Mia Classic Cot bed Assembly Instructions
Tools Required: Allen Key and flathead screwdriver (No Glue)
-An adult should assemble this Cot
-Assembly will be easier by two people.
-This Cot has two base heights available. The lowest height is the safest once
the baby is old enough to sit up.

End Frame and Base Assembly
1) Slide the end frame middle section (E) into the end
frame bottom section (B). Then join the pieces to the end
frame top section (A), ensuring the dowel joints meet the
holes.
2) Assemble the mattress
base (D) to the end frame (AB) with the
bolts (G) and the inserts (I). It is
essential that the screwdriver slots in the
inserts (I) be aligned with the direction of
the bolt. Repeat the steps with both end
frames (AB).
Side Frame Assembly

3) Assemble the side frames (C) to the
end frames (AB) with the bolts (G). It is
essential that the screwdriver slots in
the inserts (I) be aligned in the direction
of the bolt. It might be easier to
assemble the side frames to the cot
upside down, to ensure the inserts (I) do
not fall out of the housings when
tightening.

4) Once all the bolts have been fully
tightened, the cot will be ready to use. " "

Converting the Cot to a Bed
"

5) Remove the side frames (C). If the mattress
base is in the upper position, turn the cot on its
side and slide off the bottom end frame sections
(B+C).
6) Use the Bolts (G) to attach
the bed guards (F) to the end
frame upper section. Then
use the Bolts (H) to attach
the bed guards (F) to the
mattress base.
7) If the mattress base is in the lower position detach the base, remove the
end frame section (B) and refit the base to the end frame top section (A).
Ensure that all bolts are fully tightened, being careful not to over tighten and
damage the cot.
8)Your bed is now ready to use.
