WARNING: SAFETY RIDING RULES
The user must follow all safety rules and guidelines, or serious injury or death may
occur to the user.
r Always use common sense and safe practices when using the vehicle. The user
must be at least 3 years old and weigh no more than 50 lbs.
r This product contains small parts that are for adult assembly only. Keep small
children away when assembling. Remove and dispose of all protective material
and plastic bags before assembly.
r Riders must always wear a tted helmet that complies with U.S. Consumer
Product Safety Commission (CPSC) Standard CFR 1203.
r Only sit on the seat in the vehicle.
r Do not allow more than one rider.
r Do not overload the vehicle. Do not remove the weight restriction decals.
r Do not pull the vehicle with another vehicle or similar device.
r Keep body parts such as hands, legs, hair and clothing away from moving parts.
Moving parts can cause serious injury.
r Always wear shoes in the vehicle.
r Do not operate near streets or motor vehicles.
r Do not operate near drop-offs such as steps, steep inclines or hills. Operate on
relatively level ground.
r Do not operate near water, swimming pools or other uids.
r Do not operate in dangerous weather conditions such as rain or snow.
r Do not operate near loose dirt, mud, sand or ne gravel.
r Do not operate near ammable vapors (gasoline, paint thinner, acetone, etc.).
r Always use the vehicle in a safe, secure environment with adult supervision.

WARNING: BATTERY SAFETY
r Battery posts, terminals and related accessories contain lead and lead compound
(asic) chemicals known to the state of California to cause cancer, reproductive
harm, and are toxic and corrosive. DO NOT open the battery.
r Contact exposure to battery leakage (lead acid) may cause serious injury.
Immediately contact your doctor if exposure occurs. If the chemical is on the skin,
ush immediately with cool water for 15 minutes. If the chemical is swallowed,
immediately give the person water or milk. Do not give water or milk if the person
is vomiting or has decreased alertness. Do not induce vomiting.
r Tampering with or modifying the electric circuit system may cause shock, re or
explosion. It could permanently damage the system. Keep the charger housing
closed to prevent exposed wiring, which may cause electric shock.
IMPORTANT: Before using the vehicle for the rst time, the battery must be
charged for a full 24 hours (no more than 30 hours).

issues.
r It is the responsibility of the adult to educate the child and to determine if the child
is capable of understanding the vehicle controls.

Charging Instructions
ONLY AN ADULT SHOULD HANDLE THE BATTERY AND CHARGER.
To Charge the Battery:
1. Ensure the ATV is stopped and
turned off.
2. Unlock and remove the seat.
3. Unplug the red battery connector
from the red engine connector.
4. Connect the red battery connector
to the red battery charger
connector
5. Plug into a 120 V outlet.
To Unplug the Battery:
6. Unplug the battery charger from
the outlet.
7. Unplug the red battery connector.
8. Reconnect the red battery
connector to the red engine
connector.
9. Replace the seat and tighten lock.
Note: It is not necessary to remove
the battery for charging. However, if
the battery does not reach the outlet,
it can be removed for charging. For
Battery Removal instructions, see
Page 17.

10 Insert the Steering Rod
1. Turn the Powersport ATV onto its side to access the underside
of the vehicle
2. Locate the curved steering rod
3. Slide the straight end of the steering rod through the hole of the
middle steering wheel axle.
4. The curved end of the rod will insert into the hole on the metal
tab on the steering wheel bracket
5. Slide the rod until it is pushed all the way through the top of the
ATV body

Attach the Handlebar
1. Remove the long screw and nut from the handlebar
2. Align the handlebar over the top of the steering rod
3. While holding the steering rod from the bottom, slide the handlebar
into the handlebar opening until the holes on the handlebar are
aligned with the holes on the steering rod
4. Insert the long screw through the holes on the Handlebar and
steering rod
5. Use a Phillips-head screwdriver to fasten the nut onto the screw

12 Attach the Front Bumper
1. Slide the bracket on the inside of the front bumper onto the lower
support bar on the front of the ATV body
2. Align the hole on the square bracket with the hole on the support
body
3. Use a Phillips-head screwdriver to fasten the small screw

1. Remove the tape from both sides of the front axle to access
washers and snap pins
2. Slide the washer onto the axle
3. Slide the front wheel onto the axle. Ensure that the side of the
wheel with the slots is facing out
4. Slide the other washer onto the axle
5. Insert the straight side of the snap pin through the hole at the
end of the axle to keep the wheel in place
6. Position the hubcap over the holes on the wheel, and snap the
hubcap into place
7. Repeat sets 1-6 for the other front wheel

