent tous les dangers.
Les enfants ne sont pas autorisés à jouer avec l’appareil. Le
neoyage et l’entreen ne devraient pas être eectués par les
enfants à moins qu’ils aient plus de 8 ans. Garder l’appareil et le
cordon hors de portée des enfants de moins de 8 ans.
• Veuillez s’assurer que la tension de votre maison correspond à la
tension indiquée sur l’appareil.

• Ne jamais uliser l’appareil s’il a fait tomber ou s’il y a des signes de
dommages sur l’appareil. Si l’appareil est endommagé il doit être
examiné/ réparé par un technicien autorisé.
• Ne jamais plonger le bloc moteur, la che ou le cordon
d’alimentaon dans l’eau ou tout autre liquide.
• Si le cordon d’alimentaon est endommagé il doit être remplacé
par le fabricant ou par une personne qualiée pour éviter tout
danger.
• Ne jamais laisser le cordon pendre d’une table ou d’un comptoir.
Veuillez posionner l’appareil en assurant que le cordon ne peut
pas faire trébucher personne ou être ré par inadvertance.
• Ne jamais laisser le cordon d’alimentaon entre en contact avec les
surfaces chaudes ou les brûleurs chauds ou placer l’appareil dans
un four chaud ou près des réchauds à gaz ou électriques.
• Il n’est pas recommandé d’uliser une rallonge ou une mulprise
avec l’appareil. Si nécessaire veuillez uliser une rallonge qui
correspond à la tension de l’alimentaon pour éviter le surchaue.
Ne jamais brancher tout autre appareil sur la rallonge. Veuillez
posionner la rallonge en assurant qu’il ne peut pas vous
trébuchera ou être ré par des animaux ou des enfants.
• Toujours uliser l’appareil sur une surface plane et stable. Ne
jamais placer l’appareil sur une surface chaude.
• Toujours débrancher l’appareil en tout sécurité. Ne jamais rer sur
le cordon pour débrancher l’appareil.
• Ne jamais manipuler l’appareil avec les mains mouillées.
• Si l’appareil a été entreposé à l’extérieur pendant l’hiver, laisser
l’appareil chauer à la température ambiante avant de le brancher.

Ulisaon & Entreen
Pour déballer la machine à glaçons:
1. Enlever l’emballage intérieur et extérieur, vérier que le bac à glaçons et la pelle
sont inclus. S’il manque des pièces veuillez contacter nos services clientèles.
2. Rerer le ruban de la pelle des glaçons et le bac à glaçons. Veuillez neoyer le
réservoir et le bac à glaçons.
3. Placer la machine à glaçons sur une surface plane et stable hors
d’ensoleillement direct et d’autres sources de chaleur (i.e. cuisinières, fourneaux
et radiateurs), s’assurer qu’il y a au moins 10mm d’espace libre à l’arrière et aux
côtés du produit.
4. Laisser la liquide réfrigérante dans la machine à glaçons reposer avant de
brancher l’appareil.
5. On doit posionner la machine de façon à ce que la che soit accessible.
Mise en service
1. Ouvrir le couvercle, rerer le bac à glaçons et verser l’eau dans le réservoir.
Vérier que l’eau reste au dessous du repère de niveau d’eau.
2. Appuyer sur le bouton marche/arrête sur le panneau de commande pour
commencer à produire les glaçons.
3. Séleconner la taille des glaçons en appuyant sur le bouton “Select”. Si la
température ambiante est inférieure à 15˚C, nous recommandons de
séleconner les pets glaçons pour que les glaçons ne collent pas.
4. Un cycle de producon dure environ. 5 à 13 minutes, selon la taille des glaçons
et la température ambiante. La température recommandée est de 10˚C à 38 ˚C.
5. Si la pompe à eau ne peut pas injecter l’eau, la machine à glaçons va arrêter
automaquement et l’indicateur de pénurie de l’eau s’allumera. Appuyer sur le
bouton marche/arrête et remplir le réservoir jusqu’au niveau maximum.
Appuyer encore sur le bouton marche/arrête. Laisser la liquide réfrigérante dans
la machine à glaçons reposer pendant au moins 3 minutes avant de redémarrer
l’appareil.
6. Si on n’a pas l’intenon d’uliser l’appareil pendant longtemps, vider et sécher
le réservoir.

Neoyage & Entreen
Avant d’uliser la machine à glaçons il est nécessaire de le neoyer.
1. Rerer le bac à glaçons.
2. Neoyer l’intérieur de l’appareil avec un neoyant dilué, de l’eau ède et un
chion doux.
3. Puis uliser l’eau pour neoyer les composants intérieur de l’appareil puis
drainer l’eau en débranchant le bouchon au fond de l’appareil sur le devant de
l’appareil.
4. Il est nécessaire de neoyer l’extérieur de l’appareil régulièrement avec un
neoyant doux et de l’eau ède.
5. Sécher l’intérieur et l’extérieur a l’aide d’un chion doux et propre.
6. Si on n’a pas l’intenon d’uliser l’appareil pendant longtemps, veuillez vider
toute l’eau de l’appareil et sécher l’intérieur.
Veuillez noter: Si l’eau si l'eau est restée pendant quelques heures dans l’appareil,
c’est nécessaire de l’égouer. Ensuite, passons ensuite deux phases avec une
soluon de bicarbonate de sodium et de l’eau ( une cuillère à café et remplissez
l’appareil avec l’eau jusqu’a le repère de niveau d’eau. Apres cela, égouer la
soluon et rincez l’appareil en ulisant l’eau normale.
Garantie UK & UE
Cet appareil est couvert par une garantie de 24 mois à compter de la date d’achat.
Le reçu ou le numéro de commande est nécessaire comme preuve de paiement
donc il est essentiel de les garder en lieu sûr. La garantie ne s’applique que si
l’appareil est utilisé pour les fins prévue et si toutes les instructions ont été
respectées. Cet appareil n’est pas conçu pour une utilisation commerciale.
Une utilisation abusive va invalider la garantie. On ne peut accepter les
marchandises retournées que s’ils ont été emballés correctement dans l’emballage
d’origine avec le reçu/numéro de commande. Ceci n’affecte pas les droits
statutaires.
Les marchandises retournées devraient être nettoyées et retournées dans un état
aussi proche que possible de l'état d'origine.
En cas de défaillance au cours des 12 premiers mois de la garantie fixée, nous
payerons tous les frais d’envoie pour le retour. Après 12 mois le consommateur
sera contraint de payer le retour de ce produit. Nous à notre tour nous payerons
pour tous les frais de réparation et les frais de retour au consommateur.
Si le client souhaite retourner un produit pour un remboursement total, on a le
