Triple Wheelie Bin Storage Assembly Instructions
Before you commence the assembly process, we recommend that you read these instructions
thoroughly beforehand to familiarize yourself with the assembly process and to also check that
you have the correct components. If for any reason you need assistance, you can find our
contact details on the top of page of these instructions.
We highly recommend that any assembly is carried out on a flat, level surface if possible and
that you use another person to assist you if necessary for your convenience all guide holes are
pre-drilled.

Electric screwdriver with No2 Pozidrive
bit or No2 Pozidrive screwdriver

Stand the left-hand end panel upright on a flat,
level surface.
Arrange the 2 spacer blocks on the ground,
adjacent to the end panel, as shown in the photo
above. Using the 65mm screws provided, attach the
batten on the back panel to the post of the end
panel, ensuring that the batten remains vertically
aligned to the post fixing.
Now secure the right-side panel in place with 65mm
screws in the same manner as you attached the left
side panel. Repeat steps 1-3 to complete the rest of
the wheelie bin slots.
After attaching the last right-side panel, your
assembly should look like the one in the picture.

Now take the front bar and secure it with the
60mm screws as shown in the picture. Please don’t
forget to use the space bar (70cm) between the
posts to ensure that the gap is correct.
Carefully lay the assembly on its back and position
the metal bar as shown across the bottom of the
front posts. Use spacing block (70cm) on both slots
as shown to ensure the gap is the right size.
Place the roof batten section onto the store and
align with the edges of the posts. Secure with
provided 85mm screws.
Place the roofs sections onto the store and align to
the rear batten. Please note: One lid out of three is
smaller. Make sure it is fixed on a middle section.

Secure the roofs to the rear batten with the
provided black screws.
Arrange the two spacer blocks on the ground,
adjacent to the end front, as shown in the photo.
Use black screws to secure the doors.
Fit the hook to the opposite side of the doors from the
hinges to whichever height is the best for you with 2x black
screws. Don’t forget to attach the provided batten to the
other side of the doors while screwing in the black screws to
hide the pointy screw end’s sticking out of doors.

To fit the latch keeper plate, shut the door and hold the
latch in the horizontal position. Now fit the keeper and mark
its correct fixing position on the post using a pencil or
bradawl before securing it in place using the screws
provided.
