SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
・This manual contains safety-related information. Please follow it strictly.
Before using the device, carefully read the instructions (misusing the
device may result in accidents).
・Keep the manual in a safe place and refer to it when necessary.

BEFORE USING THE DEVICE
★Read and strictly follow instructions on liquid’s use.
Refer to information on liquid you wish to transfer. Read it carefully
and use the liquid properly.
★In case of direct contact with liquid, act immediately.
In case of liquid ingestion, skin contamination etc., immediately
proceed with liquid’s safety procedures and seek medical attention.
★It is strictly prohibited to use fire.
When transferring dangerous (inflammable, explosive etc.) liquids
and/or operating the device in hazardous areas, remember to attach
a ground wire to the nozzle and pump’s main body. Do not use fire.
★Do not insert the tip of the hose into the liquid during the delivery.
When the level of liquid in the container runs low, the pump may
suck liquid mixed with air. There is a risk of splashing the liquid in
the delivery container.

★Use the device in a safe place.
Keep the pump away from children.
★Seek medical attention when necessary.
If you suddenly feel worse when operating the pump, immediately
discontinue the operation and seek medical attention.
★Use protective equipment.
Wear protective equipment according to liquid’s safety instructions.
★Do not upgrade, reassemble or repair the pump.
All repair and service related matters are restricted to authorized
experts.
★Prevent chemical reactions.
When changing the liquid you are going to transfer, remember to
remove the previous liquid and clean the device. Not doing so may
result in dangerous chemical reactions.

★Request technical service whenever required.
When the device stops operating or operates in a strange manner,
immediately turn it off and contact technical service. Do not use
broken equipment, as it may result in accidents.
★Do not cause shock to device’s main body.
It may result in pump’s malfunction, breakdowns and leakage.
★After using the device, remember to release the leftover liquid.
Leftover liquid may cause rusting of the device leading to
breakdowns.
★Prevent humidity from getting into compressed air.
If you are dealing with a liquid, which should not come in contact
with water, use an air dryer for the compressed air line.
★Supply the device with compressed air of 0.49 ~ 0.59 MPa
(5 Kgf/cm2~ 6 Kgf/cm2)
★Use a compressor of at least 2 HP.
★Do not run the device in a dry state (with no liquid inside).

INSTALLATION
※When transferring dangerous liquids like gasoline, remember to use a ground wire
for protection against static electricity. Not using it may result in fire.
1. Fix the adapter to can’s outlet. Press it until you hear a ‘click’sound.
2. Insert the pump into the adapter, remembering to position it in way
that the pump’s switch is above the can’s center.

3. Fix the device firmly with a fixing screw.

USAGE INSTRUCTION
1. When the installation has been completed, connect the air
hose to the air supply coupler.
2. Set the switch to “delivery”to begin delivery, or to “suction”to begin
collection of the liquid.

TROUBLESHOOTING
If the pump does not operate properly (or does not operate at all), please read the
following troubleshooting section.
※Remember to disconnect the air hose before the disassembly.
1. Turn the switch left and right to
their maximum position.
2. If step 1 does not solve the
problem:
〈disassembling the pump〉
Release the screws ①and ②(in that
order) as can be seen on the right side
drawing and disassemble motor’s
housing and the trochoid pump.
3. Rotate the trochoid pump and the
rotor with your hand. Check if both
parts are moving smoothly. Connect the
air supply to the motor line, use the
delivery/suction switch and check if the
part is operational. This way you
should find which part is inoperative.
・Return the device if the motor is still
not operational.
・If the pump side is not operational
follow continue to point 4.

4. If the pump side is not operational, it is
possible that the device might have
become rusted or the dirt from the tank
has clogged the system. Please proceed as
follows:
1. Release the screw from the M2 hexagon
socket.
2. Release the screw ③as in point 2.
3. Pull out the shaft (1) and rotor (2).
Remove the rust and abrasions with
sand paper.
5. Clean the device before the assembly.
The assembly steps should be performed in
a contrary order. Also, refer to the drawing
on the right.
(After assembling the trochoid pump,
check with your hand if the part rotates
smoothly)

WARRANTY AND SERVICE
Thank you for purchasing our product! We look forward to provide you with help, advice
and service, however, please remember that the warranty does not cover all possible
cases, in which such service may be required.
①If the product has been used correctly, yet broke down, it will be repaired for free if
the breakdown has been reported within 12 months from the date of purchase.
Otherwise, the service will not be free. In both cases covering shipment-related costs
is customer’s responsibility.
②Product’s breakdown has been reported within 12 months from the date of purchase,
but:
⚫The product has been misused.
⚫The product has been repaired/serviced, however, not by AQUASYSTEM.
⚫The product has not been stored or maintained properly.
⚫There are no documents/receipts, which would prove the purchase.
⚫The product has been overused and became worn.
In such cases, service is not free.
