SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
・This manual contains safety-related information. Please follow it strictly.
Before using the device, carefully read the manual (misusing the device
may result in accidents).

BEFORE USING THE DEVICE
★Read and strictly follow instructions on liquid’s use.
Refer to information on liquid you wish to transfer. Read it carefully
and use the liquid properly.
★In case of direct contact with liquid, act immediately.
In case of liquid ingestion, skin contamination etc. immediately
proceed with liquid’s safety procedures and seek medical attention.

★It is strictly prohibited to use fire.
When transferring dangerous (inflammable, explosive etc.) liquids
and/or operating the device in hazardous areas, remember to attach
a ground wire to the nozzle and pump’s main body. Do not use fire.
★Do not disassemble or regulate the device.
Doing so permanently invalidates the warranty.
★Refer to the permitted liquids list.
This pump has been designed for acids, alkalis and solvents transfer,
however, there are acids, alkalis and solvents which should not be
transferred. Transferring liquids other than pointed out by
AQUASYSTEM may result in accidents, for which the pump maker
is not responsible. It is also the user’s responsibility to properly and
safely use dangerous liquids. Contact us if you wish to determine,
whether a specific liquid can be transferred.
★Use the hose with care.
Do not excessively bend it, pull it etc…
★The hose becomes worn.
The hose is a part, which undergoes normal quality deterioration
with use. Therefore, it cannot be a matter of warranty claims. The
hose can be replaced when it’s necessary.

★Use the device in a safe place.
Keep the pump away from children.
★Seek medical attention when necessary.
If you suddenly feel worse when operating the pump, immediately
discontinue the operation and seek medical attention.
★Use protective equipment.
Wear protective equipment according to liquid’s safety instructions.
★Do not upgrade, reassemble or repair the pump.
All repair and service related matters are restricted to authorized
experts.
★Prevent chemical reactions.
When changing the liquid you are going to transfer, remember to
remove the previous liquid and clean the device. Not doing so may
result in dangerous chemical reactions.
★Pay attention to hardening of the hose.
Transferring some of the liquids may cause hose’s hardening with
time. This may eventually lead to leakage and falling out of he hose.
In such cases the hose has to be replaced before using the device.
★Do not run the device in a dry state.
Also, do not go away from the device when operational.
★Liquid’s temperature should be below 60℃.
★Inspect the hose band from time to time.
Before shipment, hose band’s torque is carefully inspected, however,
with time the hose band may become loose. Check the hose band
before using the pump.
★Do not treat pump’s parts with fire.
Do not use fire or oil on the hose etc. When you find it difficult to
connect the hose, insert it for a while into warm water.

★Request technical service whenever required.
When the device stops operating or operates in a strange manner,
immediately turn it off and contact technical service. Do not use
broken equipment, as it may result in accidents.
★Do not cause shock to device’s main body.
It may result in pump’s malfunction, breakdowns and leakage.
★Do not transfer liquids contaminated with sludge.
Transferring liquids contaminated with sludge may damage the
propeller, shaft and bearing, resulting in general performance
decrease.
★When not using the device, unplug it from the power source.
Keeping the device plugged may accidentally lead to electric shock
and fire.
★Do not pull water or chemicals on the motor.
It may result in electric shock and fire.
★Transfer liquids of viscosity no higher than 100 cP (pump’s uplift
capability decreases by higher viscosities).
★Do not bend the joint part between the ball valve and the hose.
★Replace the hose if you have found the following:
partial extension、bending、leakage、bulges、nipple connection
loosening

※Please remember, that the safety measures and warnings pointed
out in this manual are not exhaustive for all possible situations.
Although we have designed our product to be as safe as possible,
persons operating and maintaining the device should strictly follow
all safety rules in the operation/maintenance area.
INSPECTION
1. Check if the pump is connected to a compatible source of electric power.
2. Make sure the pump has contact with liquid, which is going to be transferred
(running the pump in a constant dry state is strictly forbidden).
3. Make sure the ground wires are connected and the switch is turned OFF.
4. If transferring a certain liquid may easily lead to static electricity occurrence, by all
means use a ground wire not only with the motor, but also with liquid’s container.
USAGE
1. Open the valve ③, insert device’s suction pipe into the liquid.
2. Make sure the switch is turned off. Connect the device to the power source.
3. Close the valve ③and turn the switch ON. Then open the valve ③gradually, to
adjust the delivery rate.
4. After use、turn the switch OFF and unplug the device from the power source.

and service, however, please remember that the warranty does not cover all possible
cases, in which such service may be required.
①If the product has been used correctly, yet broke down, it will be repaired for free if
the breakdown has been reported within 1 year from the date of purchase. Otherwise,
the service will not be free. In both cases covering shipment-related costs is
customer’s responsibility.
②Product’s breakdown has been reported within 1 year from the date of purchase, but:
⚫The product has been misused.
⚫The product has been repaired/serviced, however, not by AQUASYSTEM.
⚫The product has not been stored or maintained properly.
⚫There are no documents/receipts, which would prove the purchase.
⚫The product has been overused and became worn.
In such cases, service is not free.
