Cihazınızdan iyi verim almak için kullanım kılavuzunu dikkatlice okuyunuz

KULLANIM ÖNERİLERİ
• Arzum Maxi Grill Pro Multi Fonksiyonel Pişirici’nizi lahmacun, bazlama,
ızgara ve opsiyonel tepsisi ile hamurişi, sulu yemek gibi değişik tarifleri
pişirmek için kullanabilirsiniz.
• Cihazı ilk kullanımdan önce, nemli bir kâğıt havlu ve peçete ile
temizleyiniz. Cihazın Açma/Kapama düğmesini son ayarına getiriniz. Haf
bir duman ve koku çıkabilir. Bu durum kısa bir süre sonra kendiliğinden
geçecektir. Cihazın üst kapağı kapalı konumda ve arasında pişirme teli
olmadan 10 dakika ısıtınız.
• Cihazı ilk kullanımından önce alt ve üst tablalarını biraz zeytin yağı
veya ayçiçek yağına bulaştırılmış peçete ile iyice siliniz. Bu sayede,
ürününüzün yapışmama özelliği artar.

Cihazınızdaki fonksiyonlar aşağıda saat dönme yönünde açıklanmıştır.

Alt Isıtıcı: Yalnızca alt ısıtıcı açıktır. Pizza ve sadece altının
kahverengileşmesi istenen yiyecekler için kullanılabilir.
Alt ve Üst ısıtıcı: Üründeki alt ve üst ısıtıcı açıktır. Lahmacun, pizza,
ekmek kızartma ve döküm tepsi ile pişirilen tarifler için uygundur.

gibi yüksek sıcaklı k ihtiyacı olan pişirmeler için uygundur.

gıdaların sıcakta bekletilmesi için uygundur.

• Isı ayarını istediğiniz kademeye getirip, POWER ışığı
sönene kadar cihazınızın ön ısıtmasını yapınız.
• Bu fonksiyonda tost, lahmacun, pizza, ızgara
kestane ve mısır gibi tarifler yapabilir, ekmek
kızartabilirsiniz.
• Alt ve üst plakanın birbirine değmemesi için, tarife
göre, ürün kutusu içindeki ızgara teli ürün içine
yerleştirilmelidir.
• Pişirme süresinin uzunluğu malzemelere ve kişisel lezzet zevkinize
bağlıdır.
Tepsili Kullanım
• Eğer cihazınızı hamur işi, sulu yemek gibi tarier için kullanmak
isterseniz, o zaman döküm tepsiyi kullanınız.
• Tepsiyi kullanmadan önce sıcak sabunlu su ile
yıkayınız ve iyice kurulayınız. Döküm tepsi sıvı
deterjan ve süngerle elde yıkanmalıdır. Ürününüzün
uzun ömürlü olması için bulaşık makinesinde yıkama
önerilmez.
• Tepsiyi ilk aldığınızda kullanmadan önce yıkayınız
ve tüm iç yüzeyini eşit şekilde az miktar yağ ile
yağlayınız ve bir havlu veya yumuşak bir bez
yardımıyla kurulayınız.
• Cihazınızın şini prize takıp, alt ve üst ısıtıcı fonksiyonunu seçiniz.
• Isı ayarını istediğiniz kademeye getirip, POWER ışığı sönene kadar
cihazınızın ön ısıtmasını yapınız.
• Ürüne ait tel ızgarayı alt pişirme tablası üzerine yerleştiriniz.
• Döküm tepsiyi alt yüzeyi kuru olacak şekilde alt tablanın üzerine tel
ızgara ile sabitlenecek şekilde yerleştiriniz, üzerine kapağı kapatınız.
• Bu fonksiyon ile hamur işleri, tatlı ve güveç, et sote gibi sulu yemekler
pişirebilirsiniz. Özellikle sulu yemekler alt ve üstten gelen ısı ile kısa
zamanda ve eşit orandaki ısı dengesi ile pişer.
• Pişirme süresinin uzunluğu duruma, iç malzemelerine ve kişisel lezzet
zevkinize bağlıdır.
• Plastik veya tahta kaşık kullanınız. Asla metal kaşık kullanmayınız.
• Cihazınızın daha çabuk ısınması için plakaların kapalı konumda tutunuz.
Bu şekilde daha az enerji harcar.

