International Release of Liability
RELEASE OF LIABILITY, CLAIM WAIVER, ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By assembling and/or using this Armstrong product, you agree that you have read and understood the entire Armstrong
product owner manual (a copy of which can be viewed at www.armstrongfoils.com/warranty-and-replacement-policy),
including all instructions and warnings contained in that Manual, prior to using the Armstrong product in any way. You agree
to ensure any additional or subsequent user of your Armstrong product will read and understand this Release of Liability,
Claim Wavier, Assumption of Risk before using any Armstrong product prior to allowing that person to use your Armstrong
product.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK Use of the Armstrong product and any of its components involve certain risks, dangers and hazards
that can result in serious personal injury and death to both the user and to non-user third parties. In using this Armstrong
product, you freely agree to assume and accept any and all known and unknown risks of injury to you and third parties
while using this equipment. The risks inherent in the use of this product can be greatly reduced by abiding by the warning
guidelines listed in the Manual and by using common sense.
RELEASE AND WAIVER OF CLAIMS In consideration of the sale of the Armstrong product, you unconditionally and
irrevocably hereby agree to the fullest extent permitted by law, as follows:
(a)TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that you have or may have in the future against Armstrong International Limited and
all related parties resulting directly or indirectly from use of the Armstrong product and any of its components.
(b)TO RELEASE Armstrong International Limited and all related parties from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury
or expense that you or any users of your Armstrong product may suffer, or that your next of kin may suffer, as a result of
the use of the Armstrong product, due to any cause whatsoever, including negligence or breach of contract on the part of
Armstrong International Limited and all related parties in the design or manufacture of the Armstrong product and any of
its components.
INDEMNITY In further consideration of the sale of the Armstrong product and as a separate obligation, you agree, to the
maximum extent permitted by law, to indemnify Armstrong International Limited and all related parties from and against
all claims, proceedings, liabilities, costs, damages and expenses that they may suffer or incur as a direct or indirect result of
your use of your Armstrong product or the use of your Armstrong product by any third party.
In the event of your death or incapacity, all provisions contained herein shall be effective and binding upon your heirs, next
of kin, executors, administrators, assigns, and representatives. Armstrong International Limited related parties have not
made and expressly deny any oral or written representations other than what are set forth herein.
The Armstrong Warranty
Warranty Claims
All claims must be accompanied with a clear explanation and clear dated photographs of the parts in question. We also
require a dated proof of purchase in the form of an invoice or receipt.
Armstrong reserves the right to determine if a product will be covered under warranty once all the documentation has been
received.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges and Shipping
We only exchange items if they are defective. If you have a Warranty claim, please rst send us an email toinfo@
armstrongfoils.com. We will arrange for the assessment and collection of the item. Where the item is assessed and deemed
to be covered under Warranty, we will cover the shipping costs. Where the item is not deemed to be covered by Warranty,
you will be responsible for the return/exchange shipping costs.

1: Mast
Our tapered one-piece masts are ultra solid
at the top and slick through the water down
below. The unique core layup delivers a mast
with smooth consistent reactive flex which
generates sweet handling response, better
stability and flex to drive you through turns.
2: Hardware
Our mast to board hardware are the Crown
Jewels of the foil world! We developed an
ultra-strong and corrosion free mast to board
connection system. Taking it to the next
level with Titanium Bi-Directional Washers,
Titanium T Nuts and our own Torx head
stainless steel 316L screws.
3: Tail Wing
Designed to harmonise with the front wing
our tail wings have unique flow fences to
improve stability by minimizing turbulent
flowfrom the front wing, mast and fuselage.
The angle of the tail wing can be adjusted
with our Titanium Trim Fairings. Foam core
wrapped in high quality Carbon keeps it
light and rigid, titanium screw insertsare
inkeepingwithourphilosophy of zero
corrosion materials throughout.
4: Fuselage
The Armstrong TC Fuselage is a
groundbreaking work of art in terms of
engineering and design. The fuselage has
a solid Titanium core running throughout
its length, all screws tap into this core for
strength and a corrosion free ride.
5: Front Wings
Our wings are shaped and refined to
deliver that sublime Armstrong feeling.
The foil sections have been carefully
refined by one of the world’s foremost
sport wing designers. Construction is
based around a high-density foam core,
wrapped with 100% IM and High Modulus
Carbon.
