I- DESCRIPTION & INTENDED USE OF THE ELECTRIC GRILLL
Electric grills are intended for industrial use within the scope of low voltage directive. Electric grills
are used in hotels, restaurants, eateries, fast-food stores, touristic facilities and canteens in order to
cook food.

*Pillars are removable. When purchased with under counter set, fixing pins are inserted instead of pillars near the

II- GENERAL WARNINGS & SAFETY MEASURES
This user manual contains technical specifications, operating guidelines, operating principles and
otherinformation about the device.
Before starting the device check whether the electrical mains is compatible with the device
settings and make proper cable connection.
Ensure that the electrical connection of the device is performed in compliance with the related
standards.
Never leave inflammable matters near the device.
Ensure that the electrical switches are off while checking the device. See Page 6 (Image -1)

In case of electrical leakage, immediately contact your authorized dealer.
Never touch the device while checking the electrical leakage.
Replace the damaged parts with genuine parts. Manufacturing company guarantees that the
device shall be within the warranty scope and safe only when these parts are used.
Use the device on a level surface and fix in on proper fixing pins of under-counter set
manufactured according to the device. See Page 6 (Image - -1) (Image - -2)
If you detect any malfunction in the device, turn off and plug out the device and contact your
authorized dealer. Pay attention not to operate the device before the repair works are
completed.
Unauthorized repairs performed by people other than the authorized service personnel may
lead to personal injury or damage to machine.
Manufacturing company is not responsible for damages arising from incorrect electrical
connection of the device.
All repair works should be performed by authorized service personnel. Otherwise, the device
will not be included within the warranty scope.
Warranty period of the device is 1 year after the purchase date.

Electricgrill is made of stainless sheet.
Grill surfaces are designed as flat, grooved andsemi-grooved.
Heated surface of the electric grills canbe kept at thedesired temperature using thermostat.
In order to ensure same temperatureon all sides of the electric grill resistors are equallylocated.
It ispossible to drainthe oil easily using the waste oil container.
IV- FIRST OPERATION
Before operating the device for the first time, remove the protective nylon material on the
device and them wipe it first with a damp and then dry cloth.
Do not use detergent to wipe the device.
Odor and smoke may be present due to the heating parts of the machine during the first
operation. These odor and smoke will disappear and are normal.

V –ASSEMBLY
Device;
Should be mounted and adjusted by experienced technical personnel.
In order to eliminate smoke and odor that may formduring cooking thefilter should be located
under the hood.
Should bebalanced onfour adjustable pillars and located on alevel surface. (If there a under-
counter set purchased with the device (these under-counter sets are manufactured according to
the device dimensions), fixingpins should be fixed on the under-countersets on thedevice) See
Page 5 (Image -2)
Side walls should be placed with at least 5 cmgaps. See Page 6 (Image -1)
Remove the nylon protection and clean thelabel residues using a proper cleaner.
If the device failsor doesnot work, donot try to repair; call theauthorized dealer.

Note: If the device is used for longerperiods, the surface onwhich the deviceis mounted andits
periphery may heat up to 80ºC. For this reason, surface material should be heat-resistant.
VI - OPERATION
GREEN SIGNAL LAMP: Shows the device is electrically supplied.
YELLOW SIGNAL LAMP: Shows that the resistors are supplied
with electric current.

- Operation
You may adjust the temperature from 50Cº (lowest temperature)
to 300Cº (highest temperature) by turning the heat adjustment switch clockwise. See Page 6
(Image -2 and Image -3)
When the yellow signal lamp turns off it shows that the tray of the device has reached to the
desired level. You may start cooking.
- Turning Off
Turn the thermostat switch clockwise to “O” position.
See Page 6 (Image-1) Cut the electric supply of the device.

VII - MAINTENANCE
Turn of the main electric supply before cleaning the device.
Do not perform maintenance works while the device is electrically supplied.
Wipethe device using a cloth dampened inwarmand soapy water before the device is cooled
down.
Do not use abrasive materials and tools that may lead to scratches on the device for cleaning. (Use
chemical cleaners when necessary)
Never clean the device using pressurized water or pressurized steampressure. Otherwise this may
lead to resistor malfunction.
While cleaning the device do not allow ingress of water through the vents.
If the device will not be used for a long time, cover the outer surface of the device with vaseline.
In case of a danger related to the device contact the authorized service center.
Drain the oil drawer of the device at certain intervals.
VIII - ELECTRIC CONNECTION
Connect the device toelectrical installationin compliance with the electrical norms of the relative
country.
Supply the device with the mains voltage specified on theinformationlabel.
Performthe electricinstallation of the device using a proper fuse and fix the fuse to an easily
accessible location.
Ensure that the cableconnecting the device to the electricinstallationis TTR 5x2.5 mm type.
If the device is to beused in the kitchenapply proper grounding system.

IX –PRE-ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Ensure that the following considerations are fully and properly performed before the assembly. If assembly is
not possible as one of the following is missing; transportation fees and hourly wage shall be
charged fromthe customer.

- Electrical grills are manufactured as wired and wireless.
- Above-mentioned cable section values are only applicabletoinstallationand this device.
- Ground connection should be available in the electrical installation to be used.
- Laying the electrical installation of electrical electric grill is under theresponsibility of thecustomer.
- Electric grill cables should be laid to ensure access to electrical board.
- If the electrical grill is to be connected to the socket, plug phases should be considered.