olacaktır. Tepsiyi kaldırırken ve taşırken kalın bir bez kullanınız.
Izgara
• Izgara yapacağınız etin alt ve üstünü yağlayınız ya da ızgara öncesinde
bir müddet yağda bekletiniz. Eğer etleri yağlamadıysanız pişirici tablalarını
çok az yağ ile yağlayınız.
• Cihazınızın şini prize takıp, alt ısıtıcı fonksiyonunu seçiniz.
• Isı ayarını istediğiniz kademeye getirip, POWER ışığı sönene kadar
cihazınızın ön ısıtmasını yapınız.
• Etinizi ızgara üzerine yerleştiriniz.
Not: Büyük ve kalın etleri pişirirken önce express alt ısıtıcı ve maximum
ısı ile etin dışını mühürleyip sonrasında alt ısıtıcı ve 2. veya 3. ısı
kademelerinde etin içinin pişmesini sağlayabilirsiniz.
Not: Hiçbir zaman cihazı fazla yağlamayınız, fazla yağ koku ve duman
oluşumuna neden olur. Cihazın arkasında bulunun yağ akıtma kanalının
altına çukur bir kap koyarsanız fazla yağ oradan akacaktır.
UYARI:
1- Kullanım esnasında cihazınızın dış yüzeyleri ısındığından KESİNLİKLE
dokunmayınız. Üst kapağı açmak için tutma sapını kullanınız. Üst gövde
açıldığında veya pişirme esnasında cihazınızın ısıtma plakaları arasından
buhar çıkabilir. Yiyecekleri çıkartırken dikkat ediniz.
2- Cihazın yapışmaz yüzeyine zarar vermemek için plastik veya tahta
aletler kullanarak yiyecekleri plaka üzerinden alınız. Kaplamaya zarar
verebileceğinden asla metal maşa, çatal ve bıçak kullanmayınız.
TEMİZLEME ve BAKIM
• Temizlik ve bakım işlemleri için cihazınızın şini çıkarıp soğumasını
bekleyiniz.
• Yapışmayan pişirme yüzeylerini korumak için her kullanımdan sonra
ısıtıcı plakaları temizleyiniz.
• Isıtıcı plakaları yumuşak bir bez veya kağıt havlu kullanarak bir miktar
sirkeli su ile temizleyebilirsiniz.
• Yapışmaz yüzeylere zarar vermemek için metal fırça veya tel gibi
aşındırıcı temizleyiciler kullanmayınız. Deterjan kullanmayınız.
• Cihazınızı KESİNLİKLE suya sokmayınız. Cihazınızı kaldırmadan önce
tüm parçalarının temiz ve kuru olduğundan emin olunuz.

To get the best out of your appliance, please read the manual carefully
and keep it, as you might need it later.
IMPORTANT WARNINGS:
• Make sure that the voltage written on your Arzum Maxi Grill Pro
Multifunctional Cooker appliance is suitable for the voltage value of
the area you are in. Our company cannot be held responsible for
malfunctions caused by any voltage differences and therefore, any
potential malfunction will be out of warranty.
• This machine is intended to be
used in such places like houses
and following other places:

offices and other working

• Please use your appliance by placing it on a at, steady and heat
resistant surface.
• After using your appliance, unplug the appliance, leave it to cool down
and handle your appliance after it has cooled down.
• When not in use and when cleaning it, please unplug your appliance.
• NEVER immerse your appliance in water for cleaning or any other
purpose, make sure no water/steam goes into the appliance.

• While your appliance is operating, please touch only the handle and the
buttons.
• Please avoid actions that may damage the cord and plug of your
appliance. To unplug, hold at its plug; NEVER try to unplug it by pulling it
from the cord.
• If the cord or the plug of your appliance is out of order or damaged
due to fall or any other reason, do not use the appliance. Do not repair it
yourself, please contact Arzum Authorized Technical Service.
• Please use your appliance as recommended.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE
• You can use your Arzum Maxi Grill Pro Multifunctional Cooker for
various dishes such as lahmacun, shaslik and with a tray you can cook
cheese burek, lamb stew and cakes.
• Before the rst use, please clean the appliance with a damp paper
towel and napkin. Set the appliance’s On/Off button to the highest
setting. This might emit a slight fume and smell. These disappear soon.
Heat the appliance for 10 minutes with its upper lid closed and with no
cooking screen in between.
• Before the rst use, wipe the appliance’s lower and upper surfaces with
a napkin dipped in olive oil or sunflower oil. This increases the non-stick
properties of your appliance.
SETTING FUNCTIONS AND HEAT LEVELS
The functions in your appliance are clarified below in the clockwise order.
: Off
Lower Heater: Only the lower heater is on. Can be used only for pizza
and foods whose base needs to cook until golden brown color.
Upper and Lower Heater: The upper and lower heater in the product
is on. Suitable for lahmacun, pizza, toast and recipes cooked with tray.
Express Lower Heater: The Express lower heater in the product is
on. Suitable for cooking techniques that require high-temperature, such
as searing.
Keeping Warm: Low temperature lower heater in the product is on.
Suitable for keeping cooked food warm.