14 Assemble the Rear Wheels
1. Remove tape from both sides of the rear axle to access washers
and snap pins. Note: The right side of the vehicle will only have 1
washer
2. Slide the washer onto the left rear axle
3. Slide the left rear wheel onto the axle with the gear teeth facing
inward. Slide the right rear wheel onto the axle and ensure that
the gear teeth engage with the gear box
4. Slide a washer onto both ends of the axle
5. Insert the straight side of the snap pin (5) through the hole at the
end of the axle to keep the wheel in place
6. Position the hubcap over the holes on the wheel, and snap the
hubcap into place
Helpful Tip:
1. If you encounter
trouble tting both
wheels onto the rear
axle, then your rear
wheel axle may need
to be realigned.
2. Remove both wheels
from the rear wheel
axle. Using two hands,
push down on the rear
wheel axle and slide
it gently toward the
side of the vehicle that
needs more room.

Attach the Seat
1. Align the plastic tab on the front of the seat with the groove on the
seat compartment
2. Position the back of the seat with the hole on the back of the seat
compartment. Make sure that the seat lock on the seat is in the
unlock position
3. Insert the tab into the groove on the seat compartment and lower
the back of the seat into the hole on the back of the compartment
4. Use a coin, thumbnail, or screwdriver to turn the lock on the top of
the seat to the lock position
5. The screw turns counter-clockwise to lock and clockwise to unlock

16 Operation Instructions
1. ON/OFF: Flip the power switch to “On” to turn on the ATV. Flip the
power switch to “Off” to turn the ATV off. The ATV should be turned
off when not in use to save the battery.
2. FORWARD/REVERSE: Flip the switch to the Up Arrow for the ATV
to move forward. Flip the switch to the Down Arrow for the ATV to
move in reverse. The gas pedal must be engaged for the ATV to
move.
3. SOUNDS: Push the Horn button when the car is on to activate the
Horn sound effect.
4. PEDAL: Step on the foot pedal for the ATV to move. Release the
foot pedal to stop. The front headlight will turn on when the ATV is in
motion
5. STEERING: Use the handlebars to control the vehicle. Turn the
handlebars to the left and right to steer.

Battery Removal
1. Remove the seat
2. Disconnect the red battery connector from the red engine connector
3. Loosen and remove the screw from the battery strap
4. Slide the battery strap out from the battery strap slot
5. Remove the battery
Note: It is not necessary to remove the battery for charging. However, if
the battery does not reach the outlet, it can be removed for charging.

18 Maintenance
Important Battery and Charger Information
r Only an adult who has read and understands the safety warnings may
handle and operate the battery and battery charger. Keep away from
children.
r Charge the battery for 24 hours before using the vehicle for the rst
time.
r Recharge the battery immediately after each use. Charge for at least
8-12 hours, but no more than 20 hours.
r Charge the battery at least once a month, even if the vehicle is not used
or stored.
r Never leave the battery in a discharged condition.
r Connect the terminal of the battery and charger, then plug the charger
into a 120V AC outlet.
r It is normal for the charger to heat slightly. If the charger rises above
71°C / 160°F, disconnect the charger and call Customer Service for
assistance.
r Keep the charger away from water or excessive moisture to prevent
short-circuiting.
r Only use the charger specied with the original item. Do not charge the
battery with any other charger.
r Do not attempt to recharge non-rechargeable batteries with the original
charger.
t Do not replace the battery with any other battery, or the warranty
will be voided. If you need a replacement battery, see Page 24 for
replacement information.
r Remove damaged batteries from the car immediately. Recycle or
dispose of the used batteries responsibly.
r Do not short circuit the supply terminals.
r Do not leave the battery connected in the vehicle for extended periods
of time when the vehicle is not being used. Disconnect the battery
connector from the engine connector before storing.
r The vehicle is equipped with a thermal fuse to protect the electric
circuit. If the vehicle cuts out, turn the vehicle off and on to reset.

General Care
r Regularly inspect all vehicle parts to ensure they are in good working
condition.
r Regularly inspect the charger, cord, plug, and other related parts for
damage.
r Remove any damaged parts and immediately contact Customer Service
for replacement parts. See Service and Repairs on Page 24 for more
information.
r DO NOT operate the vehicle if there are any damaged parts.
r Carefully clean the vehicle with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not
get water in or near any electrical parts. Do not wash the vehicle with a
hose.
r Store the vehicle indoors or use a tarp to cover it. Keep away from
stoves, heaters, or other sources of heat.
