Background:
This Documentation is mainly for customers that are the first time to be encountered
with such products!
1,Product Brife introduction:
Hongdian Offline Storage 3G/4G BUSWiFi Solution consists of high performance 3G/4G Wi‐Fi
router (Model: H9303) with built‐in Solid State Disk (SSD) and Cloud Management Software
Platform (Name: “BUSWiFi”). As a Wi‐Fi hotspot, H9303 3G/4G Wi‐Fi routers will be installed in
public transport such as city buses, coaches, tourist bus, subways, trains and some public places
such as cafe, restaurant, station, terminal building and other places with wide Wi‐Fi coverage
range. After connected to the Wi‐Fi hotspot, not only can users surf internet via 3G/4G, but also
they can enjoy local movies, music, news and other info stored in the local SSD.
And what you see next will go on with the details, the red font is what I will focus on
interpretation.

Highlights!
1,Summary
■Especially suitable for vehicle applications: Access internet via 3G/4G, Installation does
not require wiring, starts automatically with power, easy installation & migration.
■Provide users with Internet surfing and rich local stored programs: When users see
the local content in SSD, there will be no network traffic consumption with zero data cost.

■Large amount of concurrent access: Supports 60 concurrent access video stream @480P
*512kbps.
■Mass local storage:H9303 router with built‐in SSD to store large capacity of offline
infotainment programs.
128/256 SSD, please choose your own SSD according to your actual demand!

2, Self-define Parameters and Operation steps!
2.1 Self-define Parameters
■Multiple user access mode: Users can access to the local offline programs freely and
limitlessly, can surf internet by the mode of Free/SMS Authentication/Email Authentication.
Here we just take SMS as an example:

After you got access to the internet, you can also return to browse the local content, by type the
offline domain name like “billwifi.com” in your browser, or just the IP of your H9303 (the default
value is set to 192.168.8.1)!
■Offline storage program content can be freely configured and managed: H9303

Router has built‐in Web server, HTML5 videos, music, news, games, operators can easily replace
and configure the program contents.
2.2 Daily usage operation steps
Firstly, the Portal page can also be changed on your own demands! please refer to Figure 3.

Secondly, you can define the Local storage content at your own wish!
Letmegiveyousomeexample:
You can define the movie/anime section, you can put many Movie in to this item, please note
that the format for the Movie must be .MP4. This is because many passengers or clients are using
the cellphone or tablet to view the webpage, so the MP4 format is the best solution as far as we
concerned!
And for the Mp3 section, the audio format should be .mp3 out of the same reason as above!

2.3 How to update
■Multiple ways to update the offline storage content: Supports local Wi‐Fi update,
FTP updates, encrypted USB update and as well as central software platform remote update.
For this description, for your consideration, we suggest you to use encrypted USB update, Of
course Central Software Platform (Free Wi‐Fi platform) is also an option for you!
2.4 Commercial operating
■Precisely push advertisement to Wi‐Fi users: System operator can push advertisement
to different user group precisely according to analysis of Location Based Service (LBS), user
characteristics and surfing time period.
When the customers use their cellphone or tablet to connect to the Wi‐Fi hotspot provides by
you, you are able to push advertisement to them, just like the Mcdonald's and the Tesla Model S!

Of course, if you want more advertisements, that is ok!
You can define the advertising time or type. Public service advertising/commercial advertising!

3, What you should know about this product!
3.1 How to change contents?
How to change the contents, we will send you a tool used to update the contents, but you need
to prepare the Multi‐Media content by you self, with our help, then you will be able to get it done,
we will tell you some details in technical, like what is the image format, what is the pixel of the
image, how to add Movies/ Anime/MTVs to it!
Please refer to the steps below:

Before you begin this step, please contact Hongdian FAE First, they will guide you to start
correctly!
For news, you can cooperate with your local portals（like CNN, yahoo, MSN, Sina, Tencent,
Reuters，AFP，Global news）you can use their Website interface to get their latest news(we will
help you with it)! In this way you can assure that all the news are the latest ones! You clients
/passengers will be happy to see this happen in their cellphones/tablets, because it is totally free
for them, if you won’t plan to charge them during their usage!
3.2 Tools you may need it the days to come!
Also, for your consideration, we also have the diagnosis tool, you can check your device status
suing this tool, once a malfunction occurred, you can use this tool to fix it the first time you found
it!