Thanks to its integrated thermostat, the appliance automatically reaches
the temperature in the setting. When plugged, the appliance’s control
lamp turns on and when the desired heat is reached, it turns off.
USE OF THE MULTIFUNCTIONAL COOKER
• Plug in your appliance.
• Choose the right function for your recipe.
• Choose the right heat setting for the cooking process.
• When cooking is done, unplug your appliance and wait for the appliance
to cool down before cleaning it.
NOTE:
When in use, make sure that the cord is away from the cooking plates.
COOKING FUNCTIONS
Cooking Without Tray / With Grill Rack
• Plug in your appliance, choose lower and upper
heater function.
• Choose the heat setting you want and pre-heat
your appliance until POWER light is off.
• With this function, you can try different recipes
such as toast sandwiches, lahmacun, pizza, grilled
chestnuts, corn and toast bread.
• To keep the upper and lower plates from
contacting each other, depending on the recipe, the
grill screen that comes with the appliance must be
placed in the appliance.
• Cooking time depends on ingredients and personal taste.

Cooking With Tray
• If you want to use your appliance for recipes such as pastries and
stews, please use the tray.
• Before using the tray, wash it with hot soapy
water and dry thoroughly. Die cast tray should be
washed by hand with liquid detergent and a sponge.
Washing in the dishwasher is not recommended for
the longevity of your product.
• Before using for the rst time, wash the tray with
care, grease evenly with a little oil and dry with
some kitchen towel or a soft cloth.
• Plug in your appliance, choose lower and upper
heater function.
• Choose the heat setting you want and pre-heat your appliance until
POWER light is off.
• Place the wire rack on the lower cooking plate. Place the tray above the
lower plate and close the lid on the tray.
• With this function, you can cook recipes such as pastries, desserts,
stews and lamb sauté. With the heat from above and below, recipes
cook shortly and with equal heat balance, especially stews.
• Cooking time depends on the situation, ingredients and personal taste.
• Only use plastic or wooden utensils, not metal.
• Keep the plates closed so that your appliance heats more quickly. This
way, the appliance consumes less energy.
NOTE: Do not fill the tray up to the brim during the cooking process.
Allow room for boiling and rising during cooking.
WARNING: The die cast tray will be hot during cooking for a certain time.
Please use a thick cloth when lifting and carrying the tray.
Grill
• Oil the upper and lower parts of meat you want to grill or rest the meat
in oil for a while before grilling them. If you have not oiled the meat, put
some oil on cooking plates.
• Plug in your appliance, choose the lower heater function.
• Choose the heat setting you want and pre-heat your appliance until
POWER light is off.
• Place your meat on the grill.
Note: When cooking large and thick meats, you can rst sear the outer
parts of the meat with the express lower heater at maximum heat, then
cook the inside of the meat at the 2rd or 3th setting of the lower heater.
Note: Never put an excessive amount of oil in the appliance. An

excessive amount of oil causes heavy smell and fume. If you place a
deep container below the oil draining groove, excess oil will be removed.
WARNING:
1-As the outer surface of the appliance heats up during use, NEVER
touch the appliance during cooking. Use the handle to open the upper
lid. Steam might be emitted when the upper part is open or between the
cooking plates during cooking. Be careful when taking food out of the
appliance.
2- In order not to damage the non-stick surface of the appliance, use
plastic or wooden utensils to take the food out of the appliance. As they
can damage the coating, never use metal tongs, fork or knives.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Unplug your appliance and wait for it to cool down before cleaning and
making maintenance of the appliance.
• To protect the non-stick cooking surfaces, clean the heating plates
after every use.
• You can clean the heating plates with a mixture of vinegar and water
using a soft cloth or paper towel.
• In order not to damage the non-stick surfaces, do not use abrasive
cleaners such as metal brushes or metal fibers. Do not use detergents.
• DO NOT immerse your appliance in water. Make sure all parts are clean
and dry before putting your appliance into storage.
