wires
are in
this
area
when
installing
the
module.
RCC600-IFPBB
1.
Please refer to the Installation Guide included
in
the Artison In-Floor Pre-Build Box Carton for
installation instructions.
2. Using the speaker wire already run inside the Pre-Build Box manage both the positive and
negative conductors through the open tie-wraps on each side
of
the RCC600-SM.
3. Connect the bare speaker wire ends to the spring-loaded binding posts, manage the speaker
wire back, tighten the tie-wraps and trim the excess.
4. Install the RCC600-SM by lowering the module sideways, into the opening. Once the module
is
in
the cavity it will rotate into the cutout.
5.
Tighten the six dog leg screws with a#2 Philips screwdriver, atool with a90 degree bend
is
recommended.
6.
The grille for the RCC600-SM
is
held
in
place by magnets. Simply position the grille on the
front
of
the module into the recessed area.
7.
Using the supplied hardware install the 2L-Shaped Brackets to the inside
of
the box opening
and level the brackets with the level of the finished floor.
8. Install the Grate to the L-Shaped Brackets using the supplied hardware.
INSTALLATION INTO AN INFINITE BAFFLE
1. Use the provided Cut-out Template to mark the desired wall location. Be
sure
that
no
piping,
wall
studs,
or
electrical
wires
interfere
with
the
placement
of
the
RCC600-SM.
2. Once the hole
is
cut and the speaker wire
is
run, manage both the positive and negative
speaker wire conductors through the open tie-wraps
on
each side ofthe RCC600-SM.
3. Connect the bare speaker wire ends to the spring-loaded binding posts, manage the speaker
wire back, tighten the tie-wraps and trim the excess.
4.
Install the RCC600-SM into the cut-out made
in
the wall.
5.
Carefully tighten the six dog leg clamps on the RCC600-SM using a#2 Philips Head
Screwdriver.
6.
The grille for the RCC600-SM is held
in
place by magnets. Simply position the grille
on
the
front of the module into the recessed area.
NOTE:
While
installing
the
subwoofer
module
ensure
any
excess
wire
is
run
properly
so
it
does
not
interfere
with
the
driver's
operation.
